I would have given this game a solid 4 stars but for the fact that the talisman ritual just got so repetitive that it irritated me to distraction! The hos and the puzzles were challenging but doable. I liked the story-line which is something I can't always say about the offered fare, lately. It flowed in a nice pace which kept my nose to the screen throughout the morning til...."Oh look....it's noon, already!" As I said above, the little thing with the talisman (Simon says with skulls) was just used way too much!

You know how, sometimes, you play a game even when the reviews aren't that hot and you are surprised at how wrong they all were? This isn't one of them.
After just the first 4 levels, I was reaching for the exit button. The graphics weren't that bad at all. I have neighbors on the other side of my wall here who are sleeping so I don't have the sound on. I just found the so-called challenges to be boring and uninspiring. Just a big click-fest with not much to keep your interest up. Add to that levels that are almost impossible to beat in gold time and I'm done. Sorry, but I won't buy this even when it's the deal of the day.

It's been years since I've actually enjoyed a hidden object game on here the way I have this one. The storyline was good and displayed a refreshing turn on the original story. The hos and the puzzles were just hard enough to challenge me. The back and forth never got ridiculous as in recent games and never got to the point of confusion. There were a few times when I had to squint to see into the dark recesses of some scenes but I'm an older player. I hope developers take note of the high rank we've given this game and keep up the good work.
I recommend this game!
Join Grimelda and her hard-working brooms on a magical time management adventure. Can you clean up the forest before Grimelda's aunt comes back?

By the 4th level, I knew this game had a good deal of challenge to it but was still do-able. That's what I look for in a TM game.
The story-line is pretty childish but it's not intrusive so I can overlook that.
Graphics were bright and easy for the eye to follow. I don't do sound so I can't elaborate on that.
There doesn't appear to be a game forum for this game at this time....I hope that's not setting a precedence for Big Fish!
I will definitely buy this game when the SE comes out but I won't risk the expense of the CE without a game forum.

I recommend this game!
Times of great peril give rise to even greater heroes - or so the story goes in Dragon Crossroads, a time management game with a fantasy twist!

This game is perfect if you have trouble with the click-fests in most of the newer games on BF. Unlike most TM games, the more challenging levels are mixed throughout the game instead of being progressively harder as you go. Those that are challenging can be won by going back and changing your strategy and picking up hints on the forum. I enjoyed this older game more than any TM offered, lately.
I recommend this game!

I played this game for several hours, daily, for almost 5 days......that's what I call getting my money's worth. It had just enough challenge to keep me coming back without getting frustrated. This is one I'll replay again and again!

I totally agree with the other reviewers....this was a bit of a let-down after the quality of the first MB games. Developers just keep going for the cheaper version, anymore.....sad. I will buy the standard game, probably, but only if it's on sale.
I don't recommend this game.

Another series that started out great but is, seemingly, being allowed to die a drawn out death. Loading of scenes became tortuous tedium. Side games were rather boring even when they presented a bit of challenge. Glad I caught this on sale as it would have been a total bust at CE price. I will recommend the game but only for beginners that wait for the regular edition.

I found this game a little too easy at first but kept at it. I'm now about 2/3 of the way through and it has me tearing my hair out. I can't win a game without using bonuses but can't buy the bonuses unless I win a game and collect gold. I think this game would be an excellent challenge for my fellow gamers who have an analytical mind that can think ahead more than a couple of moves......unfortunately, I don't.
I don't recommend this game.
Can you beat the clock and get your life back?

Even the 50s was refreshingly modern after months of nothing but dreary gothic storylines. The story was interesting and stayed on topic. I adore it when the developers give you a chance to catch all the collectibles that you missed after (and even during) the game.
What failed was the achievements being awarded after every scene...totally distracting and unnecessary.....who cares?
I recommend this game!
