OK fishies, you must be careful choosing this game. It has some dark moments, and sad story line. Not sure everyone will enjoy this game.
I did enjoy the game, however, I usually choose different games anyway.
Hints were quick, puzzles were good.
Characters were likeable/hateable....you choose.
You will follow the lives of several people and unravel a mystery. This game has beautiful graphics, butterflies were everywhere. Diary included in this game, as well as locket. If challenge is what you want, some areas were very clever.
Good luck. I am gonna recommend this game, for the few population who like this sort of game.

This game is the most fun! You follow Robert on a journey he inherited from his grandfather, Robert must finish grandfathers mission/expedition. Robert is helped along by his sister Sophie. Together they explore and open up a lovely display of HO's and puzzles. I enjoyed "traveling" and backtracking throughout the game. Loved Robert and Sophie.Hidden object scenes were fantastic and plentiful. Puzzles were very well done and tricky. Moving throughout the game was easy enough, and beautifully done graphics. Characters were super, figuring out what to do next, keeps us guessing. For a really fun time, choose this game. NOTE: people who wear glasses some items are tiny. Nice long play time. Hints were ok, not the best. Map very handy. Secret objects, some easy to locate, others not so much, but using time to find them works out well, I was able to complete all but one secret object card. I recommend you go find the Serpent of Isis for yourself. I am sure you won't be disappointed. This game is not dark, morbid or creepy! Music is nice while you play!!!

Beautifully done game. Lots of HO's and puzzles. Great characters, wonderfully done graphics. Very entertaining until the end of the game. Good long play time, Excellent choices for hidden objects, can't give away too much but.... hey who wants to find feathers, magnifying glasses, and hammers all the time in a game? Clever use of objects. Underwater scenes were extremely well done. Hint/Skip button, refills quickly when needed. Hope you all do enjoy this trip beneath the sea...

Black Isle was supposedly abandoned after an earthquake but the truth is much more sinister! Join the Mystery Trackers and learn the truth!

Smart choice to play this game. It is reminiscent of previous games in this genre.
I found all parts of this game excellent.
Some back tracking required.
HO's were somewhat tedious, which I didn't mind.
Objects used to complete tasks were befuddling at times, which makes me think outside the box for answers.
Map is confusing to use, yet I used it anyway, and most players will use it too.
Hint refills quickly, which can be a saving grace on some of the HO scenes. Puzzles were different and entertaining.
The story line kept me guessing, and was excited for the next new area to explore. Took me too long to get to some scenes but what the heck it was worth the effort to dawdle in some scenes. Loved Elf.
Go to Black Isle for yourself and indulge in mystery and have yourself some fun!

Excellent game. Great storyline, and characters. I did get stuck on one item to place, I finally finished the placement and continued on to the end. HO's were somewhat difficult to find, and the hearts are hidden very well. If you wear glasses be careful when choosing this game, as some objects are super tiny!
Puzzles were fun, music was dynamite...loved the music.
I absolutely loved the characters and the story.
Graphics were befitting of the 30's era. True to form the devs got it spot on for the time era. My hats off to all who play.

I enjoy the "who-done-it" mysteries. This game was tricky at times and places. I did find I was frustrated at points in the game as well. Not sure if I fully understood the purpose of the game. I still had a blast playing and even through frustration, not having a clue what to do next. I was still intrigued by the forensics, detective work. Thank you again, another well done game.
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed this game very much! The HO's were somewhat difficult, however, it did make the game last longer for me to play. Graphics were excellent, music was befitting a tale such as this. I loved it. Puzzles were not to hard but thought provoking.
The down side was this game was way too short for my liking but thanks i enjoyed it anyway!

My hats off to the devs on this one. My favorite game to date.
Believable story line, the best graphics, music was also appropriate for the setting of the story.
HO's were fantastic, some items easy to locate others not so much. To play this game was truly my favorite, nice long game too. Awesome creepy places, and fun facts to find. I can't say enough about this game folks. I am a Hidden Object/Adventure/Puzzle fanatic. This one I will play again!!!

This was not the worst game I've played , but a stretch from the best. The graphics were this games saving grace. The characters were likeable and believable, The mission of the game was not a difficult task, and yet some items were not as easy to find and a lot of traveling between scenes to get what you need to proceed. The HO's were easy enough, I did find the game somewhat tedious and boring at times. Not sure if this game fits everyone. All I can say is you just have to use your judgement on selecting this game for your library of games.
I don't recommend this game.
