I have to hand it to Elephant games ..they keep on churning out these great games! Colour of Fright was just as classy as the previous games in this series. The story line was good and the graphics weren't bad at all. I did use the hint button a bit more than I intended as it was far easier to use the hint button to get from place to place rather than trying to backtrack and remember which room I was trying to find. The game was fairly long and involved finding different keys to doors that opened up new levels of the game. Overall this was a great game and I look forward to playing more in this series.
Mariaglorum games are always good and this was no exception..I quite liked this game....graphics were good...storyline was good...though I did find the mini-puzzles a bit on the tough side and tended to skip them. The background music was nice but a bit subdued and to be honest I have heard better in other Mariaglorum games However overall I found it to be a very entertaining little game.
I've just finished it and honestly Elephant games just seem to get better and better! I can only echo what most other reviewers have already said....A nice long game with great graphics, plenty of hidden object scenes and a lovely setting for such an intriguing story! Kept me entertained for hours. However I did have one slight issue with it...the hidden objects have to be used in a certain order otherwise you get stuck and not even the hint button will help then. That happened to me and I had to re-start the game completely...but that was only a slight hiccup and overall the game is one of the best I have played
I bought this game based mainly on the fact that it was from Elephant games who are the makers of some really terrific games e.g. The Vengeance or The Heir, however ......I found that this was unlike those games . Maybe it would be ideal for a younger generation but the storyline did not really appeal to me The graphics were good and the hidden object scenes were well done. Also I have to admit that without the help of the hint button it would have taken me a lot longer to finish this game. The child's evil laughter in the background was a bit annoying after awhile but all things considered I personally think that this was one of the least attractive of the offerings from Elephant games
I absolutely loved this game..it ticks all the boxes for me! The game was fairly long which is how I like them (especially when they are so enthralling as this one). The characters in the game (apart from the vampires, werewolves and ghosts) were fairly realistic and the graphics were great ... colours were just ideal without being too garish. There were actually so many twists and turns that I confess I had to use the hint button quite a bit to help me on the way....I would have been lost without that. I am so glad that I decided to go ahead and buy the game even though the demo was not overly impressive. This is the first game that I have bought by Elephant Games and if this one is anything to go by then the others should be just as good!
I totally loved this game! Very very entertaining. The graphics were some of the best I've seen and the hidden object scenes were quite challenging but not so hard that I couldn't be bothered playing them. When I did get stuck there was always the hint button to point me in the right direction. The storyline was great and was woven around the 7 deadly sins. The game was fairly long but then that's the way I like them. I thoroughly recommend this game to anybody who wants a bit of a challenge mixed with a huge dose of entertainment! I have played both games in this series now and cannot wait until the makers bring out another of the same calibre!!
While scrolling through b/f games I came across this and decided to purchase it after reading nearly 50 reviews which were all for the most part very favourable, I am glad that I did as I enjoyed the game so much that I really wish it hadn't ended. The visual effects and graphics were great and the storyline was well thought out. The only mild criticism that I had was the robotic figures but even they did not spoil my enjoyment of the game. The maps and hint button were welcome additions as sometimes I did gett stuck and they pointed me in the right direction. Puzzles for the most part were not too hard but then again not all that easy. All in all an excellent little game and I can't wait for the next offering from the makers of this game!
I found this game to be very disappointing. The game graphics were ok and the storyline not so bad either but I disliked the one-eyed characters and talking heads. It did have it's humorous moments but clues were for the most part were non-existent or hard to follow
I really enjoyed playing this game. The storyline was very interesting and the game itself was fairly long with quite a few mini-games which contributed to the length of the game. The character of St Germain has already featured in a few games in this series so I look forward to doing 'battle' with him in future games. I would have given it a higher rating overall but the ending was a bit abrupt in my opinion and it does leave itself wide open for a sequel.
Another adventure with the 'little man' I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. The storyline was good and the level of challenge not too bad either. Some of the other comments did not rate it very well but I think that you really have to make up your own mind. What pleases some might not be impressive at all to others. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it did not last long enough !
