This game is long like other reviewers stated but that doesn't mean it's 5 star worthy.
Pros:
A lot of gameplay
Graphics and audio were great

There were too many puzzle/mini games inserted into this game. The games were repetitive, nothing new. I skipped 90% of them. That resulted into just a few HO scenes and most of them were the interactive type. The map didn't indicate which rooms had actions available. I had to use the hint button a lot to figure out where I needed to go. There is no guide to help find the collection items/morphing items if you're having trouble finding any. You cannot create a profile so you only get to play the game one time. So your kid or SO can't play it. The Bonus room is a joke...more mini-games, no HO scenes, the typical useless wallpapers, and VIDEOS?? Why?
Developers, come up with an alternative to the same old boring mini-games and puzzles. BE CREATIVE. And stop using them as fillers to make the game seem longer.
If you can get this game free with points or on sale/BOGO I would recommend playing it. You do get a ton of game play, many chapters with creative storylines. But DO NOT pay full price or member price for this game. It's not worth it. All the 5 star reviews are solely based on the length of game play. And length isn't everything people.
I don't recommend this game.
Animal Kingdom is a unique hidden-object game straight out of the wilderness!

First, my demo only lasted about 10 minutes but that was long enough for me to know that this was a pathetic excuse of a HO game. Who cares that they added the up and down screen? It doesn't make up for the poor graphics and childish game play. Skip it.
I don't recommend this game.
Every reckless decision can turn into a perfectly planned crime.

Playing the demo, I reached the mechanical room, inserted the gears and the game froze. Exited and tried again 4x but can't get past that point. Was planning on purchasing but it's a moot point now.
DO games has done a much better job with this game. Puzzles are a lot more enjoyable than the typical puzzles every developer uses. Enjoyed the HO scenes which DO always provides a lot of.
Game is worth playing and buying if you don't get frozen like I did

Despite the fact that this was not a fun game and I don't recommend it ON GAMEPLAY ALONE, I am surprised at the approval of CATFISH's comment. Whether you believe or not, its comment should have been about game play not the religious content. If this were a LGBTQ game and someone made a negative comment, it never would have been posted. What's good for the goose should be good for the gander. BF you claim comments are subject to approval so follow your own rules.
I don't recommend this game.

If you haven't played this series yet, you don't need a long drawn out boring review. Just buy it and enjoy! This is another excellent Christmas Wonderland! One of the few games that deserves 10 stars. The new music is PERFECT!! And the hidden snowman is a great addition. Thank you Casual Arts! Can't wait until next year!

I enjoyed this game despite the many bad reviews. It's relaxing, nice music, and a good Hidden Object game. Play the demo and decide for yourself.

This series is always fun to play. This version has a lot of new additions to gameplay that were a pleasant surprise. The puzzles seem to rotate more often but there is still too many mahjong puzzles. Sometimes I would get 3 in a row....too much. The storyline is never worth reading IMO and the character is boring. This game doesn't need a storyline...game play alone is worth buying this game

Those 3 star reviewers are being overly generous. There is absolutely nothing fun about this game. The graphic quality is terrible and the storyline is boring. Couldn't even finish the demo. Don't waste your time or money/credits.

Seriously just stop. Put aside the fact that this game is boring, childish and a visual disaster. Who proofs these games? It had to have been created in another language then google translated into English because there were so many mistakes...the clues/words not matching the pictures in too many of the levels. And I won't even go into criticizing the puzzle games...."Who can you trust?" Trust me when I say Give this game a hard pass.

this was a good game...not great. I have enjoyed most of the Grim Tales series, there were 1 or 2 that bombed but this series lost its luster when they got rid of Richard. He added humor to the game and was a fan favorite.
There was too much jumping around between scenes for me. I would have liked more HO scenes using word search. The games were 50/50 for me.
I'm confused...is mom now no longer part of the storyline? Mom isn't as bad as 1 reviewer rated her but she is boring. Hate to be repetitive but they never should have deleted Richards character. "If it aint broke, don't fix it"
If you have played the whole series, its hard not to continue playing new releases but for me this isn't a game to buy full price or even member price. Wait for it to go on sale or use your club points.
