I like the " league of light" games so I was happy to get a new one and it is a good following.
Rare these days...The graphics are great, the story flows well, I like the bad guys, the HO are fun and puzzles interesting although a bit easy...I liked the game and enjoyed playing it,
I was involved and interested all the way. It's an old story but very modern thanks to the graphics...I wish they could do a great creepy game !

I recommend this game!
The twinkling lights in the marsh look pretty, but they hold a mysterious power. Whatever you do... do not follow them!

The graphics are good not overdrawn and they did try new things with the HO. It is a tale as in a book, and it is relaxing, no witches, no overdrawn homes, yes there is a carriage overturn at the beginning as usual, but it is engaging still....It will take me a while to finish it as I am older and slow and get tired fast. Now, if it had been a creepy scary game like maze 360 or escape from Raven Hearst, I would have stayed up til dawn...
But as games go, this one is not insulting my intelligence, and I give them A for doing good work and trying new stuff.... Is it worth the $13.00 , no, wait until it goes on sale 2 for 1.

I am glad so many gamers enjoyed it, it is always pleasant to play a good game. Not my case, I was bored with the genre to start with, although the graphics are good and puzzles fun, I did not seem to care one bit. I guess I should have known already but as it is 110 degrees here, one needs to get busy...I will recommend the game, but we all have played this game before, nothing new, same old script....
I recommend this game!

I have been so desperate for something fun, creepy and politically incorrect ,that I downladed from my stash all the old Mystery case files " Raven Hearsts " serie....What fun, creepy, mean, so difficult, and so great, that serie should win an award !
On the other hand, THIS ( whatever Hotel) bored me to death.
It's not because you put haunted in the title that it will be scary and creepy.....Just old and done !

I re-played recently, out of desesperation, the old mystery trackers , and how refreshing and fun they were......This one is a very low level on everything, puzzles are too simple, and after a while I did not care about the aliens , or the people, I still like the hemp.....They had a good story line there,it couls have been like " the thing " but went no where with it, it was not scary or mysterious, colors are too bright, too much bling !
I don't recommend this game.

I loved their previous games, but it is time to invent another genre, the princess in distress about to marry a creep is getting old...So much magic potions to make at every turn....We have been lucky in the past 2 weeks to get some great modern style creepy games, I hope others will jump on the bandwagon....I liked the gargoyles, I want a creepy game with gargoyles, nasty gargoyles flying over Chernobyl maybe, a world taken over by gargoyles...It's 110 here, that is why I needed a game to keep me busy and I guess I have gone delirious.....with boredom...I am gonna dig in my stash of games and find the old creepy ones, mental asylums, orphanage, vaccinations gone bad...whatever...
I don't recommend this game.

Creepy, intelligent, scary, funny, it has it all ! For once I did not mind spending the $13.99. Even though next day it half off, I still do not mind, I had to have it right away ! What a great ride!

Old tech, enjoyable, straight forward,no witches, no overdrawn castles, just difficult HO's and good puzzles and slightly creepy so that was great ! And I used my coupon so it was free !

For once I got something I had fun with.....It's low tech, not too much new stuff in this, but it is very surreal, reminded me of the early " sandman " games....I enjoyed myself, I wanted to finish it and had fun with the graphics....Not overdrawn, simple, clear and really charming.
I recommend this game!

I got 2 for the price of one, so I do not feel too bad, still, I played it for 5 minutes and tossed it.....I played that game hundreds of times, same old stuff.....I better learn to read the lowest reviews first, because I don't know what the 5 stars are coming from !!!!
