Based on the completed game and bonus material.
I Love this game. I really love the makers too. It's a story about Supernatural gambling with a father, daughter and their Corgi Dog. The Corgi dog named Clover helps with some out of the way places and is loveable and quiet.
I was very pleased with the Hops. 20 in the game. 14 in the main game and 6 in the bonus chapter. They had some repeats of the hops scenes in the bonus. I didn't mind. I thought they are well done.
You collect 50 Joker's Scepters. If you collect all of them, you unlock a special bonus. I thought they were hard to find, but findable. Mostly 2 per scene in the main game and 1 per scene in the bonus chapter. I panicked at the end because I was so careful and checked often to make sure I got all of them. I had 49 out of 50. I went to the collectible tab in the bonus content and figured out the last one. I got my special bonus equaling 36. I don't want to spoil the surprise.
The bonus chapter continues the story where it left off. You will met Fortuna. I liked it and I didn't think it was short.
* I counted all the bonus content twice- You have 35 movies, 11 hops, 5 music, 14 mini-games, 4 screensavers, 6 wallpapers, 15 concept art. Achievements were very obtainable. 45 page guide, 3 chapters + bonus chapter.
Try it for yourself.
I recommend this game!

I was wondering who made this so I looked at the credits in the trial, hence my title. The trial ended for me in 35 minutes, so that disappointed me. In the guide it has 7 chapters, so it may be a long game. I think the trial is chapter 1. I liked it and I thought it was ok. Has 30 atom symbols to collect. It starts out 1900 Paris. I have six different games I would get before this one. The six other games, I know the makers.
Try it for yourself.

I used a free coupon and it was worth it and so much more to me. I play for the Hops and adventure and this is that. I counted 33 list hops and the scenes are used more than once and I didn't mind. I love list hops. You can switch to match 3 if you don't want to do the hops.
It has no map, but I didn't get lost. It has a good hint system but it's slow compared with todays hints. The hints will lead you. I didn't get stuck at all. I enjoyed the relaxed puzzles, so it was challenging enough for me. The skip works on all puzzles but it's slow in keeping with the 2012 standards. I have Windows 10 PC and I didn't have any problems.
I liked the three different cats.
I liked the story of a mad Scientist who has plenty of gadgets. I thought the effects are cool. I seen the start of the characters in this game and I started the next one- Into the Beyond and we have the same characters. So happy I played this one first. I liked it enough to buy the CE but the CE doesn't have a collectible or morphs, so will be content with this SV. But I'll always wonder about the bonus chapter. Try it for yourself.
I recommend this game!

Liked the graphic, story, collectibles, achievements and the five hops. Good amount of data for just trial. I loved the previous one in the series Frozen Path. I plan on getting this one some time. Mr. Whiskers the fat cat is adorable. He looks just like his owner. From the looks of the collectible amount I wish they quadruped the amount of them. Has replays on hops, mini-games, soundtrack and video. Try for yourself.
I recommend this game!

The beginning it seems you are gathering items more than any thing. Then I started getting into the story. I counted 19 hops. It was either lists which I like or simple find 15 herbs or 12 flower sort of thing. It was a good long game. My download data was 1G which is more than some CE games. I thought it was worth my free coupon.

I have been missing the good quantity of hops, so I've been playing older games. My favorite hops are the one's with the list. I got them in Aces here. 27 hops in the main game. 6 hops in the bonus game and 33 hops total. 16 items per hops. If you don't like hops or back and forth without a map, this game isn't for you. My favorite hops are in the toy store and on the Ferris wheel. I did have to up my brightness on my monitor to 100%. Too many dark places.
I'm amazed at all the different locations. I would be stuck and then I would find a area that I missed. So surprising. I liked the special effects of the ghosts.
You encounter a powerful warlock who recently escaped from his ancient tomb. The warlock cursed you and you can't leave unless you find and defeat him. Look to the souls that wonder these grounds. They may help you. You come across three ghosts that want to save their loved one. You help them with their loved one and they help you. You save three children.
This game is older so it has the features common to their time. Slow hints and skips, no resets on puzzles, the hints won't lead you around. No map and lots of back and forth. Me personally I thought it was worth it for the longer game and more hops. I loved it. I have a good sense of direction, so I didn't have problems getting around. It was relaxing to just move at a slow pace. I think I had over ten hours in this game.
I liked most puzzles. I was glad to have the guide to start some of them. My favorite puzzles were the claw machine, the carousel horse and moving things from here to there.
I recommend this game!

Based on the finished game.
This is a older game from Nov. 2011 and it worked fine on my Windows 10 PC. It has the standards of that year which has no map, slow hints and skips. No reset on puzzles. Has nice journal to keep your notes of findings.
My favorite part is the list Hops which to this day is my favorite. These hops could be better has far as they are small, cluttered, and too well hidden. I also had to turn my monitor up too 100% brightness. (Some places are dark). I counted 25 hops. When I started to take note, they ranged from 16 to 20 items per hop scene.
I did have to use Big Fish Game's on-line walk through in two different places. The first time, I missed picking some thing up and the hints will not lead you. The second, I needed a guide. I would of bought the Collector's Edition if it had a collectible or morphing objects. In some places it will sent a smarm of bat using the hints, like in the hops and other places but don't count on the hints helping much in this game.
Even with my complaint I'm still happy I have it and I will replay at some other time.
It starts out with me in a accident and I am locked in a cemetery. A ghost comes to me and asks for help so I go back after their death to finish some thing for them. When I finish then they help me. Three different ghost encounters with different places back in time. I even liked some of the ghostly effects. It's a long game with wonderful scenes. You do travel back and forth a bit.
I was so happy I have this game in my collection. You may want to try it first to see if it a fit for you.
I recommend this game!

I think it's from June 2012. Being old, it has the old standards. No reset on puzzles, Slow skip and hint. No map, Full screen only. Lots of moving from place to place. I have Windows 10 PC so I had to put the plus items on my tool bar on top of each other to combine them.
It had lots of notes to read and very creepy sounds. The story which is mystery horror just drew me in. I loved it. I knew what to do most times and hint will not lead you, but will say staight out what to do next. I have a good sense of direction and found my way around well. If you don't this may not be for you. More story than hops.
I had one spot that froze and I ended the game and restarted and was able to play after that with no problem. Very interesting story and places. I was good with the gameplay.
I recommend this game!

Very cutie cartoon game. Very relaxed. I liked the creatures and game play. I liked the raccoon helper in the main game and falcon helper in the bonus chapter.
Nice collectibles 30 fragments. 12 dragons. It has morphing objects in every scene but I don't know how many. I missed one and can't go back to get it. Didn't like the symbol hops.
The Secret Room has replayable 15 hops and 12 mini-games. Have you heard of a zoo magician before? Good game but I like others more.

Based on the trial.
I like Sci-Fy and I was so hopeful. I Loved the Beyond series from this maker. Especially Light Advent.
I didn't like the puzzles. I liked learning more of the story but I didn't like the storybook Hops, I didn't like the texture Hops.
I was hoping to see neat creatures. Since I didn't play the full game, I guess it could get better, but you would think they would make you happy in the trial and I wasn't.
I don't recommend this game.
