What a romp that was. This game is perfect for beginners who will enjoy the crisp and detailed graphics (LOVE elephant graphics for this reason), the linear sequence of events and the lack of too much challenge in the puzzles - although a few stumped me! I usually enjoy games with more challenging puzzles and fewer HOS, but the little PING that happened every time you find something never seemed to get tiresome. The range of adventure is nice however I got very tired of the illogical sequence behind collecting objects - I like to realise that I need to solve a challenge, then go and find the object required rather than just fill my inventory with a whole stack of weird stuff.
I recommend this game!

This is a fun game with great scenes and a spooky storyline. It would suit those that enjoy a beginner-intermediate level of challenge - none of the games are particularly difficult, but some take a while to complete.
I recommend this game!

To answer that question, play this game! Too many, ugh, so boring and soooo predictable. Please can you come up with anything more imaginative than a list of things to find! Aside from this tedious element, the GREAT news is that this is the first game I have played in which the CHALLENGE level could be customised. I was able to set it to the highest level on ALL except the HOS which I really am so bored with. So when I got to yet another HOS (and believe me if you like HOS, then there are about 30 in this game) I could use the 9sec hint button over and over and get to the object I needed to advance in the game. The graphics are gorgeous, but as others have noted, the gameplay is fairly predictable and a tad glitchy on my computer. However I enjoyed it and was able to complete it in about 4 hours which, when a game is this easy, is a bonus.
I recommend this game!

This is another in the Redemption series that continues the great eerie storylines and really good graphics. Unfortunately it falls short of being an overall great game due to some tediously easy puzzles. I feel that this series is becoming sloppy in the level of challenge available. Hello game developers: take a hint from some of the Mystery Case Files for interesting variations on puzzle themes. However, if you enjoy a good gruesome story with fun characters, then have a play and enjoy.
I recommend this game!

The Phantasmat series is a fun group of games. They are long and all have great storylines. There is enough lateral thinking required to find all the items and use them in the right way to keep it interesting - although some solutions are a little strange.
This one only lacks in the lack of complexity in the puzzles - just mind-bogginly too easy. I am wondering if future puzzles in all games can have additional levels of complexity installed - like the optional advanced buttons for gameplay - this ought to increase the difficulty of puzzles. And I am sooooo over hidden object searches - why oh why? They are tedious and boring.
I recommend this game!

This is a fabulous and stunning game to play. Using techniques I have not seen in games before (such as puzzle pieces that move like they are in water at the slightest touch) and the clever melding of real acting and animation, has given this game an edge that sets it apart from others before. I am surprised that it is not rating as good as it ought to!

Hi all. Now this one was not easy to navigate - thank goodness! Can't stand the simplicity of some I download, so if you like tricky connections between objects and usage, then have a look at this game. Note to game developers - think left of centre cause we do!! Don't' go for the easy solution, make us think and get frustrated, which is all part of the adventure and therefore the final solution feels truly justified!!

Hi all - I feel bad not having reviewed this earlier and helped you all find a great game. I yearn for complex, difficult adventures with great graphics and a riveting storyline. So if you are like me, then tune into this little treasure - it will have you hopping back and forth with so much to keep track of. Good mental gymnastics. I also loved City of fog, so this group of games is up there with the Best of them.

As soon as I see Elephant Graphics appear I know i am in for a treat! I turn the volume up and sit back to enjoy the visual feast. The illustrations are fabulous and the game is a good romp. There is quite a lot to keep track of with all the going forward and heading back again, which I like - trying to connect items that appeared hours ago with something that is happening right now. Good stuff!
I recommend this game!

This is a load of fun to play and there are some really difficult challenges to overcome. The graphics are sensational and the interface between you and the characters is strong and keeps your interest. Finally a game that nestles the finding of morphing objects in context with the game instead of just asking us to mindlessly find hidden objects. Loved it and I love the lack of hints although I had to call on the strategy guide several times - which is the sign of a complex fun challenge. But we expect nothing less from Mystery Case Files!
I recommend this game!
