I really like the previous Surface games but this one is just ok. The music is too over the top and the characters talk too much. I waited some time to buy it because of Christmas spending etc but was really looking forward to getting it; oh well, they can't all be great. Wouldn't buy the CE edition but worth while in standard.
I recommend this game!

I played the demo released a couple of months back and liked it so much I went back and played 1 and 2. This 3rd version is fun too. Not alot of brain busting challenge unless you want to get the time bonus but relaxing and has actual goals (i.e. the wedding as well as the goal to finish each chapter). Also, I like that the chapters are fairly short so it can be played in bursts which fits my working schedule very well. I recommend it unless you are expert time management player.
After a long journey, Queen Sophia faces her enemy for the last time - but will she succeed in saving her parents?

I have struggled in the past with the Awakening games, not enough guidance on what needs to be done. This one has a map that takes you where you need to go which I don't remember from the others. The story is good for me though to be honest I don't really cue in much to the storyline all the time. Graphics beautiful, challenging enough without making me want to hiss...well worth it. Maybe people with more expertise think this one has been "dumbed down" but I really like it!

After loading 4 or 5 demos and immediately uninstalling them I finally stumbled on this game. The graphics are amazing, puzzles fun and not a bad storyline. Well worth the price.
I recommend this game!

This is game is major disappointment. At least it was free in the Labor Day sale. I thought I had liked previous installments but maybe I looked at the wrong ones in purchase history. It seems like it was made for kids. I will probably struggle through it eventually. While it is colorful the instructions as pictures are less than challenging and demeaining. Again it was free.
I don't recommend this game.

After not being able to play any big fish games due to computer problems I am back. Looked at several "new" games and uninstalled 3 before I stumbled on this. I love the Dark Parable games for their graphics, challenge and fun. Same old story but don't really care because the other qualities make it worthwhile.
I recommend this game!

Beautiful graphics, mediu hard puzzles. Always love having the map and I didn't need to use guide for majority of game.
I recommend this game!
Release the characters from the witch's curse and find the portal home!

When I bought the first Dark Parables game I was initially frustrated and relied heavily on the strategy guide. I have all the subsequent games and they are all great. This one is no exception; it makes you think, hunt and pay attention. Graphics, sounds, puzzles...just really enjoy.
I recommend this game!
Your brother is kidnapped during an air show. Search for him in a beautiful world where the sky is as wide as your imagination.

Buy this game! I haven't even gotten very far and I know this game is as good, if not better, than Surface: The Noise She Couldn't Hear! I have alot to get done over this weekend but I can't get this game out of my head and it's very hard to stay away from. Awesome graphics, puzzles that make you think but not get frustrated. As always, love the interactive map.
I recommend this game!
