If you loved Phantasmat, which is on of my all time favorite games you'll love this. Cold, crisp graphics, voice interactions with the strange inhabitants, and the same unfolding of the background story through your flashbacks. Instead of a town buried by a flood, the town has been buried by snow. There are the usual black bars on the sides but I can live with them, but there is one thing I really don't understand. Why do we have to wait till the end of the game to use the wallpapers? The strategy guide stays open where you left it, no map, but tasks are listed when you want them. Two chapters are available in the demo, so I don't know how long the game will be. But so far it looks like a winner and I'm hooked. A definite buy for me, oh and there's a strange little animal that likes to complicate things for us, so I have no ides what role he'll play in this,
Delightful! Great graphics, perfect music, fun mini-games, and interactive HOS. The story is very well written and plays like a love story set in a background of imaginative Christmas sets. We've got a Big Bad Rat and a sweet prince and princess in trouble, along with a precious cat that needs rescuing. So grab a mug of hot chocolate and some Christmas cookies and get ready for a truly brilliant game!
I recommend this game!

Murder, She Wrote 2: Return to Cabot Cove
Take on the role of beloved murder-mystery writer Jessica Fletcher and return to lovely (but lethal) Cabot Cove!
Jessica, falling autumn leaves, and Cabot Cove! Murder in our fantasy "home town". Yes, it is a simple game and has an "older' game feel, but get some cookies and a cup of tea and relax with well made puzzles, easy HOS, and plenty of atmosphere. Easy buy for me and I'm enjoying this second vacation in Cabot Cove very much.
The residents of Bitterford, Maine have fallen prey to a terrible curse. It’s up to you to unravel the series of mysterious events that led to the town’s downfall and uncover the evil that was responsible.
I have been a Big Fish fan for years and admit that I am a casual game junkie. I own more games than I care to admit, with the MCFs at the top of the list. That said, this was like watching BF fall off a cliff. I was bored, frustrated, and confused by what I saw on my screen and hope the developers get their act together because this was a shock. Boring! Boring! Boring! Remember the opening moments of Dire Grove? Wow. Madam Fate? Wow. Etc. 13 skulls was just so-so for this series, but this is just terrible.
I have no issues with game play, graphics, etc. My serious issue with this game has to do with the relationship with the men this mother encounters as she searches for her missing son. Her child is missing! Kidnapped! And instead of instantly offering to help her, they have silly requests for for her to fulfill, and THEN they will give her SOME help. I'm so sorry I bought this game. Story, story, story. Just as important as game play!
Relaxing HO game with an easy adventure quality. Two levels of game play with lots of achievements to obtain, soft background music and unobtrusive atmosphere sound effects. If you have a free game coming to you, this would be a good one to spend your token on. Depending on your skill level this could be a nice long game or a just a sweet afternoon break! Enjoy.

Had to write a review! An odd but delightful combination of HO and puzzle with quirky interactive moments like a bathroom you decorate as the game progresses. Some of the HO scenes are difficult, some are easy, but all are unique and after finding certain objects you have the option of going to another "fruit box", which you will understand once you start the game. Two game modes, timed or not, lots of hints and the option to return to "box" at a later time. So much variety in one game! Please give it a try!
Welcome to Top Secret Finders. Your first mission is to save a small town, uncover the truth about a government conspiracy and stop the villain in his tracks!

This game does have a great "X-Files" feel to it. Some of the puzzles are quite interesting and just difficult enough to keep the grey matter working and despite what some reviewers have said the story is compelling and I really want to see it to the end. The hint button is a very good addition, allowing us not only to see where we need to go, but giving the player the opportunity to jump to that place if you want to, a great touch! Overall this is a great game and I would have used a token to get it but I had a free game coming so it's been a nice surprise for me.
I've only tried the free demo, but have enjoyed this game very much. I am a "story" player who likes my games to feel like a good novel, and so far this is shaping up to be one of those games. Great music and a wonderful opening scene. HOS seem just "so-so", and I haven't encountered a puzzle yet, but from the beginning, I think it's going to be a winner. I'll write more as the game progresses. A good "read"!
