The name of the game didn't seem to intrigue me, but the game play got my attention.

OK, so at first I thought I would play the trial and be a slight bit disappointed, but to my surprise I was very excited.
Unlike games that give you a destined place to put certain items, this one is a freeform where you choose where you want it to be. I love that and it was part of the fun of the game. It could become challenging depending on if you want to create something that looks very pretty and laid out or if you want to chunk it together and then try to meet all the requests. It starts out small and as you go you get more room, but you don't get THAT much room as you go, leading you to start thinking about where you're going to put things and how you can make room for more. I think the challenge is to have everything you need and be able to make it look very personally creative and functional.
Honestly, I wasn't too into the game story as it started going, although I liked how they set up the comic book style of it all. Of course, I can never say I don't like the romance areas, but other than that it wasn't really a big issue to me. I ended up playing the game all night in one swoop, so even though I did spend hours on it, I felt it was a little premature for the ending and it could have stretched a little longer in game play and area.
I liked the upgrades and being able to sell things and thinking independently as I went. If you want 10 barns and no milk, that's fine until later ... but if you don't have enough taverns then you're just out of luck. Everything bumps something up and you gotta figure out how much you need of everything.
Overall, I was really getting into the game and I will probably replay it again just to see how much better organized and creative I can be on making it look nice, but I really wish it would have been a little larger in game and gameplay. I had more fun with this game than I have with others in quite awhile though.
Play the game for the hour and see if you don't want to keep playing. :)
I recommend this game!

So, back when this came out ... it seemed to be the big thing was fish. Fish tank screensavers, interactive fish tank screensavers, fish tank games, which I'm not really into. This was (and has been) the best fish game I've ever tried and played and then bought. It doesn't go out of style.
You aren't just creating a fish tank aquarium. You actually have to breed them and find new breeds, and you get to enjoy trying to be fish savvy by being able to sell them. You have to have money to put things in your aquarium and some fish require high quality things!
I usually don't keep it where it can do what it wants even in slow mode, but the time I got back something would have gone terribly wrong. So, of course I sat there and would sit there and eat and watch tv so I didn't miss a second messing with the speed of time flow.
I have owned a fish tank when I was younger, and as much as I liked having fish from time to time...I don't really care for some of the yucky that goes with the environment. They might not have unique fish personalities, but I ended up giving certain ones names that I was just really proud of! lol
My dog loved watching this fish tank, even though at the time, there was a huge fish tank that he would watch in another area of the house and would sniff and get excited and so he'd sniff the screen and become a slight bit confused!
Anyway, if you want to try the trial of this game and want a little bit more time to see some things I'd suggest turning the time speed to fast and seeing how much you can get done in one hour, although I actually believe this is worth the money or club token!
I recommend this game!

To start out, so there's no issues: This game is deemed an adult game for older people. If you are under the age of 18, a parent should be monitoring and deciding if this game is for you. Otherwise, let's talk about the game. I love it! I haven't had so much fun since Fairy Godmother Tycoon! The storyline just as much to do with the game, and how much storyline that is interacted is you being at the right place and right time. Don't worry, though, you will get the general gist of the storyline no matter what you miss. This game makes you think and has the most fun mini-games! I'm playing this game YET again!! It might take you awhile to get the hang of it to where you might feel like starting over, but I don't believe this game will disappoint people who are going into the game knowing there is controvesary over parts of the game. Bullies...well, there aren't any yo mama jokes, but there are plenty of who's got the best punchline. The mini-games are fun and keep you intrigued. You have to be aware of everything, because everyone single choice you make affects how powerful your group of gals are. If you find it hard to make a boyfriend, then you might find it hard here too depending. You're actually trying to find justice and keep the school running well. You have to go up against adults, and each move you make costs you an hour. You get the choice to pick which girl you would like, and based on your decision you will have a particular set of girls to pick from. As soon as you think you're stuck in a short running game, you realize that you have just started! I still have yet to beat the game, even though I've played it over and over so many times. I have an issue with trying to perfect my girls and everytime I've managed to get closer to the end, I've upgraded my computer. Warning: If you have issues with innuendos of relationships between genders, are against mention of cigarettes, or try this game and feel that it makes young adults look like bullies then it might not be the game for you. You must remember the game is back in the 20's or 40's and it takes on that era. (I think it's around those dates.# You have so many options and it can be a little puzzling and gets harder as you go. You have to be ontop of things and make sure to save quite often, so that you don't get frustrated and can go back to correct mistakes. I can help but give the game a rating since I've found it so fun and I am an adult and it has not corrupted me into seeing any real issues regarding bullying #anymore than the game mean girls) and references are to be decided on you whether you believe it's right for you or not. If you're into finding a game that is more unique and you are an adult, and you are open to games that aren't really racy, but might have things that you haven't problems with, I definitely would recommend this game.
Remember that you are also out to seek justice and make ppl's life's better and not make them worse. You're on a mission to do what is right and uncover the truth.
I recommend this game!

And here I thought the job would require hardly any challenge for the office. There's plenty of challenge to get your job done the further you go, but this has to be a classic. I like the style of the game play and if you play free hour time, you should figure out if it's worth it or not. It's alot of game play for a good price. See if you have what it takes to work management and not sweat or get frustrated on a level or two along the story!
I recommend this game!

What I liked:
Puzzle games
Interactive with characters
To do list in journal
mini-games to get hints
I think it cured my insomnia
I like the time travelling
What I didn't like:
The storyline was a good thought, but it came off a little corny.
The HOS's weren't bad, but were not greatly amazing either.
I felt like I was playing an older game, and it felt like maybe it was meant for younger audiences. The music was OK, and I did like how it changed up the sound to suit the area.
I just was not impressed by this game, and it took me trying to get through the demo hoping that it was going to get better as I went along. I could see the making of a really good storyline and I like traveling and being in different places and more areas than one or two. I might change my mind if it was a 2.99 game, but even then I fear I might be disappointed in the end.
I hope the people who are playing the game are enjoying it and find it to be a great decision for a game. :)
I don't recommend this game.

The first thing I will advise is: do not read your journal storyline if you don't want to know any information ahead of time. Wait until you've completed an area or maybe if you're just lost on what direction you're going in.
I liked how I felt like I was being absorbed into a book. It was relaxing yet stimulating at the same time. If you like roaming around a ghost town where you have interactions at the same time, then you might enjoy this game. I think that was my favorite part of the storyline.
The game was challenging enough to keep me awake and not bored, but enjoyable and not frustrating. I loved the puzzles and the hidden objects were good and I feel as though they tried to get more detailed towards the end. I admit I had to press the hint button a few times. I never lost my patience easily or at all in this game. I felt relaxed and laid back and just went along with the storyline. It might be more simplistic than some of the other games, but the style is classic and it's a feel good type.
There are no voiceovers, but that actually doesn't take away from the game. There are no animated video scenes, but the animation that it does have has a classic quality that suits the game. I didn't need to have the music going to get involved in the game. I had that feel good feeling that you get after finishing a night of being immersed in a book.
The hour trial is worth checking it out at least. I waited before buying this game to make sure it was something I really wanted to play before I jumped right into it.
I recommend this game!

Based on the reviews, I didn't see the game being that awful. I, actually, kinda enjoyed it. It does have an old school game feeling on the way the game was made, but I think that I might have liked at the same time (in a way.) You can click on the area that the boxes that seem to be in your way are to minimize them easily and then bring them back up. It tells you the goal itself before you start the game. I had no problems with technical area of gameplay. I assume that people are either going to love it or hate it. As for me, I like it, but I am very stingy with credits so it's one of those games I debate over. Otherwise, I probably would have picked it up for a little challenge for my downtime. It does make you have to keep your brain turned on a little. :)
I recommend this game!

This game came at a time I was hoping to find a game that would give me more play time and interest, and I'm glad because it actually is pretty cool. The upgrades are good, but I like the clever zen puzzle and the matchmaking bonus points. I relied on the special cha-chings to beat the best time or build that upgrade! There's a storyline that continues as you go (moreso with each change of scenery.) I ended up really enjoying it and glad that I had bought it.
I recommend this game!

The gameplay style is the same as you'll see on games like Sally's Salon and other more recent types of gameplay. You make your customer smile by figuring out what they want, and you gotta hurry because you have plenty of customers. Running a costume shop was not really my cup of coffee, but it actually was pretty fun and I enjoyed the upgrades. At the time, there wasn't a whole lot of games that had the type of game play and the graphics are pretty nice also. I have to say I was really surprised and really enjoyed the game.

I loved this game. I had a hard time turning down cheap vehicles that I could flip the upgrades and sell for so much more! The challenges were fun and great and there's always a level or two that frustrates you a little, but it's never so bad that you aren't going to finish the game. Just take a break and come back to it. I don't always listen to the game music, so you can decide if you want the game or your music on. I always wonder what the people do after dropping their vehicle off on the side of the road ... maybe they take the bus or maybe they're waiting around to buy a better car from you?
I recommend this game!
