What a lovely, interesting game. I think this might be a new favorite for me. It's colorful and visually interesting. The sound effects are completely appropriate for a series of dream sequences. The puzzles are challenging but not frustratingly so. There's a fun sub-game of finding cyclops creatures in many scenes, but there are no HOS - a nice change of pace. The voice overs use appropriate voices. The only minus for me, and it's a small one, is that some of the written notes are long.
I recommend this game!

This is one of the those games that's fun to play for a while when you don't want to get involved in a game with a complicated storyline and lots of places to go and things to find. It's sort of mindless, but in a good way.
I love the bright colors, the slightly funky music, and the fast play. There's absolutely no story and it's easy to drop into the game for a few minutes when you need a break in your day. Lots of fun!
I recommend this game!

After playing the demo portion, I have to buy this game to finish it. The sound effects are perfect; the voice over is quite good; the visuals are terrific. The story line is a variation on a theme (missing boyfriend/fiance), but the underwater aspect is different and interesting. The mini-games aren't too easy but they're not frustratingly difficult either.
I really like the domino game alternative to the HOS; with some games, I get so tired of the seemingly constant HOS. That said, the HOS have mostly appropriate objects in them and aren't just random piles of junk. To find some of the objects, it's necessary to perform certain actions.
I also like that it's not a "witches and magic" game; the bad guy/s are, from what I can gather so far, power-hungry control freaks. Their appearance is still sort of creepy though and there appears to be some sort of unnatural ability held by some of the characters.
Overall, I think this is a game I'll play more than once and still find it enjoyable and challenging.
I recommend this game!

A delightful change of pace, this game has the standard HOS but has others with a twist. This isn't very difficult or terribly challenging, but it's the kind of game that I can play for a short while for a little relaxation time. I like the "dark & creepy" games, but not all the time, and this game is one that I think I'll come back to somewhat frequently when I need something different.
On the negative side, the speech balloons that come up quite a few one right after the other and the repetitive voiceover get a little annoying, but these things certainly aren't deal breakers.
Definitely a fun, engaging game.
I recommend this game!

As Match 3 games go, this one is okay. I liked the objectives presented with each level and that there were different things to keep track of. However, I really didn't like the constant little explosions when matches were made and how the game board seemed to jump around a little with most matches. Maybe my eyes are too tired tonight, but it's just too wiggly for me.
I don't recommend this game.

Maybe I just don't have the patience for this kind of game. The birdies are cute, but the music is not. Muted it after only a couple of minutes. The game was boring. Yes, it's has some challenge to it, but it required little thought. It was simply a question of coordinating "press and click" to change the trajectory to collect stars, avoid obstacles, and reach the goal.
I don't recommend this game.

I read some of the reviews, thought I'd give it a try. Lasted about 20 minutes before I just couldn't stay in the game anymore. The colors and graphics are beautiful and the voice overs are very good. I don't especially love the storyline but can deal with that. Lots of HO scenes, which aren't my favorite. Few puzzles and they're either really simple to solve or seem impossible. But the real deal breaker for me was the sound effects in the HO scenes - just awful. I'll take a pass on this one.
I don't recommend this game.

I've come to expect a lot from Orneon, and this game is not a disappointment. Visually interesting; appropriate music that's not annoying or too repetitive; challenging mini-games that aren't frustratingly difficult. Some of the mini-games are variations of what's in other Orneon games, but they're different enough to be interesting. The HO scenes are filled with things that are appropriate to the story, not just a bunch of junk that makes no sense. It's just a little creepy, but certainly not dark. I think this is going to be a keeper, and one that I'll enjoy playing several times.
I recommend this game!

I tried the 2nd in this series first, but didn't like the flashing strobe light effect in the game board. Tried the original version and liked it much better. The colors are gorgeous; the story line is sweet; the game is challenging enough to be interesting but not frustrating. This is the kind of game I like to play a couple rounds of and then move on to something else, coming back to it again and again until I finally finish. It's a keeper.
I recommend this game!

Visually wonderful with a great story line and terrific voice overs, this game was fun and interesting to play. There were some annoying things (some of the required uses of tools were silly), but very few games are perfect, I guess. The blank screen in between scene changes made me feel impatient and irritated with myself when I went in the wrong direction. My only real gripe is that it was so short. The game could be made better with the addition of more puzzles and/or more difficult mini-games. Most of them were exceptionally easy. But it's still one that I'll keep and play a couple more times.
I recommend this game!
