SUMMARY: Flawless gameplay; outstanding graphics and color palettes. Well thought-out story development and exceptional production values. Lengthy game with plenty to do and see. A nice day of exciting gameplay.
GAMEPLAY: Immediately grabs and holds your attention. Superb artistry - full of color. Special effects are outstanding. Voice overs are terrific; music is compelling; lots of HOS (list and silhouette; very detailed and not too crowded, with nice color palettes); fun and interesting puzzles (wide variety of difficulty). Play bubble shoot instead of HOS if you want.
BASICS you get: map with objectives and active areas (you can turn off); journal; 3 standard plus one customizable difficulty mode (turn on/off only those aspects you want, including time sets for hint and skip recharges); hint shows snapshot of where you should go; helpful messages. Helper dog (but he won't dig, only fetch).
CE includes achievements; collect fairies, souvenirs and dog biscuits; making of; pictures of process of drawing characters, et al.
I recommend this game!

This is a fun adventure game with plenty of entertaining puzzles and beholders to find. Good voice overs and unintrusive music. Graphics are hand drawn. Lots to do and see as you enter the nightmares of a coma-stricken girl to find bits and pieces of her dreamcatcher to help her escape her nightmare. Makes for a good afternoon of entertaining fun.

Lots to do in this adventure. Good balance of HOS and puzzles, but it is mainly an adventure game, so don't expect a ton of HOS or puzzles. Voice overs are very, very good. HOS are list-based and mildly crowded, but very detailed. Puzzles can be substituted for the HOS (like picture puzzles). Mini-game puzzles are widely varied and relatively easy to figure out. You can customize the difficulty or choose one of the 3 preset difficulty levels. Well-developed story. Gameplay is straightforward and the developers put a lot of thought into how the game should progress. Graphics look hand-drawn. Nice game.

Lots to do in this adventure. Good balance of HOS and puzzles, but it is mainly an adventure game, so don't expect a ton of HOS or puzzles. At first, I thought this game was just a middle-of-the-road production, but the longer I played, the more engrossed I became. The story and events became more interesting - love mysteries. Your sister who is the lead ballerina does not meet in front of the theater as you had planned after her performance. The mystery increases from there.
BASICS: customize your level of difficulty; good voice overs; play bubble shoot instead of HOS; unintrusive music; diary; map with objectives and active areas shown and good sound effects.
GAME PLAY: The special effects are good, though not abundant. For some locations, you need to use several pieces of inventory in succession (ex: a ribbon, then an empty doctor's bag to hand on it and finally bricks to put into the bag in order to crash a door open). You combine objects where they are used, not in the inventory tray.
HOS are list or silhouette-based and puzzles are different and can be figured out with a little thought. Well thought out story and gameplay. Game is a lot of fun and full of entertainment, the deeper you get into it.
The CE vs. SE: CE has morphing objects, making of, replay puzzles and HOS, play new HOS, movies, souvenir shop, pictures (wallpapers, context etc), collectibles and the bonus game.
I recommend this game!

Interesting story - find out why nobles who are robbed become ill afterwards. Very good adventure game with a good balance of interactive HOS and a wide variety of fun puzzles with varying difficulty. Lots to do and see. Artistically stylistic but good. Unintrusive music. Very good voice overs. Journal, interactive map, jewelry maker. Gameplay is straightfoward and linear. Customize your settings. A nice afternoon of entertaining fun.

Adventure game with a good balance of interactive HOS and nice variety of varying difficulty puzzles. Lots to do and see. Customize difficulty settings. Interesting story (others have told it so I won't repeat). Artistically stylistic but good. Collectibles, journal, interactive map, and an ermine helper. Unintrusive music. Very nice voice overs. Somewhat linear in a straightforward gameplay. A delight to play and provides an entertaining afternoon of entertainment.

SUMMARY: 5 minutes into the game, I knew I would be buying it. Good story, beautiful graphics and interesting, well thought-out gameplay. Very good production values - probably more so than the previous Witches Legacy games, which you won't need to play to understand the story.
The cutscenes are very good and the voice overs are better. 4 volume controls; music is pleasant enough. 4 modes of difficulty, including custom (if you play custom, you can turn off the penalty for bad aim when clicking in the HOS).
2 Helpers: Imp which we've met in the prior games helps us out and Elizabeth, a doll which will give us direction in rescuing Lynn. Graphics are outstanding; HOS are mildly crowded, interactive and list-based. Puzzles are varied, many not seen a lot, and range from mildly to moderately difficult. Promises to be a few hours of very pleasant entertaining day.
I recommend this game!

This is one terrific adventure. 12 chapters as you try to bring Count Orlok and his cohorts to justice so that Charon will release your wife from her trip to Hades. Orlok killed your wife on your wedding day and is now on Charon's train (he prefers the more modern mode of transportation to crossing the River Styx).
Artwork is handdrawn and lovely to look at. Looks like old-time art. Good sound effects and the narration is superb. Fun to play. Lots to do and locations to visit. You get a map for each chapter. Somewhat linear in that you meet other souls trapped on the train until their killer is brought to justice and must lure their killer to the train in succession.
If I can find one con, it's that the area where you have binoculars (I play casual), showing where you can look closer or pick up or find objects, continues to show binoculars when you scroll over. They should just close automatically.
Did like the lens that showed you where you might see things that aren't as they seem. Well told story. Don't understand the low ratings from some, unless they don't appreciate hand-drawn art -contrary to their opinion, it is not low graphics, it is the hand artwork.
I recommend this game!
