Love LOVE this game!
I bought it before I finished the trial because I was hooked after the first 10 minutes. The art is gorgeous and so very detailed and well thought out that alone was a selling point for me. The game is pure Fun! There are plenty of other reviews listing the attributes so I'll just add to all by saying it is relaxing, beautiful and a cute funny story line. The art work totally makes this work as does the fun factor. The challenge for me is fine, it's a game that's meant to be enjoyed in a relaxing manner, not hurry - scurry which is a nice change.
Try it and see! Thanks Devs, this is a jewel!

Great concept, Could be so much better..

I bought this after playing the demo and wanting to see more.
Pros: You get to create your models; hair, eyes, skin and features such as ears, nose and mouth. Very fun.
After you receive your "assignment" from an editor you go shopping for their needed attire. There are 4 stores to choose from. when you have the models dressed and ready you do the photo shoot choosing from various backdrops and lighting. You then go to the editor for her approval. This isn't all that easy to get. When you pass, you are paid and it's on to the next client.
Cons: There are several. The "models" are so flat they remind me of paper dolls. They don't move at all and their "poses" are silly looking #feet pointing opposite directions#..
No high fashion here which is why I think this game must be for young girls.?.
The color choices for the clothes are limited and mostly drab.
I also experienced a few weird glitches which were fixable but shouldn't have been there..
The game is too short! It ended a lot sooner than expected. Replay is minimal.
Why 3 stars? This concept is really a fun one. I just wish the developer would do a remake and put lots more thought and creativity into this one for those of us adults who enjoy this kind of game. Try before you buy this one...

I played the demo and bought it as soon as the time ran out.
The Scenes are beautifully done, the art work is gorgeous and meticulous in detail.
Everything works so smoothly it's a joy to maneuver through the scenes and the instructions are clear with plenty of hints.
The story is engaging and the music very easy on the ear, makes for a nice and really relaxing game play experience.
The Asian theme is great and I look forward to the next game in this new series.
I enjoy playing games with a "serious" story line and it's even better when the scenes are lighter and alive with details and color and not totally dark and dreary as you find in some other "good vs. evil" games. I can't wait to finish this one and think it will be a good one for an occasional "go to".

I have the CE Fairway and love it! I was expecting this to be more of the same only with great new stuff.
I'm really struggling with how to rate this one; I can't give it 4 or 5 stars as much as I love the concept of Fairway.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a "free"? version so downloaded it and tried it out. Like just about every one else, I was hugely disappointed that it isn't a full screen game! I don't think there are many who enjoy playing their favorite games in a windowed mode in this day of bigger and better, it's a real detractor. The game play is much the same as Fairway, and it is a really great game except for this "free to play" version....
Having to purchase upgrade packs can be expensive and not at all appealing to me...another turn off, I dislike that.
So, it's not totally "free".... and that seems a little misleading.
It's a way I guess to try out Fairway to see if it's a game you want to keep in your favorites...then purchase the CE which gives plenty of bang for the buck! I'm glad I bought Fairway CE. One price, Once. Great Game.
