Story: You take on the role of Derrick (now an adult) who is still traumatized by his childhood due to the disappearance of six children while playing at a Celtic Labyrinth so you seek out the help of a psychiatrist who recommends you return back to the scene of where it happened at the Sullivan River Summer Camp to try and rescue them.
3 play modes - I played advanced mode. No sparkles but does show black bar tips up at the top of the screen.
Strategy Guide: Doesn't indicate how many chapters and while I didn't use it but did check it out and stays where you last left it.
There is voice-over
There is a journal and also a map that you can use to travel back/forth.
HOS (hidden object scenes): I counted 22 scenes for the main game. All found by word list and are interactive.
HINT: I can't comment on how fast it charges up this time around as I only used it one time for the whole game but I can say it's helpful if you're not sure where to go/do next as it will lead you there until you get to where you need to be.
Puzzles: Some of the same seen in many games such as rotate rings however came across a few different ones I've never seen before anyway. I did skip a few of these as I'm not a fan of the puzzles and can be skipped in less than a minute.
There's also trophies/achievements/badges to be won!
My overall impression:
Wow! What a way to start off the Halloween season since that is just right around the corner with this spooky, eerie game. I was hooked to this right from the get go and held my interest to the very end as I did not stop playing until I got to the end.
I can sure tell there was some time and thought put into this game. The graphics, HOS, music, voice overs along with the story being told. I sure welcomed a whole different setting than the usual mansion and car crash theme and well this here was absolutely flawless for me and just something different. Also a lot of places to go and things to do. The main game here took me exactly 5 hours.
Now for the bonus chapter:
I'm sorry if this will come across as contradictory but I honestly don't know how to explain without spoiling anything but here I go: The main game does wrap up satisfactory and very well done however there is a continuation that I never gave thought to in the bonus chapter. This would also be why I can say the main game does have a satisfactory ending to it cause it's something I never thought about while playing the game and even when I reached the end of it before starting the bonus.
This also does start off from where you left off in the main game however opens up to all new locations. As for HOS only 6 scenes. There's also some puzzles of course.
As For Bonus Time: Exactly one 1 hour for me. This was the only place I got hung up as far as using the hint was one part in the bonus chapter here figuring out where to go and do next. For me however the bonus chapter was worth the extra money and very well put together and done.
Thanks so much Big Fish and developer for an awesome game here. I sure enjoyed every bit of that total 6 hours of game play.
As always, give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
I recommend this game!

The story: You take on the role of Dianne a photographer who has dreams of a young couple in some ancient land, and her lover is brutally killed and must uncover the hidden secrets that lies within her dreams.
This I would consider a HOPA (hidden object puzzle adventure) very heavy on HOS (hidden object scenes), light on puzzles, and the "adventure" part is there is a bit to do in this game. At times it will be obvious with the indication of a "sparkle" on the screen for something needing to be done however at times not always obvious as you have to take your mouse and move it around the areas pretty thorough to bring up the "gears" or "magnify glass" and "click around a lot" to activate something in a scene. Also at times have to have your mouse near the edge of the screen to find a new location the "arrows."
The graphics are a cartoon comic book style and done in cut scenes when the characters do appear in the game.
There is no journal, map, voice overs, or choice of play mode.
HOS (hidden object scenes): Will be indicated by sparkles and I counted 30 scenes for the whole game Found by word list. .At times you'll do at least 2 or 3 in a row. Most of the time there will be more than one item that is found in the scene that will go into the inventory down at the bottom. Sometimes used in the same scene sometimes not. Outside of these 30 scenes there are items that are found by circle placement. Some of the items to complete the "circle placement" are found in other scenes of the game. Lots of traveling back/forth to this game.
HINT: is only available for the HOS and charges up pretty quick however can't use the hint outside of the HOS. You are on your own here.
Puzzles: Not a whole lot of puzzles to this game. The usual found in many games like spot difference, jig saw, get ball out of the maze, etc. All puzzles can be skipped and pretty quick.
My overall impression:
Well to my surprise although this didn't have a journal, map, voice overs, or a hint outside of the HOS, I really liked this game. I found the graphics to be very well done and liked the cartoon comic book style.
The HOS weren't junk piled however a couple of scenes on the dark side and I'll have to agree with trying to find the tiger when it's actually a bear and I also came across the misspelling of toaster.
The puzzles as I'm not a fan of these but did them all but one and that was the spot the difference as I couldn't find the last "difference" so pretty easy for the puzzles.
What really drew me into this game was the game play while yes for the most part pretty easy along with a lot of HOS which I don't mind and doesn't bother me but I did really get hung up on one part trying to find a couple of things and actually thought there was a glitch in the game but ended being a whole new area that needed opening up as it wasn't very obvious. As I mentioned early have to really move your mouse around at times.
I also got enough time out of the game as it was just over 5 hours for me.
Overall, I give this 4 stars. I do like to figure out on my own however, I think the game should of had a hint button. I also think the story could of been worked on a lot more and it also ends abruptly. Looks like it may be continued but not sure if the developer will or not. As I said though I mainly stuck with this game cause of the game play. I'll be in the minority here as I really liked this game overall.
Thanks Big Fish and developer for a pretty good game here!
As always, give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
I recommend this game!

Review for whole game playing in advance mode.
The story: You take on the role of Kate McCormick and you have been assigned to investigate a terrifying explosion that has destroyed a secret bunker and capture the culprit.
8 chapters
2 play modes - Casual/Advance
There are voice overs.
Journal which holds a map that you can use to travel back/forth, list of task that need completed, along with notes as some are used for some parts of the game for puzzles.
This is a game where you have to go over the locations pretty thoroughly or you just may miss an item(s) that needs to be picked up. You also navigate the game by the "arrows" on the screen: one on the left, right, and sometimes one at the bottom of the screen or you can use the map.
Inventory: When you click on something in the scene, it will put it in the inventory down at the bottom. The green color are ones you can use either in that scene or a different scene in the game. The red color you'll see a picture of the item (key for example) and how many you have to find. Once you find them all, turns green color and ready to use.
HOS (hidden object scenes): Are interactive and found by word list.
Puzzles: Not very difficult at all especially considering I'm not a fan of these as I found most pretty fun but did skip a couple of the puzzles.
Hint/Skip: Charge up pretty quick. Less than 20 seconds. Also for the hint if you get stuck it will take you right to the location you need to be in.
My overall impression:
I just love this game and hooked right from the get go and held my interest to the very end as the story is very well told. The voice overs are really well done and fit the characters. The graphics are just excellent.
This game just has a lot to do and places to go as it's not "just a hidden object game" as everything you're doing in the game serves purpose to help you move forward. Actually I found this to be more adventure than HOS and puzzles. I also liked how the developer did the inventory (green, red).
As for game length: Close to 6 hours for me using a couple of hints and skipping a couple of the puzzles. Definitely long enough for me. Depending on your game play you may get more or less than this.
Overall, I give this 5 stars as I just love this game and sure hope to see more like this game brought to the site.
Thanks Big Fish and developer for an awesome game. This ROCKS!

This review is for the whole game playing in advanced mode.
This is a HOPA (hidden object, puzzle, adventure).
The story: You take on the role of Sarah Green who gets her first case in solving the mystery of the missing town doctor Dr. Magnus.
5 chapters and I was in chapter 2 when demo time was up.
2 play modes: Casual/Advanced: and Advanced mode just has sparkles for the HOS (hidden object scenes) only. Gears will appear for placement of inventory items and a magnify glass for other areas of interest like reading stuff that goes into your journal.
There are no voice overs as text/dialogue will be in boxes on the screen to read.
Map: There isn't one but not really needed in my opinion. While this game does overall have a lot to do and places to go however to move on to the next chapter you must complete everything in the current chapter as it won't let you move forward until you do. Once you move on to the next chapter the previous chapter is closed. Yes there is some traveling back/forth but not a "wandering all over the place" type of game.
HOS (hidden object scenes): I counted 23 scenes for the whole game. All found by word list. They're not interactive. Pretty clear for the most part but a couple of scenes a bit on the dark side along with some small items however I only used 1 hint for this part of the game.
Hint: Takes 3 minutes. Can be used outside of the HOS. Sometimes I found it helpful. This seemed to be a hit and miss here as at times it would direct me to do something but I didn't have the inventory to do it yet.
Puzzles: The usual run of the mill such as rotate the rings, assemble a newspaper (like a jig saw puzzles), arrange the books, just to name a few. Can be skipped and takes about 3 minutes as well. I skipped the rotate the rings as I don't like these.
There's also 21 achievements and find the 25 Horus Eyes throughout the game.
My overall impression:
I must say when I first saw this game I didn't think too much of it but decided to "give it a whirl" anyhow. I'm so glad I did. What a fun game.
For starters the graphics/artwork is just beautiful along with the characters. A very well done here.
The story line itself was good while yes being done before however I think this could of been worked on just a bit more. As mentioned if you're attentive to the story should be able to figure out the outcome by the half way point.
I just found this to be a pretty relaxing fun game as I really enjoyed the game play for the most part with a nice balance of HOS, adventure, and puzzles though I did get hung up a couple of times cause for me a couple of the areas it wasn't so obvious when something had to be picked up as I had to really move my mouse/cursor around the screen to find the areas and the items as they were pretty blended into the scene.
As for game length: Took me just a little over 4 hours. Depended on your game play you may get more or less than this.
Overall I give this 4 stars. I knocked this down a star as that hint I found annoying how it would direct me to do something but I didn't have the inventory to do it so have to wait for it to charge back up again. The story line while good as I mentioned could of been worked on just a bit more. Also while not a deal breaker for me since this is a SE version of a game I do think voice overs and the HOS being interactive would of really added to this game but a really good game if you are looking for something fun and relaxing.
Thank you Big Fish and developer of the game.
As always, give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
I recommend this game!

I usually do reviews on the whole game unless I'm not purchasing it which happens to be the case here but this is based on the whole demo trial time.
The story: You take on the role of a detective investigating your uncle's mysterious death/suicide to find out the truth.
8 chapters and I was just starting chapter 3 when the demo time ran out.
3 play modes where you can switch between modes at any time during the game. The only difference with the hardest mode as there is no skip or hint. It states there are no glints but they are there so I just played in the advance mode to have the hint/skip available which is less than a minute to use it.
There is a journal, no map, but the game does have voice overs along with text dialogue on the screen you can read.
I did meet up with a couple of people during the game where you have to do a task for them to help you move forward in the game but there is no "task" list of things to do.,
The HOS (hidden object scenes): I did 4 scenes during the demo time with 12 items to find in each scene. Found by word list and they're not interactive. The hint can also be used outside of the HOS at it will either direct you where to go or state "nothing at this time."
Puzzles: I came across 6 puzzles during the demo time: Fill row/column with same color balls, assemble a circuit board, enter a code for a suit case, move red chips to bottom and blue chips to the top of screen, place the blocks by matching the adjacent sides, place the skulls in the correct place by rotating them. The skip is also pretty quick.
My overall impression:
I'll start off with what I liked:
The time I played this seemed to have the "adventure" side to it the traveling/back forth and you meet up with some people to do a task for them.
The story while yes it's been done before and many times I didn't have any problems with the story or the voice overs.
The puzzles while I'm not really a fan of these I did them all but the skull one as I don't much care for the "rotating" type of puzzles.
What I didn't like and where this went down the hill:
I just wasn't too impressed with the graphics especially the HOS as I found them to be too dark. To my surprise only a couple of hints here.
I also didn't much care for the music as while it started off pretty good but quickly went into an endless loop and was getting on my last nerve.
This game also stated there would be no glints in the harder mode but they were there. I do like to figure out on my own but at the same time like to have the hint/skip available when needed and not having to go back/forth between modes.
Oh and there is also a witch in this game and what I played of this she would just appear and then disappear and not even say anything (insert the alien emoticon from Big Fish forum here). I'm not sure what was up with that? Maybe she does more later in the game but I'm not spending $6.99 or a punch code coupon to find out.
Overall, I just found this to be an OK game as it's definitely far from the worst I've downloaded but have played much better.
I'm sorry Big Fish and developer but the best I can do for this is 3 stars as it just didn't grab me and really have my attention to purchase it.
As always give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
I don't recommend this game.

This review is for the whole game playing the hardest mode.
This is a HOPA (hidden object, puzzle, adventure). Definitely more on the adventure side and the screen also scrolls in some areas and while there is no map but does have arrows giving you direction on which way to go.
The story: You take on the role of Angelica Weaver and find yourself traveling through time (present day Chicago and London 1888) in order to solve the mystery of the murders which becomes a cat and mouse game with a dangerous Killer.
3 play modes: Casual, Advance, Expert.
Strategy Guide: Doesn't list how many chapters but stays where you left it.
There is a journal along with the goals down at the bottom.
The HOS (hidden object scenes) are interactive. All found by word list. Items in blue are hidden from sight; items listed in green describe objects with a clue rather than just giving its name.
HINT: Available by charge up only which is pretty slow only in the casual/advance modes you can find dream catchers to use for hints. This has been turned off for the expert mode. Also hint is helpful outside of the HOS as it will show arrows directing you exactly where to go and what to do from the inventory.
Puzzles: Seemed to be very few at first but as I moved along more puzzles which ranged from very easy, some fun ones (and I'm not a fan of these) to some downright annoying like trying to move the pin ball along to unlock the chain on the door just to name one and the skip for puzzles in expert mode is 10 minutes. Casual is 3 minutes and advanced is 5 minutes.
You also collect badges to unlock an unlimited HO scenes at the end and these you will find everywhere and I do mean everywhere.
There's also achievements and for those who are interested in the wallpapers/screen savers well for once those aren't locked until you finish the game.
My overall impression:
Well the long cut scene which starts the game had me hooked right from the get go even with the bobble head lady character as it first she kinda annoyed me as well but the more I played she didn't bother me like some other game players. This cut scene especially along with some others in the game just excellent. Very well done here.
The voice over and graphics were excellent for me as well. I also loved traveling through time present day Chicago and London 1888..
I also liked that while this has HOS and puzzles but more adventure and in the expert mode there were no black bar tips as it just brought up a wrench and I would have to figure out what to do, what inventory goes there.
While this game didn't have a map I liked figuring out on my own though I'll admit I got hung up a couple of times but overall didn't use a whole lot of hints or skip a lot of the puzzles.
As for game length:This was a game I definitely didn't rush through as I took my time. For me this game was really long as I got 6 hours out of the main game and the bonus was about 2 hours. Depending on your game play you may get more or less than this.
I just thought the story was very well told, very intriguing and kept me well informed all the way, as to what is happening and how it is all piecing together. The ending for me was quite a mind-blower and not what I was expecting at all.
I do have one criticism about this game: While I do like to try and figure out on my own but when I'm stuck I thought the hint and skip was ridiculous - too long!
Overall there was just way more I LOVED about this game and definitely outweighed a couple of annoyances so I can't help but give this 5 stars and it was also a long game for me that kept my interest as I played this pretty much straight through so I feel I definitely got my monies worth.
Thanks Big Fish and developer for an excellent game here. I sure hope to see more like this one. This ROCKS!
As always, give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
I recommend this game!

This review is for the whole game playing in the hard mode and this is a HOPA game (Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure)
5 chapters and I was just starting chapter 2 when demo time was up. There's also a bonus mini-game if you find all the lions as there are 20 you have to find to be able to play this. Don't worry if you miss some as there will be more as I located as many as 25.
The story: You have to explore the Romanian castle to help save your friend Mark from an evil spirit.
2 play modes: Casual/Expert - Expert says no glints or sparkles and while there are no sparkles there are some glints. It also states a click penalty but I never encountered it. For areas of interest/active zones a magnify glass will come up.
No voice overs.
There is a diary that keeps track of notes/story and will also state how many of the lions you have located.
There is also a map that will show you where you are with green little feet, orange exclamation points those are areas where there are things to do and the map will also show a circles with "arrows" and those are the locations you can go to as you just click on the map and it brings up a magnify glass to travel back/forth locations.
The HOS (hidden object scenes): I counted 16 scenes for the whole game and 15 items to be found in each scene. All found by word list. Some items you do have to move something to get to them and they are not obvious as to which items cause this game doesn't use a different color text for the word list like most games. While a couple of the scenes I found to be a little on the Sanford & Son junkyard pile side and some really small items however not too bad as most I still located and only used a couple of hints here.
The hint: Charges up pretty quick for being the harder mode and if you aren't sure where to go/what to do next it will tell you where you need to go and what to do.
Puzzles: There's just as many puzzles to this game as there are HOS. Most of the usual that are in other games such as the rotate pipes/rings/circles, repeat the sequence just to name a few and also some that I haven't seen in the games I've played. The skip is also pretty quick for the puzzles. I'm not a fan of these but did them all but three and to my surprise found a few enjoyable and kinda fun.
My overall impression of this game:
While this game has no voice overs and I do think it would of really added to the game however being a standard edition this is not a deal breaker for me. I absolutely loved this game and was hooked right from the get go.
The graphics I found to be really great along with the characters with their witty comments and humor.
I really enjoyed exploring the castle as I found there to be lots to do and different places to go and some weren't so obvious the actives zones. Very tiny and on the difficult side to find as I'll admit I got hung up a couple of times but the hint was very helpful.
Where this game really stood out for me is how this developer made me feel as I was really a part of the game as I liked seeing my name in the comments/the dialogue. What a nice personal touch here.
As for game length: I got about 5 hours out of this game. I did have to use the hint to find a couple of the items and, did get hung up a couple times where to go/do next and skipped 3 of the puzzles as I mentioned but definitely a long enough game for me.
Overall I give this 5 stars, I loved this game. This rocks! Thanks Big Fish and developer for a great great here.
As always give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
I recommend this game!

This review is for the whole game.
There are 77 levels and this is timed.
This game is broken down into the four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, and winter) and there are "levels" within each season.
You are running a farm, and have to plant/collect products such as eggs, wheat, corn, and turn them into flour, bread, etc; just to name a few of the products. You are also given a small amount of resources such as animals, machines, and some money (sometimes no money) at the beginning of each level and how you accomplish the level goal is completely up to you but this game is definitely all about strategy and not a click fest type of game. Oh and yes it's true that you have to "sell" some of the products that's already been earned in your goal to help you make money.
You can also delete machines that you don't need and at times you have to so you can make room for other machines. This isn't like other TM games where you can sell it back for money however you can sell animals that aren't needed. You also have to buy storage units. It's also cheaper to buy another storage unit than upgrade however most levels you will need more than one.
Proceed to next level: As long as you are in the season (spring for example) if you run out of time you can continue until you finish the level however long it takes and go onto the next level, however to go to the next season (summer) you must have all gold for the spring season so it's just best to try and get gold or you won't be able to open up the next season and finish the game.
My overall impression of this game:
Well I don't play too many of these type of games cause I have rheumatoid arthritis as I find most of these to be a click fest and way too much madness for me however as I mentioned this is not a click fest type of game cause if it was well I wouldn't of played it all the way through.
This game was mentioned in the chit chat forum when it was first released so I thought I would "give it a whirl". I honestly thought after about 15 to 20 minutes tops I would end up deleting this game and moving on to something else but oh no I've been pretty much obsessed with this game from when it was first released back in July and I finally finished this yesterday September 1st. I've never been so determined to conquer a game.
Yes I have taken small breaks from this game and played some others but outside of work, eat, sleep, watching some TV and some house chores, it's been pretty much this game for over a month as some of these levels I had to do over and over again and level 76 was the hardest of them all for me. Trying to make 50 cakes in 9 minutes and 20 seconds.
I did most of the levels on my own but did have to seek help from the forum on a few of them and so glad fellow game players took time out to post how they made gold on the levels or I'd still be playing.
Yes I'll admit I got a little frustrated on some of these levels and I must say when I first started playing this like some of the other reviews I found it kind of annoying that you have to sell some of what you already earned but the more I played this game well this part of the game is what ended up really intriguing me that it wasn't THAT easy to get the gold on the levels. Overall I just absolutely LOVE this game as the animals are so cute as there are hens, sheep, cows and the hedgehog collectors will help you gather the items and put them in the storage containers and you make so many different things in this like cakes, milkshakes, tarts, popcorn. Just to name a few things. This game just has it all.
This developer is definitely the master of challenge and strategy in my opinion. OMG and LOL! I see from the forum for this game working on a Farm Fables 2 and all I have to say is BRING IT! I hope to see it soon!
Thanks for a great game Big Fish and developer. A definite 5 star game all the way from me and I usually don't go for this type of game. This ROCKS!
As always, give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
I recommend this game!

Review for whole game in normal mode.
This is a HOPA (hidden object puzzle adventure) kinda light on adventure, very light on HOS, and very heavy on puzzles. Yes some traveling back/forth but I wouldn't consider this a "wandering" all over the place type of game.
The story: You must find the 6 crystals to save your friend Mary who has disappeared and also uncover the secrets of an exotic land.
3 play modes: Casual, normal, and expert. I did check out the expert mode and the only difference is there is no hint or skip button but still shows glints of what needs to be done.
The menu button is up at the top of the screen along with the task button which shows your task of what needs to be completed as you will run into several characters along the way. Inventory down at the bottom just like usual.
There's also a journal down at the bottom of the screen (no map) which keeps track of some notes/story along with a couple of puzzles clues to solve a couple of the puzzles and also keeps track of your playing time.
The graphics: The characters are a hand painted cartoon along with some ghost and there are voice overs.
The HOS (hidden object scenes): I only counted 6 for the whole game and they are FROGS (fragmented pieces). Once you find them all you have to place them back into the scene. If you move your mouse/cursor around "gears" will appear and tell you what needs to go there. Also on some of them once you complete the item you will find a piece to one of the other items as some are hidden within items. The hint is very quick as it only takes about 30 seconds or less. Also helpful if you get hung up on what where to go/do next as it will tell you.
There's also about 3 or 4 scenes were you have to combine items to use them as they have a plus sign by them in your inventory.
Puzzles: Quite a few and the usual what you see in other games: slider, rotate circles/pipes, repeat sequence just to name a few. Skip is also very quick - 30 seconds or less.
10 achievements.
My overall impression of this game:
What I liked:
I found the story captivating while yes the "missing person" theme has been done many times but I didn't stop playing this until I got to the end.
Hand painted "cartoon/ghost" drawn style characters along with the voice overs. A very well done here.
While I like and don't mind finding by word list, this was a nice change as I also love finding the FROGS (fragmented pieces) and then placing them back into the scene.
Now for why I give this 3 stars instead of 5:
I wish there would of been more HOS scenes and this game had way too many puzzles for me. I'm not a fan of the puzzles as I find these tedious and boring however did them all but 3 of them.
This game in some parts had a bit too much hand holding as one review mentions the scene with the car telling you that you need a key just to name one.
I also don't need for a game to go on & on as about 4 to 5 hours is good enough for me and I usually get this even if I skip 2 or 3 of the puzzles /use the hint a couple of times however I completed this game in 2 hours 36 minutes and 41 seconds to be exact Yes I did skip 3 of the tedious boring puzzles, used the hint 2 times for the HOS and 1 time cause I did get a little hung up on where to go next but this is still too short for a game. While this is a pretty good game I'm glad I used a coupon code for this.
So for recommending this game: I would recommend it to someone who is new to this type of game playing or just wanting a game to pass about 2 to 3 hours of time. I'd also recommend either using a punch code coupon, daily deal, or catch of the week. If you are one of the "expert" players looking for a very challenging/long game well I don't think you'll be pleased with this one. As always however, give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
Thanks Big Fish and developer.
I recommend this game!

A Good Game But Definitely Not A Collector's Edition

This review is based on the demo of this game since I'm not buying it. At least this collector's edition version I'm not.
The story: You take on the role of Angelica who has had her beauty stolen by a witch who is robbing her along with others of their beauty.
This only shows the first 2 chapters of the demo but according to the game forum I guess there are 8 chapters plus a bonus chapter??
The 3 play modes and I played the hardest mode.
The HOS (hidden object scenes): I believe I did 5 during the demo time. All found by word list. A couple in the list are a green color where you have to move something to get to them.
Puzzles: I only came across 2: A hexagon puzzle where you have to match up the pieces to match the symbols and a puzzle where you have to press the bricks in the correct order to open a door.
You also find 12 snake keys and I found 4 of them during the demo time.
In some scenes there is also a green eye or yellow tag attached to your cursor are to do "special powers" as you move forward in the game.
There is no map, journal, voice overs.
Strategy guide stays where you left it.
The hint/skip charge up pretty quick
My overall impression of this game:
I'll start off with what I liked: I found the story to be good even though yes it's been done before. The graphics are also very good. The puzzles while I'm not a fan of these I did them with no problem as I didn't have to skip them.
Now for why I don't think this is Collector Edition worthy:
There are no voice overs which is a must for me being a collectors edition. Yes I know some don't care and that's fine but paying twice as much for the game that should be an option for those like myself who do care as the people who don't care can also turn it off.
The music while it started off really good however pretty much the same music played over and over again so I had to stop the madness, cut that off and pull the plug on the music as that was grating on my last nerve.
I also wish the HOS would of been interactive as just "moving something" out of the way I don't consider interactive.
There's also no map, journal, Only shows the first couple of chapters as I had to go to the forum to see how many chapters this has. Yes while it's true just because a game has a lot of chapters doesn't necessarily make it a long game but you can kinda gauge it from where you left off in the game when time was up to get an idea of how long the game may be.
I also never encountered any of these "special powers" as that didn't explain in the tutorial as once again had to go seek out the game forum to see what the green eye and yellow tags attached to the cursor was all about.
Also those who are interested in the screensavers and wallpapers well those are locked until you complete the whole game. What good are they then after you complete the game? By that time you're ready to move on to the next happening game. No other extra like achievements I've seen in other games. Just no extras as some others have mentioned.
The harder mode also had some glints of what you're suppose to do.
Oh and what's up with the review telling others to ignore less than favorable reviews? Just because they loved this game doesn't mean I or anyone else has to. Just like me thinking it's not collector edition worthy doesn't mean others should feel that way. As I always say: Give it a whirl and decide for yourself.
Thanks anyway Big Fish and developer while I don't think this is collector edition worthy I'll await the standard edition.
I don't recommend this game.
