This was an overall good HOS game. Nice mix of puzzles and HOS's. Both the HOS's and the puzzles were mostly pretty challenging. Interesting (though sometimes goulish) story line.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there was absolutely no clue what you were supposed to do on some of the puzzles. I don't want hints to solve but I do want at least a hint of what is supposed to be done to solve it. Also, there was only one puzzle that I can think of that had a reset, so by the time you figured out what you were supposed to do, you had messed the puzzle up so bad it was too frustrating to get it back to a solvable state.
I recommend this game!

There are so many good things about this game! Loved the graphics, the music and the story line! The game was a good length (no timer but I'm guessing at least 6 to 7 hours playing time). A nice mix of HOS and puzzles.
I just can't give this game a 5 star, though, because it was SO EASY. I played in Expert mode and breezed through the puzzles. They were fun puzzles but really, really easy. The HOS's for the most part were very easy as well. No hints needed.
I would recommend this game only to anyone who likes easy puzzles--it definately fills the bill in every other way.

I'm generally not a fan of HO games but they are OK if there's enough puzzles and adventure. This one is a nice mix of both. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the HOS were really easy. I didn't use a hint on any of them. There was always a couple objects that required some action to find. There were a LOT of puzzles and they were challenging and fun. I played in "expert" mode but I took my time and was able to solve all of them without a skip. I liked the fact that you had a book with your current objectives and a map to help you find your way around. There's also an "achievements" section that was fun to track how well you did in various aspects of the game. This game took me a long time to play--over 7-1/2 hours #the map keeps track of playing time# and there were a lot of different kinds of scenes #think different movie sets# that kept it interesting.
