Have played all three games in the series. Enjoyed this one the most.
Challenging levels, fun storyline, great graphics. Can actually "see" what items are required when you click on a building or objective.
Good replay as well. I like to get 3 stars on all levels. Had to replay approx 50% to figure out what was needed and to get 3 stars and trophies - like the challenge with that.
Can also "click ahead" with the entire series. A MUST for me.
Can't think of enough good things to say. Went back and played the first two games after playing it.

Very nice!!
Beautiful graphics!!! Had a nice mix of Hidden Object and mini-games. Latter were fairly easy but some did require paying attention to detail. Shadow outlines and interactive objects on the Hidden Object portion made this very enjoyable.
I am bored to tears from HO games where you simply find one object after another, some of which you can barely recognize. This game was not like that.
Voice overs were fine. I actually kept the music ON in this one - very nice. I almost always mute. Also enjoyed the "logical" game play. 98% of the Items were used where one would logically assume they would be.
Travel by Map is another plus for me.
Took me two days to finish; however, I don't sit at the computer non-stop :)
Enjoyed this one so much that I will look at the previous game. Hope the developers produce another.

The storyline is cute. The graphics are OK once you get used to reading the extremely small icons showing requirements for each task.
TM games are my favorites and I was really hoping for better.
The limited way in which to solve a level, basically one way ONLY, is extremely dissatisfying to this player. I was able to get over that, as I do like a challenge and replaying a level in order to figure out how to get a Gold score, or in this case, a 3 star score, is fine by me.
The final straw for me, was getting ready to make a 3 star score and then having to reboot the computer in one case or replay the level because the game glitched. Level 15 was a perfect example of this.
The game is riddled with bugs! Shame on the developers for putting this game out without more thorough quality testing.
Had I not purchased this as a sale game, I would ask Big Fish for a refund. I may still do that, as the bugs take all the enjoyment out of the game.

The only complaint I have is that the graphics are somewhat small on the items. For those of us with tired 'ol eyes, larger graphics would have been much better. I will say, that as I got more familiar with the items, it did get easier. I listen to the music in perhaps 1% of the games I play, so that doesn't bother me. Thought it was a cute concept and certainly worth playing. Challenge level is also rated highly, as I also had to replay many levels to get 3 stars
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I just had to write one for this game. I too am surprised by the poor reviews it has received. I have played all the games in the series and although this one does have a different format, it is very enjoyable.
The graphics are wonderful, the storyline is cute, good challenge to the levels. Playability is great. As with the other games in the series, you do need to plan your moves. It is not just a click, click, click game.
One major difference in the format is you don't choose how you wish to buy upgrades. They are granted when you earn "rewards".
As for the comments about a lot of things going on on the screens, I don't find them any "busier" than some of the later games in the series.
This new format makes it interesting (vs same song, next verse). IMHO, they did a fantastic job with it! Made it fresh again for existing fans.
I highly recommend this game and look forward to the next.

Graphics are nice. Good flow. Has mini-games as well between towns and also between some levels. Good replay. Can play for regular level, expert, and perfect to obtain accomplishments.
Really enjoyed the challenge of this one. Also played the sequel, which was enjoyable.

This game was really fun until half way thru the last restaurant. The added item (some cylindrical thing) was SOOO hard to see due to color blending with other items, that it completely ruined the game for me.
Makers of the game should really have caught this in beta testing. I don't wear glasses and I put on a set of magnifiers and still had a terrible time seeing the stuff.

Old style RPG with keyboard or mouse controls. Can see or hide encounters. Battles with HPs (a pet peeve of mine - I like to see this) Nice graphics, a bit verbose in dialog but you need to pay attention to some of it. Quests to obtain and fulfill Cute story line
Just love it!!
P.S. Probably not best for those who don't enjoy puzzle solving, exploring, and taking one's time working through a game or for younger children. Just great for us "big kids" though :)
I just love this entire series. I'm sooo glad they keep adding to it. Each new addition has the same format, with new additions, building styles and themes.
Pet peeve: It really bother me when a developer changes the entire format mid-stream and one ends up hating what was a great game. Fortunately, the developers of this series doesn't do that.
The entire series has wonderful graphics, challenging levels and great replay . . . I even like the sound effects and I usually mute those :) This one is no exception
If they keep making these, I'll keep playing them!
