Once upon a time in the small, undistinguished town of Silentville people started disappearing. Help uncover the mystery behind these disappearances and save the town from a curse!
This is a fun if slow moving game. However, the HO'S are problematic. In many of them some items are very tiny and in the ones where you have to spin a dial or a clock, I just couldn't get it to work. As a result I had to stop playing. I doubt I'm halfway through the game. I really liked the graphics, music and the storyline so far. download the trial first (I didn't) and see how it goes.
This game is lots of fun. There are beautiful graphics and a story that takes you to different locations, both on land and sea. There are regular HO'S and find the object and use it to get the next object. Not a big fan of puzzles, but these had some I enjoyed. The HO'S and puzzles were evenly spaced as well as point and click. Also: long playing time no demonic stuff hint button shows you where to go interactive map The cons of this game were during the HO'S the small objects were hard to click. You had to do it many times before it released. And in one part the answer to a puzzle was so small I had to go to the walk through to see what it was. This is an enjoyable game to relax and have fun.
This game has a lot of positives. Long playing time Good mix of HO'S and puzzles The graphics are nice but not crisp. My problem with this game is the storyline, I didn't care for it and basically went thru the motions as a result. Since that is subjective and obviously many others liked it, I give it a recommendation on the SE.
I loved this game. The graphics are amazing, very clear and colorful. A man finds himself on an island and must figure out why he's there and what to do about it. I'm not usually a puzzle person but this game had some fun and different ones. Pros: long playing time great graphics game play makes sense but you do have to think about what to do next, YEAH good plot good HO"S
There are no cons for me in this game! Buy it and have a lot of fun.
Mystery Trackers is back with a tale that takes you to their headquarters. As always with Elephant games you get: Long playing time Really beautiful graphics Strategy guide (which I used several times) Appropriate music Collectable animal critters Good mix of HO'S and puzzles
The one sort of con for me was the storyline - a bit of a yawn there. I liked the 2 bonus games, all though not necessary to end the main story. I think the CE is worth it for this game. Lots of extras
A murderous figure in a red mask haunts the streets of a small French town, and the mayor needs your help to track him down. But you soon discover that the mysterious Red Masque might not be the real criminal…
This game is great !! And very clever !! Long long playing time Beautiful graphics Good music - it enhances the game and sets the mood There are many many locations The hint will tell you where to go but not what to do - you have to think about it, which I like The puzzles and overall design of the game is creative and not run of the mill I will play this game again & again...really that's the highest praise. Buy it and have fun....
I loved this game. It might be a girly game but it was fun and beautiful. Long playing time Pretty music Beautiful graphics Great HO'S and puzzles Many different locations I was sorry to see it end
This game was fun and long. I'm an HO'S lover and there are several different types to do: "A" plus on that. Also like the boxes that pop up to tell part of the story and you must find 4 items to move on. The graphics were pretty and reminded me of the Drawn series. The hint button shows where to go but doesn't say how to do it; another plus. The puzzles were actually good. I'm not a puzzle person but I did like most of them. The ending was the evil side of the game, overdone and shoddy. It was as if they ran out of creativity. I feel you need the bonus game to really tie the whole thing up. There are a lot of collectables to keep track of, so have fun there. All in all a good game. I say go for it.
I guess I'm the dissenter because other than the graphics and long playing time this game was mediocre. The music is pretty but after hearing it for several hours not so much. The collecting scents was different but not challenging. There weren't as many locations as I would have liked. The map allows you to jump locations and shows where you have something to do. It's not a bad game just predictable and unoriginal. I'm glad I waited for the SE. It seems more & more the game developers are focusing on graphics and not originality.
This is a good game in many ways. Long playing time Music enhances the atmosphere More HO'S than puzzles but not interactive Graphics clear but drab I especially liked the woods and tunnels (play the game to figure that out) Lots of locations This game doesn't hold your hand, you have to think about where to go next and how to use your inventory. My one issue with this game is the storyline - ending didn't really explain what happened. This is a good game to get on sale. It's worth your time.
