I love HOG's, and especially ones with good stories and lots of mini games. Because this didn't look like a large file game, I almost didn't try it. Luckily, I did. It is delightfully different in format from so many of the other games, and yet very engrossing with lots of new types of mini games. I particularly like the complexity of the story and going back and forth between "worlds". The map is extremely helpful and makes navigating so much easier, so that one doesn't spend so much time backtracking and getting lost. Instead, you can spend your time solving the HOS and the mini-games. The narration is really good, and you can choose to be male or female. I haven't even finished the game but I felt I had to tell others what fun this game is.
I recommend this game!

I love HOG, but found this one very frustrating for the first third of the game. Inventory items were used in places that made little sense and did not further the story. A number of times I had to check out the blog walk through to see what came next. It would have been much better if the HINT button gave hints about where to go next and not just hints about the HOS. The rest of the game went much more smoothly and in the end I was sorry that the game had ended.
I recommend this game!

I really like this game a great deal. The HOS were more interesting than most and the puzzles were also largely unique. I could solve most of the puzzles, yet they took enough thinking and figuring out that I was challenged, but rarely frustrated. The story was unique and I was sorry when it ended. I liked that the hint button told you if there was something to do in a scene at that moment. I would have liked a map feature.
I recommend this game!
