Just as with the Collector's Edition, no audio. Other reviewers have already reported this.
As a player, I will NOT purchase a game that has such a major issue and the fact that it was reported previously and still has not been addressed, is very disappointing
NOTE: Big Fish doesn't fix the glitches, they can only report them to the Developers. Still, IMHO, a game with such a major issue should not be offered for sale until it is patched

This review may or may not make it to the board.
I purchased this from the original developer.
No sluggish game play, no glitches. It was also available over 5 months ago!!
Honestly, I don't know what's happened to Big Fish. Games purchased here are buggy when they're not if you get them elsewhere. The offerings are seriously lacking in variety and quality as well. **sigh**
Seriously considering terminating a membership I've had for almost a decade. Hope they get it together.

Another in the series.
As always, nice graphics. Crisp, clear colors with icons reasonable sized for both younger and older eyes.
Controls are quick and responsive. Can queue ahead actions. As it should be in a time mgmt game!!!
Multiple levels of challenge, so there is a good choice for everyone.
Good replay. Levels can be challenging and many require a couple of tries to plan out strategy. 3 stars can be achieved on each level. Took me 5 or 6 tries on a handful of them :)
Cannot comment on music, as I always mute.
Cute storyline as well.
Another home run. Nice game for those new to the genre and those who are more experienced with it.

Issue # 1: Can't queue ahead IMHO no self respecting time management game does not have this option - personal preference. OK if you're not playing on timed. Some folks simply wish to enjoy the tasks. I want the clock.
Issue # 2: All the verbose dialog
Issue # 3: Having to shoot the "villains" while watching to see what characters have or have not yet completed (again, because not able to queue actions)
Issue # 4: Icons are sooo small, I could hardly see what they were. Another reviewer mentioned this, but I wanted to try for myself.
It was sooo tedious and painful to me, that I actually deleted it after Level 5. Just couldn't take any more!!
Time Mgmt is my favorite genre and I really wanted to like the game.
I do NOT recommend.
Others are enjoying it though, so give the demo a try and decide for yourself.

I also hit the Level 38 Glitch where it kept saying Complete Last Piece of Road (when there weren't any more left)!! Given at least one other player hit this snag, it is a Glitch.
If I can't finish playing a Collector's Edition, shame on the Developers and their Quality Control.
Until this snag, I found the Game to be the same challenging Roads of Rome and I was enjoying it.
I too had a few "pauses", but they didn't last long enough to interrupt game play.
The Guide is worthless as far as I'm concerned because it doesn't allow you to fast forward, go back, or pause.
Very, very disappointed. Will be contacting Customer Service for a refund UNLESS a Fix is issued already. The only problem with that is you have to start from scratch.
I do enjoy replaying a game, but not under these circumstances. Cannot recommend this game when players are experiencing the above glitches and others that were mentioned. Such a shame!!

Colors and graphics are nice. Some of the icons are small though Has good replay value. Especially when finding the hidden objects on each level. Had to replay a few levels to get 3 stars due to strategy Can queue ahead. Controls are responsive. Don't know about the music, I always mute. Has two levels of play: basically timed and untimed

My overall rating is based on the Glitches in the game. Levels 19 & 30 ask you to meet a bonus challenge that has more customers than the Game allows.
I've played all the games in the Series and you cannot serve more customers than the "Counter" in the upper right corner says the Level has.
An update was issued, but it did NOT correct the issue.
The "Guide" was worthless. Felt if there was an exception to allow more customers to be served there might be a clue there. Not that I could find. This is where the Forums really came in handy. To see if others were having the same issue or if someone figured out something the rest of us missed.
As I purchased this as a Collector's Edition, I am NOT happy about this. Truly, this Developer needs to pay attention to Quality Control and correct these issues.
If it weren't for the Bugs, I would have given it a 4 Star rating.
Wouldn't have been 5 Stars because:
1. The "food" icons were a tad small 2. A few items were very close in color and not easy to distinguish if one doesn't have perfect vision 3. Finally, the controls needed fine-tuning. The smoothie stations are a perfect example. Take a drink, then click to refill once you have it, as it is a time mgmt game. Sometimes it would refill, sometimes multiple clicks were required. Other times you would collect the beverage beside the one you were trying to select.
IF the glitches are corrected, I would revise my review.
If corrections aren't made, I may request a refund, as I am one of those who like to get "perfect" on all levels.

9th in the series and still loving this game. Nice graphics, good challenge, excellent replay value. Controls are responsive, hints (which can be turned off, I believe) are helpful.
It's just fun. One does have to think strategy to win each the Level. A plus in my book.
It's also suitable for multiple ages and newbies to experienced players.

This is a classic Katy & Bob game. Even the music is the same, until I muted it ;)
There is a knack to getting Gold in this series. If you've played the aforementioned series, you can follow the same strategy.
I do agree with another reviewer that a couple of the colors of the sauces and smoothies are too close in tone for those with tired eyes (I am one of those). The other games had a nice contrast of yellow, red, purple, etc. vs yellow and light green - yikes
After playing the demo, I understood about the Robot being "in the way". This was not a good thing. I'm trying to serve the item but the robot gets there first and is holding the thing I need because the Tray Slots only offer 2 places and I've got them filled (hello? time management, therefore prepping what I can ahead of time and placing it in the slots). So not only is one racing the clock, but you're also fighting the Robot who's supposed to be helping. That didn't work out well
With all that said, I still would have used a coupon on it had it been a standard offering because I really enjoyed the Katy & Bob games. That is until I read the note about Level 21. I imagine Developers will fix the glitch. I'll wait for the standard edition to see if they do, as along with others, I couldn't find anything that merited a Collector's Edition price tag.
With all that said, it really is rather fun (except for the bleeping Robot), just not perfect in execution.
