But the usual Incredible Dracula with looking to solve this, that or the other challenges and pretty much the same game play. Good if you want something fairly relaxing and colorful and not the usual doom and gloom.
I just wish they would go back to the older Dracula game formats like The Ice Kingdom, etc. not to mention get rid of these freaky clown masks.
So overall will recommend it as a non brain drain game.
I own every Park Ranger game and love them all. Was anticipating this one but am a bit disappointed. There's no badge to replay a game or finish a mini game before a certain amount of time (noticed this on the last game) and I enjoyed those. I don't want to lose out on a badge because I don't play in extreme - these games should be relaxing and enjoyable not stressful and finally the scenes don't seem to be as clear and it's hard finding items.
Hope the developers take this into consideration when they do the next Park Ranger.
So far I'm on level 71 - I finished the scene about 10 or 11 levels ago and am still on the same scene. Keeps showing scene completed but no new scenes are popping up just the same one over and over again. Have about 30 of those "medallions" and 20-some stars and still nothing.
Reminds me of the winter Jewel Match I bought a month or so ago and same thing - seems to be only one scene and finally got so bored I uninstalled it without finishing.
PLEASE go back to the original Jewel Match set up where we get different scenes. They were always beautiful; this one is a total bust!!
I own and love all the Jewel Match games but don't care for this one. I do like the gold reindeer that bows when you finish a level, like the Santa sleigh flying in the air and the ornaments are nice and large to make playing the game easier. Seems you accumulate coins faster.
My dislikes - hate the music, have been playing the same scene for a millennium and still no new scene, and the scene is too dark and very (to me) unattractive). Seems like they have to mess with success and this (IMO) doesn't cut it.
I own and love all the Incredible Dracula (with the exception of that horrible Game of Gods) but this one rather leaves me cold. Granted it's the same type of game play with the Blood Donalds etc but it's rather garish and I dislike the music, and from the clothes Elizabeth is wearing looks like we're back to the Kewpie doll.
Will recommend it with reservations - something to wile away the time if you have nothing better to do.
I love these "I love finding" games considering the offerings we're getting these days. The colors are lovely on some of the scenes, finding the animals hasn't been TOO difficult tho I had some anxiety attacks on some of the levels but overall find this to be a game where I can sit back, relax and enjoy it without doom and gloom. Only thing I don't like this and the past few games is the music - first games music was great and for me added enjoyment to the game.
Saw on several reviews people wondering when they'll run out of animals/birds/insects to find. MY recommendation would be do a "I Love Finding Dinosaurs." I'd buy that immediately without looking at reviews.
I danced a jig when I saw the latest edition of Park Ranger. Granted it's the same type of game play with the same rangers (fine with me)! Scenes are lovely and love finding the animals. Have to admit this one was a bit harder - had to replay a level three times to find all the birds. Finished the game and am playing the game again to see if I can do better.
I do miss getting a badge for replaying a level and playing a mini game in less than a minute,
I like to play in casual to just sit back and enjoy the game so didn't like having to play in extreme to get a badge.
So again welcome back and am delighted to see there will be a 16!
I own and love all the Jewel Match Atlantis solitaire and am enjoying this one - to a point. I have it at the one up/one down solitaire which is my favorite way to play; unlike some I have clarity of the scenes which are lovely. Am now at level 91 and am having no problem playing but some dislikes:
When hitting the play button and going into the screen showing what level you're on and how many left to play has been changed: used to have a shop icon which is gone and bottom screen keep hitting the menu instead of play icon since I'm so used to the other games where this isn't present.
I complained about this on the last Atlantis where after you buy a power up each time you go into a level the power ups have to charge - previous games they were ready to go.
After awhile it's constant re-deal even tho I bought all the cards (do have the shuffle icon, remove random card or chose the card.
I like what is offered on the wallpapers to a point - if you choose a wallpaper all it is is a building - no fish. Granted you won't have swimming fish but at least pictures of some.
Hope all this is making sense. In any case again am pretty much enjoying the game.
I own every one of these "I Love Finding" games and play them often. Granted this one is a repetition of the others but the animals are adorable, there is a challenge at times finding them (I persevere so I can find them all so I can buy all the pets) and it's great to have a game like this where you don't have to keep switching between screens to find key parts and the usual doom and gloom.
Seems like every new release is a collectors edition which is annoying but don't mind on games like this.
Only cons for me is after purchasing the game it takes FOREVER to download it and I didn't care for any of the music selections.
I like the Beautiful Earth series and play them when I get tired of mind-boggling find key parts and gloom and doom. The scenes are very pretty and crisp and I found the game to be very easy.
So something to pass the time when you want a relaxing game. I just wish (and have said this on my other reviews of these games) that they would give you more things to buy in the gift shop - end up with thousands of dollars and nothing to spend it on.
