Wow . . . ! With a choice of playing the Dynasty Adventure - which spans Chinese history, beginning with the Xia Period of 2000 BC & ending in the Qing Period in 1912 - or the Classic mode of favorite layouts, this game has hours of fun . . . ! There are all sorts of aids, such as Jokers, magnets & locks & keys, to help you out of tough designs . . . Also, at the end of each game in the Dynasty Adventure, you earn a bit of wisdom - for example, did you know that the best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, & the second best time is today . . . ?
So, get this game, by all means, & remember these words to live by - "A clumsy bird that flies early will get to the forest first . . . !"

A relatively short game with lots of spot-the-difference scenes, as well as puzzles that close out each chapter that are easy to moderate in difficulty . . . The story line is interesting, & is continued in the next two games of the current trilogy . . .
I wasn't too impressed with the graphics, which I think contributes to making some of the differences to find in some scenes an extra challenge . . . This is mitigated by the game giving you a hint with a little sparkle near the difference, though, in the easy mode of play . . .
Wipi, the little companion, is always on hand to give some help . . . !
With the option of either easy or difficult modes, this is a very fun game . . .
This is a very scary hidden object game, in a fun way . . . ! The story line is fairly linear, with an interesting grand finish . . . There are various types of hidden object scenes, including straight search & find from a list (word or picture), as well as fragmented objects that are pieced together to interact with the current scene, or to help unlock hidden objects in other places . . . These fragmented objects, at times, help to solve puzzles, which, for the most part, are all of moderate difficulty, & can be skipped after a time interval . . .
My only complaint is that the graphics are at times dark, as befits the theme of the story line, which makes finding some objects difficult . . .
All in all, with a fairly good hint system, this a cool game to play . . .

This is pretty much a series of hidden object scenes with some interesting mini-games & puzzles: such as match three, untangle the rope, energy balls & capturing letters to spell a word - which occur at the end of each level or chapter . . . In between the levels are long, wordy - & very weird - chapters in a narrative describing the strange goings-on at the hotel . . . These narratives really don't have a strong link to the overall game play, though . . .
The graphics are fair, at best - which make the hidden object scenes that much more of a challenge . . . The hidden object scenes are timed play only, but extra hints or time can be earned by finding bonus items . . . What with twenty minutes or more with added bonus minutes, the time allotted to finish each level is generous . . .
A short game by normal standards, it grew on me . . .

I really enjoyed this game, with its awesome story line & nifty puzzles, which were of moderate difficulty . . . The hidden object scenes frequently had items that you used to interact with the scene to uncover other hidden items . . . My one major complaint was that the resolution of the graphics was such that it was extremely difficult to find some of the really small items in a number of the hidden object games . . . You start out with a limited number of hints, but can add to the total by finding a pair of mirrors in each hidden object scene, which is explained at the beginning of play . . .
I did love the atmosphere & beautifully rendered backgrounds, even if finding hidden objects was made more difficult at times . . .

This is a fun match three game with a twist - you have to clear a path for Aladdin so that he can make his way through a maze that contains all sorts of obstacles & pitfalls . . . You are able gain a number of powers to speed up the journey & plow through some of the more difficult areas of the maze, though . . . You can also play this game timed or untimed - but either way, Aladdin shows his impatience if you take too long to get through a level . . .
One complaint I have is that you have to play a timed bonus level, even if you choose the untimed mode for the rest of the game . . . If you do not finish the timed bonus level, though, you can opt out of playing it again & thus resume the normal progression of completing the current set of levels . . .
One thing I really enjoyed was the fragmented hidden object scenes that began each set of levels, which in turn informed you as to what you had to gather during the match three maze challenges . . .

This is a fabulous game with lovely graphics & an interesting story line . . . The hidden object scenes are not hard to do, & most of the puzzles are of moderate difficulty . . . I did have to use the walkthrough more than I like because the tasks weren't always easy for me to discern, though . . .
The puzzles are all able to be skipped . . .
Make sure to collect all the cards for the endgame with the seriously creepy villain, otherwise you will have to go back & collect the ones you missed, or option out to play with the number that you do possess . . .
I enjoyed this game very much, & I came to know some of the masterpieces in great detail, as this game requires scouring each canvas for "artfully" hidden objects, as well as spotting oft-times very obscure differences . . . Each level earns you points that can be redeemed for decorating & furnishing an apartment . . .
Sometimes the differences in side-by-side canvases are very difficult to spot, as noted, & hidden objects can be difficult to find due to the resolution of the graphics . . . Too many hints taken can detract from the overall point total for a painting search . . . But - you can play this untimed - which is awesome . . . !
This is a fun game . . . Though not overly difficult, it does require finding parts of items in hidden object scenes to be used in that particular scene, or in another in that level . . . Sometimes the assembled objects reveal more objects to be assembled . . . Each world that is accessed through a mirror has a unique adventure & problem to be overcome . . .
Sometimes the objects are hard to find in the scenes . . .
Untimed, with hints, & an annoying penalty for over-clicking . . .
I recommend this game!

Mahjong Escape Ancient Japan
Visit the Land of the Rising Sun as you match the Magic Gold tiles to collect the lost Emperor's treausre.
A fun mahjong game with the option to follow the Emperor's Challenge, which spans the time back to Japan's Jomon Era, to the Taisho Period ending in 1926 . . . As you accomplish each level, you earn a wise saying - did you know, for example, that a poor workman blames his tools . . . ? The levels progress with cool helpers such as magnets, Jokers, locks-&-keys & other fun stuff . . . You also have the option to play cool Classic arrays . . .
So, play this game, & get an education in wisdom . . . !
