This game was so much fun and such a breeze to go through that I went through it so quickly that I was kind of shocked when it was already over. The storyline is amazing and keeps turning and gets you invested, and I liked how this game of Living Legends had fog instead of snow, and the small mini game you have to play with each curse is great! You however do not have a squirell helping you in this game, but he does appear in the bonus game which is also fun as well. The visuals are great as always and the music compliments it very nicely.
This game was very much a let-down in many ways. The storyline is not very good because it gives almost no reason for why anything is happening, the plot twist is never explained nor does the ending have a satisfactory answer. The addition of another Dark Parables character only serves to confuse things further. And the gameplay itself is very frustrating and several times I was halted in the middle of the game with no idea where to go or what to do, and by the end I was just waiting for the game to end.
I don't recommend this game.

For a first game in a series this game is fantastic. Gorgeous graphics, great story, cool puzzles, mesmerizing music. It's very easy to get swept away in the beauty of this game, it is absolutely captivating, one huge piece of eye candy throughout the whole game. I have the played the others in this series as well and they are wonderful. Give this game a try, it will not disappoint you!
I recommend this game!

This series is absolutely incredible, the storylines they mix with fairytales is amazing, and the graphics are completely mind-blowing! The mini-games are so much fun and enjoyable and a little squirrel helps you along the way. This game will mesmerize you!
This story has both a great mystery with the story and the most wonderful graphics and such fun mini-games. It will keep you enthralled from the very beginning with a slight shiver of fear, and then curiousity. And little friends and ghosts will help you along the way! And the bonus chapter is a surprise as well!
This game has easily become one of my favourites. Not only are the graphics completely off the charts but the storyline itself is amazing and takes twists and turns. I also liked how every scene had a cut scene and how zoom tools also had extra interactive, a lot of objects you came into contact were also alive. The individual stories of the people was incredibly done and the mini-games were fun and thoughtful. Truly, a masterpiece of a game!
I recommend this game!

This was one of the first HOP games I ever played and it was only recently that I played it again and I have to say, it is still just as wonderful as the first time I played it. The storyline immediately draws you in because it is such a twist on the fairytale combined with Dark Parables galore and the graphics are beyond astounding. The gameplay is interesting and the morphing objects add a flare to it. This game thrills you to the very end and I absolutely recommend it.
I recommend this game!

After I played the first Dark Parables game I was captivated and when this one came out, I immediately got it because I just couldn't wait. It was only recently that I played it again and I have to say, it is still just as wonderful as the first time I played it. The storyline immediately draws you in, keeps you guessing, and the graphics are so stunningly beautiful and as you move around in this underground castle, you immediately begin to feel that Dark Parables twist on the fairytale which makes it so much more interesting. This game is absolutely wonderful and the visuals are beyond the charts!
This game is bad. There's really nothing else I can say but this. There is no storyline, you immediately find out what's going on but it doesn't add any value to the game at all, you honestly don't know what to do with that information. And the gameplay is awful not only because the castle you're in is divided for certain characters (so a certain ghost get the library) and there is no overlap between the scenes whatsoever (so you don't even have to think about where to put things, it's so obvious) but also beause the gameplay is so easy even a baby could play it. The graphics and the music weren't really good either and the one person you interact with, doesn't make sense at all. I absolutely do not recommend this game.
I don't recommend this game.

The main thing about this game is that it is stunningly beautiful. The storyline is a bit iffy (though you don't figure out immediately what's happening but still). What I liked about it was that it had a ton of scenes and you had to move around constantly and had to really think about what you were going to do and in between, some obstacle always turned up (courtesy of Eipix, no doubt), so the fact that the story is a bit bland, the gameplay and the graphics more than make up for it. I recommend this game.
