As another reviewer said, this is Gnomes Home in disguise. Having said that, it's not too bad, and for those of us desperate for a tm game, it will have to do. However, I have a major complaint and that is - despite the fact that players will see they have 100 levels to play, those levels are so short it takes less than 1-1/2 minutes to play each of them! Developers, stop insulting us with these make-do games. We're the ones who pay your salary, and we deserve better.
AMAZING!! MASTERPIECE!! JUICY!! I played the game for only 10 minutes, but if I had had to listen to those three words one more time I would have had to turn the sound off completely, and that's not how I want to play. Just about every move prompts one of the three responses, so it's endlessly annoying. The gameplay is relatively ok, and the storyline is ok (but there's oh! so much of it!). Much as I love Match 3 games, this one is definitely not for me.
I played for about 15 minutes, then dumped it. If I want to watch a movie I'll turn on the tv. If I want a story I'll open a book. This is not a game, it's a story. There are no instructions, not even how to exit (cont/alt./delete is the only apparent way). What a waste of time!
The Imperial Island series has been one of my favourites for quite a while, and I play the three games over and over. But this one - truly horrible! It's absolutely nothing like the previous games, and all differences are most certainly not improvements. I will definitely not be buying this game.
At last, a match-3 game that's a little different. My only criticism is that I'd like the tiles to drop a little faster, but having said that, it's a good thing that you can play on while the tiles are falling, unlike a lot of games. Earning gold to build the village adds to the enjoyment.
I have all the Laruaville games, and have thoroughly enjoyed them, BUT - sorry developers, you've missed the mark with this one. It is far, far too easy. There's absolutely no challenge on any level, and as for the Solitaire game - it's a joke. For goodness sake, most of us can play solitaire, so either make it a proper game or leave it out altogether. You'll have to do a lot better in future if I'm to buy another version.
Come on, reviewers - this is not a bad game! It's fun, fast moving (despite the fact that you have to wait for tokens to fall before making your next move) and I'll be buying it. I've been playing match 3 games for 20 years - some fantastic, some good, some so bad you wished you'd never wasted download time, but this one is quite o.k.
Sorry everyone, but this game is just plain boring. It's exactly the same thing over and over and over and over again. It's not for me. If you're a complete beginner at time management games you might like it, but anyone who has played more than one other tm game will probably be bored after the first few levels.
It's Gnomes Garden all over again, with a few minor differences. I certainly will not pay CE price, but when I have a freebie after the standard edition comes out I might use it to purchase this game. I won't be paying actual money for it!
I'd love someone to tell me why I should buy this game. It's exactly the same as the original Jewel Match Royale, which I already have. Adding in a couple of mahjong and hidden object games does not provide enough incentive to part with my hard-earned money. This one is definitely not for me - I'll just keep replaying the original.
