I've had this game for a couple years and I'm finally writing a review. I've held off from giving a less than stellar review because I hate doing so.
The models are just awful. One of them is a combo of 2, she has a lighter body than her head.
The game performs well enough, it is just one of those that flunks in so many areas.
I know it's an oldie, but when I bought it I was desperate for a "dress up" game for Women where we could at least choose colors for items, having some creativity.
Yes, you have good choices for color tones. NO, the clothing styles aren't any prettier than the models. I'll stick to Fashion Solitaire. That game gives you many choices and the art work is Very nice with pretty models. We need more Adult oriented classy fashion games! Where are they??

I was intrigued with this story so I downloaded the trial to see what it's about.
I made it to the place where Joe finds the old guy
in the room, shot and near death. At this point
The language goes in the toilet. I just don't see the necessity for cussing to make a point. While I recognize that we're in an age where
such things beg to be called okay, it's a total turn off for me and I suspect there have been and will be others who will pass on this one.
I didn't finish the trial as that first incident was to me likely indicative of the tone of the entire game. Too bad, it had a little promise.

Submerge into the unique deep-sea world with your amusing aquatic buddies that will never let you feel bored in Fishdom: Depths of Time.

Having had a few aquariums over the years, this game was a "have to try". I too have the other Fishdom games and have to agree that this one Rocks!!
I can't think of a single negative comment. The graphics are amazing. The 3D feature is a huge improvement and how in the world did they figure out how to make those fishies swim and move so realistically? They even feed like the real ones. The best thing is these fish -as opposed to having the real ones- don't get ick, you don't have to change the water regularly, and they don't die. Oh yes, all of this for the price of the game, hard to beat.
The more you play the more hooked you become. Excuse the pun. The comments from your fishie pets are funny and make the game that much more engrossing.
When you have more than that first tank you run into jealousy from the fishies! The members of each aquarium don't like you spending time with the others and they tell you about it!
Just a great game that tics every box. I can't wait to see what they will dream up next, these devs are great!

Love this game, as always it's another jewel from ERS.
As a Standard version you have to think a bit more without a strategy guide but it's not so hard you give up in frustration.
The story is great fun, little bits of humor here and there make it fun and just keeps you engaged. The game moves along at a nice pace, lots to find and do and not totally HO. The voice overs are great as well; the artwork is great as always with the artists at ERS.
ERS has done a great job of keeping it moving and not repetitious. Fun Game, give it a try.

When I saw this edition of Strike Solitaire (3) I thought, Great, Something new! Maybe the Devs have come up with
a whole new game . Awhile ago I bought Strike 2 and like it. No story line but interesting card play with some good challenges and power-ups you can buy. Nothing exciting but nice and relaxing play.
I just downloaded this version and what a big let down.
I played it about 10 minutes which was long enough to see there's no difference between the two games. The music is the same, the scenery is so much like Strike 2 it's boring.
The extras you can buy = power-ups are the same. I really don't understand why the developers weren't more creative. From what I saw and played it's little more than just giving the old version a new name. This is definitely a No buy for me as I already have the same game in Solitaire Strike 2 Seaside Season.
I only recommend this game if you don't have the previous version. You don't need both!

When I first saw this game I thought, "Nawwww, not for me"...
and passed it by. Mistake! I recently bothered to read the reviews and thought "Oh, heck why not?" So, I downloaded it.
I'm so glad I did, it's such a fun game, the story line is humorous and the graphics nicely done in comic book style.
Lots of color, nice progression from one locale to the next and challenging enough to make you strive for those 3 gold stars. The music is great and makes you smile too. It's fitting to the story and not darkly depressing. After 20 minutes I had to stop and buy it and have been enjoying it immensely.
There are various power ups you can buy with the coins you earn during play, and the sound of the coins hitting the ground - tinkle tinkle just adds to the fun, I didn't find it annoying given the intent of the devs;- to have Fun.
Nice change from serious, give it a try!

Wow and wow. Love this one!
The Narrator of this tale has a wonderful deep DEEP kinda gravelly voice that just draws you Into the story which is well crafted and beautifully written. Yes, it's all about Evil Dragons to be conquered, nothing new here. But aside from the standard card play it just stands out from the others. The play is similar to Avalon with Fire,Ice, Vines and stone to be removed. What hooked me is the progression of the story and the narration which is top notch. The story itself is extremely detailed and if it were a book I'd probably buy it, it's that good. I have no problem giving this one 5 stars all the way!

When I first downloaded the trial I wasn't expecting to have so much fun; it looked pretty cartoony. No voiceovers, just background chatter.. But, Wait! These characters you play against have faces! Instead of an overhead view of the table you are looking across it from behind the dealer. It didn't take long for me to stop, go back and buy this game. Instead of hearing "Cheeeeeeck" (in a rather annoying female voice)
you can observe the facial expressions of the other players along with their other tells. Really is a lot of fun! I like the East Coast Mafia flavor, something different and enjoyable.
I also like that you can buy buildings which add income and further the story line of reclaiming the town.
I actually am having better "luck" playing poker in this game than either of the others I bought, which I do like, but don't have as much success at.
If you like Poker, give this one a try. If you've played other Poker games with minimal success, this one may surprise you. It's definitely worth the download !

I bought the first Crime Story Solitaire which is a good game.
When I saw this one the other day I read the reviews, skipped the trial and bought it because the reviewers are doing a great job of selling it and now I want to do so too.
I have had No tec issues at all; my only problem was trying to figure out how to get the face down cards (forensics at Police station) to flip. I decided to try the forum and am so glad I did! Within 24 hours I had the answer I needed from another player and it's been smooth sailing since. ( I highly recommend using the forum before giving up in frustration on Any game.)
This game is the very best Solitaire version I've ever played; I love Heroes of Solitairia , but this one really captures such a sense of Fun! The dialogue is really good. The voices are perfect for the characters, well done and just plain funny..
Lots of silly puns and attitude that fit the 30s decade well.
Even when you think a line is cheesy, it's still funny and keeps everything lively with well thought out dialogue.
Congrats Devs, This one is a Hit! Keep this going, I'd love to see another chapter in this series. The game flows nicely with all kinds of added elements such as clues, things to buy to help your game, Tons of places to investigate, people to find, and one of the better aspects is you don't have to run back to Police headquarters after every hand. Much MUCH more fun than the first Crime Solitaire. 5 stars all the way!

I really want to give this game more than 2 stars. I just can't. I have to agree with all of you who complain that the graphics are too small in the HO scenes, the whole game seems to run that way. The artwork is really beautifully done, but that is overshadowed a bit by the smallness.... and Yes, it does run slow, the map is annoying and I too dislike seeing "There's nothing to do here" with nothing further to guide you. All that aside, the one big thing that makes it a big No buy for me is the darkness of the game; oh and it's predictable. It just has too much of a sinister evil flavor , the wild laughter and dreariness got old quickly. When you add the other issues to that, I couldn't finish the demo it just wasn't fun for me. This is a definite try before you buy.
I don't recommend this game.
