This game was best with the storytelling. It kept me curious 'till the end. Furthermore lots of locations to go to and search through, the items I had to look for never were too small or too well hidden, the H0G screens were filled with story-fitting objects and not junkpiley.
All in all a good game, worth to pay for and play. Only minor thing was the abrupt ending. Could have been a bit more satisfying, but maybe that's a good tip for the next game of this developer!
I recommend this game!

Blood Oath
With no memories of your past life and a never-ending hunger, it’s time to embrace a new life as a vampire in Blood Oath!
The game looked good from the demo, so I bought it but boy! what a huge disappolinted it appeared to be! You're running, flying, crawling etc. around all the time to pick up items in a number of junkpiled locations. In fact, this is a pure H0G rather oldfashioned style. The only 'adventurous' about it is that you see characters pop up now and then to carry the story a bit further. I got bored very fast, but since I'd bought it I played it through 'till the end. But a tedious experience it was and if there's a sequel coming on some time in the future it better be improved, meaning no running around like mad and only picking up items in junkpiley home and garden locations.
The residents of Bitterford, Maine have fallen prey to a terrible curse. It’s up to you to unravel the series of mysterious events that led to the town’s downfall and uncover the evil that was responsible.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Being a huge fan of the Mystery Case Files series I've bought this 9th one unseen the moment I saw it appear as the Tomorrow's Game Today. And it surely meets my high expectations!
- Real actors doing a terrific job - Crystal clear graphics - A thrilling storyline - Interesting minigames - Excellent guidance by the Strategy Guide

Unfinished Tales: Illicit Love Collector's Edition
After the Raven Queen crashes her wedding, Thumbelina must save her prince to reclaim her happy ending!
This gem of a game has it all: beautifull cristalclear graphics, not cluttered H0 scenes, very enjoyable storyline, humerous even, in several places and original minigames, not too easy and not too hard. Excellent all over!
Ever since the first Dark Parables game: Dark Parables - The Curse of Briar Rose, I'm an absolute fan of the series. In my opinion these developers are the best ones in Adventure/Hidden Object Gameland! Always a fantastic story, stunning graphics with beautiful objects to look for, atmospheric, melodious music, original puzzles and a gamemode for every kind of player. This 4th game in the row has got this all and more! I've spend the CE price without a glimpse of a doubt and I'm loving every minute of playing! Thank you developers, thanks Big Fish! My weekend is made!
Almost don't buy Collector's Editions anymore these days, but this one I did, since I've played the first two 'Anomalies' and really liked them. This one's a success too. Original storyline, atmospheric colours, interesting locations and H0 scenes with different styles of searching. Really worth the money. The reasons I'm not giving 5 stars though, are the repetitive minigames in the bonusgame plus a bit too much back tracking.
To be honest, I didn't think much of this game when I saw it announced but... it appears to be a good one! There are voice-overs, which I always like, the H0 scenes, though a bit fuzzy, aren't too cluttered, the minigames are doable, fun even, some of them, and the story, strange things happening on a carnival, is always good to me!
Yes! It's a game around dogs! Which doglover can resist it? Certainly not I! And then some mean looking ones have stolen my sweet puppy Pippa! So up, up and away to find the villains who are responsible! Binding under my snowshoes and here I go!
Beautiful and fun game! Wellmade, with nice voice-overs and clear graphics. A winner! Bought this CE without hesitation!
A new breed of virus has spread throughout the City of Oxford. You must search the city for a missing girl who holds the key to stopping the global epidemic!
The first screens got me interested immediately. A big town is being evacuated because of a severe virus threat. Chaos and tension everywhere. You're being send in to go and find a girl who presumably survived the disease that her twinsister died of. Obviously a very interesting person to the doctors and scientists eager to find out more about the cause and... a cure.
The game is wellmade, the voiceovers are very realistic and the actors have been artistically changed into half-and-half cartoonic looking characters. Fitting right in the gameworld this way, better than live actors do, at least that's what I think of it.
A 5 star game to me, thrilling and interesting with not too much H0 scenes. A winner!
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
Although I had to get used a little to looking for morphing instead of hidden objects the game immediately grabbed me. Really a sequel to the first two Ravenhearst games, this one is the most exciting without a doubt! It feels like taking part in a thrilling cinema-success and I'm loving every minute of it! The game is very well made by very creative people. Compliments! One minor point of criticism: the game appears with bars on widescreen monitors, and that's a bit of a pity in case of a great product like this. But overall: top of the bill!
Thanks devs, for giving my DH and me such a good gametime!
