At first I was caught by the great jazz music from the main page. So much so that I just couldn't press "play" before the music had played up to the end. Then I started playing and to my surprise, just went on playing and playing and didn't even notice how much time I actually had spent doing that. It was like I was in the game, going from one task to the next without noticing. Music went on being really good, tasks are nice and catching, storyline is fluent and logical.
I only buy CEs because I sometimes get lost in the game and don't know what to do next. Here, it's totally different: you just follow your instinct and you always end up where you're supposed to be. Simple as that! I'm not sure I even looked at the guide one time in all the game but I sure did use the map which is excellent and practical to jump from one scene to the next.
I've played lots and lots of those BFGs, but the fun with this one may be the biggest I ever had. After that, I have hard times to re-adjust to more "simple" or less elaborate games…
Guys, keep on like this!

I just don't get it… I really don't understand all the good reviews! I found this game so boring and without surprise. Again, way too many of the same old HOS, with a alternate slow and uninteresting kind of "guess my other half" thing. Music is just cheap, voices were option in this one (!), I saw no challenge, graphics are paleolithical, storyline non existant. Maybe good for first timers? To me it was a real waste of time and energy. I just do not recommend this game.

I used to love this series and honestly I bought it without really trying it. My bad… I'm really disappointed and i'm going to erase the game before finishing it. I just can't go on being bored like this.
The game is crowded with way too many HOPs, which are all the same, puzzles aren't really challenging, you can't move from one place to the next from the map (!), music is nice but repetitive. Scenes are in low resolution, grainy and HOPs are as they always were: unclear.
I felt like I was back about two years ago… I had just finished Cadenza and after that, not many of those games pass the test! I may become very demanding but there are quite a few games nowadays that meet all the criteria of fun, beautiful graphics, music - and challenge!
All in all: boring, boring and boring… I don't recommend it.

Very few hops, lots of new mini games! That's what I like! Map well done to travel from one place to the next. Long game and long bonus. Bonus made a bit cheaply, though. I must have been tired or didn't connect, but I was quite lost in the storyline of last… All in all, very nice game, which I recommend!

At first I got nicely caught into the story.... but it just didn't take off! At approximately half of the game, I'm still waiting for the sparkle. Mini games don't make sense. HOS not original, guide totally useless! Images are ridiculously small and don't help following the storyline. Not worth a CE, not even a paying version of it...
I don't recommend this game.

Long story short: incredibly boring! Lots of errors in translation, one game i just could play: wouldn't work. No challenge, no interest, Very disappointing. Friday night's making.

If you don't like spiders, you don't want to buy it! It IS about spiders... Mechanical ones, but still. I didn't buy the CE but found a good walkthrough on the BF site. Not that I don't recommend the CE, I just didn't think of buying it. Puzzles are quite challenging and I almost lost my nerves on a few! I appreciated partly interactive HOGs, which was new to me. The scenes with real actors are very nice. I loved it. Two weak points though: a bit too much of going back and forth and the way too sloooow dialogs! I passed almost all of them, running out of patience! Overall a nice game.
I recommend this game!

I kept wondering if I was stupid or tired... I forced myself to finish the main chapter of the game and won't play the bonus. So bored that I was. HOS predictable, mini games not challenging and made impossible to go back step by step, which makes it all annoying to do and redo. Storyline incoherent. No punch, no rhythm, wouldn't take off. Sorry guys, I was used to better than this one.
I don't recommend this game.

At first, it is a charming, cute game... but only at first. It quickly becomes uneventful, boring and annoying. I rarely played such a bad game. Plain, no tempo, no surprises, just blah, nothing else. Adequate for very young girls who are to stay caught in a sugarcoated reality... as long as they don't stay stuck in it. Maybe I played too many of those games, but hey, I'm the first to wow a good game. Sorry guys, better do better next time!

It's been a long time since I had such fun playing one of these games... Suspense is present up until the very end of the game. Lots of fun puzzles, not particularly difficult but just fun. The storyline flows easily and one is just captured by it.
I loved the bonus part which is the continuance of the main game. It is structured, makes sense and the end isn't "expedited". I warmly recommend this game!
