This was amazing. The color, the detailed artwork, the fantasy creations were absolutely fantastic. The music was beautifully done and did not annoy or distract. The characters that you run into are a little chatty, but it helped the storyline continue through and the voice overs were very well done. I couldn't get the CE because it would have killed my laptop due to the size and have been waiting for the CE. The hint button fills a little on the slow side, but are you are not penalized for using it as a directional hint when trying to remember where something is i.e. lost track of were butterfly cage was. The map was great too but only covered large areas of action not the different smaller areas that needed to be covered. There are three levels of play (I played casual as usual# so you can pick your own difficulty. Also, did adjust sound down some #was a little loud at preset volume). The hos were the put items together type which I like because it adds some difference that just the list and silhoutte type. Overall it was a well done game by Blue Tea Games and a definite must have on my list.
I recommend this game!

The game was lots of fun and I really loved it. The story of a stealer of souls has been done, but this was different as the soulless skeletons help you along the way and give you items that you need. The artwork was very nice and the sounds did not become annoying. The hint button filled nicely and I liked the map for travelling. The book of runes is also a very nice extra with having to locate areas you have already been in to charge up the book. You definitely have to keep a sharp eye out to find the pieces that you need to match. There were three levels and as always played on casual. The hos were a little crowded and junky but there were more interactive items to find. I really enjoyed this and it was a very well done SE. Definitely on my to buy list.
I recommend this game!

If you are a true fan of hos, then this is the game for you. There are a considerable number of hos in this game in different varieties so you don't get bored. There are lists, silhouttes, and find all of an object. The storyline was a little flat and there were no voiceovers. It was definitely a "first time" type game from this developer. I enjoyed the game, but I don't think I would have stayed interested for the whole thing. There were no achievements and no map, but the journal was informative and the hint button worked as a directional hint along with hints for the hos. I never even looked at the strategy guide and didn't think about it until after my time for the demo was up. For first time players and those who want a game that don't need much adventure and lots of hos, this is a game you need to try to decide if you like it or not.
I recommend this game!

The demo time passed so quickly that I didn't even realize I was out of time. The art is well done and really quite detailed. I gave the visual/ sound quality a three as there were no voiceovers, but the music was quite nice and didn't become annoying. The were no special trappings and I did miss the map a little because of the running around (which didn't interfere with my enjoyment of the game). The hos were nice because they weren't all the same and gave it variety. The mini games were not overly difficult yet were not boring. They were there for a purpose. The storyline became involving which is why I lost track of time. All in all a good SE and well worth a credit.
I recommend this game!

I'm a little befuddled as I just finished the demo in casual mode. I think I have only finished a demo twice since I started playing Big Fish Games. The art was crisp and clear and I liked the changes between the "dark" and the "light". The hos were different and I liked the misplaced items instead of just the regular list. The storyline was good and I enjoyed it as I played. The mini games were uncomplicated and were fairly easy to solve. The game was not bad and I recommend it.

First before I point out anything else, there are no morphing items and there are no achievements. There is a journal, a map that can move you and a hint button that is quick to refill. I played on casual because that's just what I do. The story was gripping and caught and held me until the last minute of my trial period. The games were fairly simple, the hos items were at times smaller than I expected and made them a little more difficult to find. The art and voiceovers were excellent and well suited to the game. Sunward did an excellent job. The storyline though was unbelievably fantastic (I'm babbling#. I only missed the achievements and morphing a little. The strategy guide was well done, but didn't follow as you moved along #had to move it manually). It. That said I loved the game, but since it had some of the "missing elements" of a complex CE, I'll wait for the standard edition.
I recommend this game!

The storyline was interesting with a perfume maker disappearing along with a number of other young women all around the same age. The achievements were normal ones except to create all the scents. Finding the fleur de lis' was difficult, being located under tiny little "x" throughout. The can be used for jumping and lets you know where you have stuff to do. The journal replays some of the cut scenes to remind you what was said and done. It was different and needs to be tried to decide whether you will like it or not.
I recommend this game!

Dreamscapes is scary with appropriate music that I turned down some, but it still overtook and began to annoy me. The game has two levels and played casual as I always do when trying a game. The "eye beholders" were fun to find. Benny was also a very cute vicious gremlin. I liked the adventure and the achievements. First time I've had to use the hint button to get an achievement. This is definitely an intense adventure that is definitely a keeper.
I recommend this game!

I'm keeping this short because I need to get Nine as soon as I finish this. The scenery was gorgeous, the music was well done and the voice overs were were well done. The HOS were not difficult and I liked the interactive items on the lists. The strategy guide didn't follow the story as you progressed but that is nothing new. The hint button filled quickly and I didn't check to see if it worked outside the hos. The mini games were not difficult but enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed the game and loved that it had achievements. After playing the first 9, this one is just as great.
I recommend this game!

The game is 1940's and found that the hos were true to the time, not sure about the computer though. There are no bells and whistles, straightforward and easy to understand and play. The hint button was exceptional in being able to use it for all kinds of directional information. The cutscenes were actually well done and interacting with the other characters was fun. The backgrounds were also well done and any darkness fits with the mood, the scene and is dispelled. I recommend this game.
