When the first Pixel Art game was released I wasn't all that impressed. During a BOGO sale, I decided to buy it and I soon realized that "painting pixels by numbers" became very zen for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I also discovered that there are several Pixel Art versions so I do hope BF offers all of them soon, and not just in the Mac version, so more players can find their zen too!
The first five or six levels are just tutorials and the pixels are large and very easy to fill in, but eventually, the pictures become quite elaborate as the pixels get smaller and more intricate. It feels like a great accomplishment to finish a picture and completely relaxing at that!
Basically, this is a Paint by Numbers game. Each pixel has a number and you chose the corresponding color on the right and left click to fill in all the numbers with the correct color, which can be switched back an forth.
You can scroll in and out to zoom larger and smaller, and you can right click and hold to move the entire board around. There is an auto-fill feature that will fill in all of the pixels of a particular color by double-clicking, but that feature has to recharge after each use, besides, it's more satisfying to color them yourself.
Keep an open mind, it seems basic and rudimentary at first but you may just find yourself boarding the Pixel Art fan train too, I'll save you a seat!

I suspect this was another f2p mobile game converted to a desktop version with very animated cartoon graphics. You can play in a Relaxed Mode, Limited Time or Limited Moves Modes and I tried both the Limited Moves and Limited Time Modes and I was constantly losing or at best earning one or 2 stars. Unless you want to use up all your bonuses it's nearly impossible to win these levels, if this were a mobile game you'd be soaking a lot of money into it just to get ahead!
There are 12 Trophy awards to earn (you must "claim" your reward by going into the Trophy section after earning an achievement.) and 32 Collectible Cards to earn (when you complete a set you receive a prize) As you progress through the levels you will meet characters that give you rewards, trade items with you or prevent you from progressing until you meet specific requirements.
Although this is a colorful game, it's exactly like all the other Limited Moves Match 3 games that have been released lately, where you choose a bonus to start each level, with the same goals of collecting a specific number of specific tiles. The tiles are large and very cartoonish looking, and it's so easy to make large matches that you're constantly acquiring bonuses on the board which makes it seem like the game is playing itself! Just like the other frequently released Match 3 games, it takes forever for all of the extra moves to be played through at the end of each level.
Before the start of each level, you are given the opportunity to use Bonuses such as Combo Bonuses. There are also bonuses to use at your discretion such as a Grenade to destroy all tiles of the same kind, a Hammer to take out a single tile, or a Volcano to remove 5 random tiles.
Large Matches will earn Bonuses on the board and must be included in a color specific Match to detonate such as, a four tile Square gives you a Potion to create a random bonus, a Match 4 in a row gives you a horizontal or vertical Line destroyer (depending on which direction the match was made originally) a Match 5 in a T or L shape gives you a Bomb, a Match 5 in a row gives you Lightning to destroy several same color tiles, a Match 6 gives you a Scarab to break bricks. You can also swap 2 Bonuses that are next to each other to create a bigger explosion.
There are the usual Obstructions (not including the Level Blocker Quest Obstacles) such as Gold and Silver Tiles, Stone & Double Stone Blocks, and Shifting Tiles. If you lose you can add a few moves for coins or spin a Fortune Machine to gain free moves. If you don't care about earning all 3 stars this is the game for you but in my opinion, they don't give you enough moves or time to be able to beat the levels, and I suspect it was an intentional feature as a mobile game??

I totally get this puzzle game, it's not going to be everyone's cup of tea because it takes a lot of patience and it will bore some players to tears. It's a simple game but not an easy game to master, and it can become quite frustrating trying to figure out how to create new elements and become a Doodle God.
There have actually been a ton of Doodle God versions released and I'd love to see BF pick up these games as well. This edition of Doodle God has a Kid Safe Mode that I'm assuming doesn't allow them to create questionable elements or turns down the dial a bit with the comments because Doodle God has quite the sarcastic sense of humor. There are 19 Trophies available and 13 Artifacts to earn by creating specific artifacts using 3 given elements. There are 11 side quest Puzzles available that tasks you with creating a specific category such as a Jack-o-lantern, the Easter Bunny or 4th of July Fireworks etc. There is an Encylopedia that lists the elements alphabetically and 4 different side Quests available as well.
You begin the game, well, In The Beginning of course, with 4 simple Elements, such as Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. The goal is to combine 2 elements to make a brand new element, which can then be combined to make even more elements, 249 Elements in 26 different groups. There are 4 different Categories in the main game to progress your Doodle World, Beginning to create the world from scratch, Technology to create new technology, Modern Age to create a more modern up to date world and World of Magic to create fantastical elements such as dragons, unicorns, and wizards.
Keep an open mind and discover what it's like to create your own Doodle World. It's really kinda cool when you use your imagination to create elements. The humor is an added bonus!

For me personally, this game pales in comparison to some amazing TM game releases we've been offered lately. It's a cute game but the tasks are the same tasks as all the other ordinary TM games out there, it has ordinary tasks and the same berry bush picking scenario. The graphics are decent but there's just nothing offered here that makes the game stand out from all the other ones, it looks and plays the same as hundreds of other TM games. If you're just looking for another TM game to play it works, but if you're looking for a challenging game with unique features I think you'll be disappointed.
You can play in a Relaxed, Normal or Professional Mode of Difficulty, which is a good thing, and it has a decent length of 40 available levels. The graphics are somewhat better than most, and available tasks are circled with color-coded rings such as Green when you have all the requirements and sufficient workers.
Unfortunately, it has all the usual resources of picking up pre-cut logs, chopping down trees for lumber, picking berry bushes to feed the workers, clearing the beaten path of obstacles, repairing and/or upgrading Farms, Sawmills etc. The only feature somewhat unusual is receiving Bonuses that go along with the Characters such as the Cobbler making shoes that make the workers run faster.
Every aspect is exactly as you'd expect in a TM game. I love Growing Grass Studios, and this isn't a horrible game, it's just a predictable game. I loved all the different features and unusual aspects of the last TM release, so I guess I'm just to the point where I expect different offerings and don't want to have to settle for ordinary now that I know extraordinary exists.

I liked the crime-solving scenario of playing the Match 3 levels to earn stars which allows you to Investigate the crime scene, but the Match 3 levels are still the same as all their other "sticky-sweet" games. The boards are the same, the features are the same, only the names of the bonuses have been changed to protect or fool the innocent players!
This is another Limited Moves M3 game that practically plays itself with so many large matches available that the board is crammed full of power-ups. Horizontal & Vertical Line busters, Bombs and Police lights that remove all of one element, Shifting Boards are all intersol features in all their M3 games.
To make it extra annoying, you can't make fast consecutive matches because you have to wait until all the tiles stop falling. After completing the level goals you have to wait forever, as you are forced to watch the computer play through all of the remaining moves. There is no challenge, it takes too long between moves and between levels, the only thing this match 3 games has that is remotely interesting is the crime related story.

This is the section that I usually include a plot synopsis. If I do, it will be the same synopsis as the last 12 Redemption Cemetery games. These developers have had a long successful Redemption Cemetery series run, but it's clearly time to lay this baby to rest in a shallow grave until the end of time. In the beginning, I was a fan like everyone else, but there's no point in continuing to "Redeem" 3 souls in every game if you can't imagine a new redemption scenario or plot Amax, there just isn't. The wheel's still spinning here folks, but the hamster's been dead since 2013's Bitter Frost! Let the hamster RIP, let Redemption Cemetery RIP.
This is the section where I add my personal opinion about the game, what I liked and didn't. I liked the detailed creepy graphics. I didn't like everything else with the exception of the detailed creepy graphics. That about sums it all up!
The Hidden Object Scenes are literally everywhere, just about every single zoom zone requires you to find either pictured items or list items. There are very few full scene HOP's but they include Interactive List Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Swatches Finds, and Multiples of the Same Object Finds, many of them include several different variations. I found the scenes to be somewhat dark and items were hidden behind objects that the cursor doesn't indicate you can interact with.
The Mini-Games, for the most part, are the same exact games offered in every Amax game, the only thing that changed is the graphics. They are simplistic, easily solved, and quite frankly more frustrating than fun. Along with the above mentioned frequent zoom zone HOP's, this game has back to back puzzles, many of which have my nemesis feature of "clicking on one may affect others" Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter in the game:
1-Rotate panels to create a path for both skulls to reach the exit. 2-Remove fingers from the ball, 1 may affect others. 3-Uncover matching pairs, making too many mistakes requires you to restart. 4-Move tokens along tracks to matching colored slots. 5-Move hands to the positions shown, clicking 1 may affect others. 6-Drag tile strips to recreate the picture. 7-Swap tiles to related image sections. 8-Rotate 4 sections until they align correctly in the center. 9-Find symbols in the sequence shown before the bar fills up. 10-Select highlighted numbers that will equal 20 when landing on the exit. 11-Slide runes along tracks to matching colored slots. 12-Connect points as shown to scale Olaf's health to zero.
The Collector's Edition version has 12 Wallpapers, 12 Concept Art pictures, 8 Screensavers, 4 Music Soundtracks, 19 Movie Video Cutscenes, 20 Achievements to earn, 12 re-playable Mini-Games, 11 re-playable Mini-Games, 14 Collectible Cards (require finding Morphing Skull Coins to open up character descriptions) 26 Morphing Skull Coins (various amounts required to open up character descriptions) 3 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter and a built-in Strategy Guide

Day-o, day-o Daylight come and me wan' go home. Sorry, I have been singing this song ever since I started playing this game and had to Lift six foot, seven foot, eight-foot bunch of bananas, so I may as well share the earworm! Kingdom Chronicles has some of the most amazing graphics, the tasks are unconventional, the 3D Characters are unique, the storyline is one you actually want to read about and most of all, it's super fun to play!
This isn't an easy-breezy Time Management game, I sailed through the first 6-7 levels only to hit a roadblock and realize that if I wanted to earn all 3 Stars, I was going to have to apply some hardcore strategies. I found that the built-in Strategy Guide was more of a list of suggestions than a step-by-step guide, but I'm okay with that, I'm enjoying the fact that I have to use my brain and figure it out. I found the Tips before each level to be more valuable than the SG itself because it gives you just enough information to put 2 and 2 together.
Although there are the normal tasks of collecting resources, clearing paths, and repairing or upgrading lumbermills, farms, workers huts etc. there are also resources that aren't along the beaten path, and some unusual features as well. I loved talking with the Elder who would reveal a new building that wasn't there before! There are switches to activate to unavailable sections (loved the stone gate and the effects) You will trade resources with local merchants, build town halls and collect gold from residents, and receive bonuses such as the Helping Hand (extra worker) and a Speed bonus to speed up workers.
It may have taken this developer several years to come out with a sequel, but trust me, it is well worth the wait!

When Earth's crust began cracking and causing cataclysmic events to occur worldwide, the Seeker's Order organized a special expedition to seek answers. (why wasn't I included in this special Seekers Expedition?) Your brother Simon (who I thought was my sis?) stumbled onto something really big but disappeared shortly afterward and the Order has asked you to find Simon (why does a stranger have to tell me my brother is mia? Oh I know, it's because I wasn't in the loop for this "special" Seeker, exclusive, finer things club) and capture the thief who escaped the Seekers Prison and may be responsible for all the dastardly deeds.
It's a good thing my brother left me a note in case he gets lost (good thing I knew where to find it at HIS house no less) with instructions to use a special amulet that will lead me to his exact location! (why didn't the exclusive finer things club just use it?) As luck would have it, it's a one-and-done kinda gadget. Wait, what? First of all, let's hope he's truly "lost" because this gadget looks expensive. Is he actually "lost" just because I don't know where he is? He's probably going to get really mad when I show up with his really expensive lost-brother finder if he's not actually lost. Isn't this gadget just a glorified GPS locator that I could've downloaded the app on my phone? Secondly, if I can only use it once, how do we get back? What do I do with it afterward? Do I pitch it when I arrive? Do I Seek a recycling bin? Do I donate it to the Underwater World Goodwill? Do I hang onto it just in case he's wrong about the one-and-done scenario? I'd better start Seeking now. (hmm, now, do I choose the Compass, GPS or gyroscope? Apparently, I'm a Seeker with commitment issues.
Once again Domini Games has done a fantastic job with some amazing graphic detail (although still a little heavy on the neons) One thing's for certain, Fantasy-themed games are their wheelhouse because they have such skilled graphic designers to help you envision the fantasy worlds, the Labyrinths of the World worlds. Domini never skimps on quality or quantity with a 7 Chapter strong game with a Bonus Chapter in the CE version that is nearly as long, with a new mission, a new world, a new prisoner, and a new theft! In the CE version, there are Hidden Tokens in every scene that allow you to purchase 15 different fantasy Zoo Creatures, and you will find Collectible Cards from each world you visit, and there are Wanted Posters scattered throughout the worlds. I found the abundance of collectibles and BC to be well worth the extra price so if possible I highly recommend the CE version!
The Hidden Object Scenes were far to easy in my opinion and had little to no challenge whatsoever. They are varied with Interactive List Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Keywords in Sentence Finds, and Multiples of the Same Object Finds. I really liked the HOP where you had to select ropes to align stained glass panels to search for objects but it too was way too easy and would have been amazing if it were at least a tad bit more challenging. There is an alternate Match 3 game available but it's an extremely easy M3 game that doesn't even allow you to make fast, back-to-back matches because you have to wait for the previous move's tokens to finish dropping which is a super annoying feature to me. FYI: if you want to earn all achievements, you must play the alternate Match 3 game instead of a HOP at least once.
The Mini-Games are decent but they are basically the same ole, same ole just with a different theme. As with most Domini Games you can choose between Easy or Hard difficulty modes. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter throughout the game:
1-Use arrows and rotation buttons to align colored spheres onto their matching tokens. 2-Use directional arrows to move rows to allow colored spheres to drop onto their color-coded pedestals. 3-Move crystals to the center at the same time. 4-Move bars to align the correct number of starfish to each column as indicated. 5-Guide the fish token to its matching slot by dragging a token to an empty slot. 6-Color the segments so that adjacent segments are a different color. 7-Move the fish to the center along the circles and lines using directional arrows without making contact with another fish. 8-Align tiles according to the clues shown. 9-Navigate a maze by finding and using items to overcome obstacles.
The Collector's Edition version has 20 Concept Art pictures, 17 Wallpapers (why is the icon for wallpapers a rug on the floor?) 5 Music Soundtracks, 33 Movie Video Cutscenes, 20 re-playable Mini-Games, 18 re-playable Hidden Object Scenes, 33 Achievements to earn, 15 Wanted Poster Articles, 21 Collectible Cards (7 cards from 3 Worlds) 69 Collectible Tokens (used to purchase Zoo Creatures in the Greenhouse) 15 Zoo Creatures to purchase with Tokens, 7 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter and a built-in Strategy Guide, enjoy!

The Fairytale Title Cinderella is about all you get here folks! When I think about Cinderella, I think about the beautiful transformations, the pumpkin turning into a beautiful Carriage, the Mice turning into Coachmen, the jovial Fairy Godmother with transparent fragile wings, and of course, the beautiful transformation of an ordinary woman into a beautiful princess with golden blonde hair, a golden tiara, a stunning flowing gown glistening in the moonlight, and Crystal Clear Glass Slippers. Put all those thoughts behind you, those crystal clear glass slippers won't fit anybody's feet, because this fairytale mosaic doesn't have any of those beautiful images, and there's certainly no fairytale to go along with it.
There are 5 different Mosaic Locations and each has 20 puzzles available. There is a left-hand mode as well as a Relaxed feature that automatically gives you the Key and points for finishing the game, no matter how long it takes you to finish the puzzle. In the Normal Mode, you will receive one Key for Completing the puzzle, a second Key if you make no Mistakes, and the third Key if you Complete the puzzle within the Allotted Time, which isn't as easy as it sounds! You will earn coins for each completed puzzle and can use the coins to buy extra time or instantly refill the hint feature, you can also unlock other levels and worlds, but it costs a ridiculous amount of coins ranging from 25,000 coins to a whopping 225,000 coins, and I doubt you could earn that many coins beforehand anyway.
The object of the game is to correctly place available mosaic puzzle pieces located on the right side of the puzzle. (left in the left-hand mode) Some puzzle pieces are already placed on the board as "clues" and more pieces are added until the puzzle is complete. All of this sounds really easy, but when you are trying to place the pieces wicked fast and without making a mistake, it can be mind-blowing. You can replay the puzzle as often as you want to try to earn a better score, but each time the puzzle will reset with different puzzle pieces as clues.
If you've bought any of the mosaic puzzles offered by this dev, there's probably no need to buy another. Each time you re-play a puzzle, different pieces are shown at the beginning which is another reason not to need another mosaic puzzle, because each time you play it is different than the last. There's never any new features added, and the pictures they have chosen just seem to get less and less appealing?

Curiosity got the best of me as I entered a quirky little Shop of Oddities, or is it a shop of Needful things? To my delight, I get to choose my first free welcoming gift, a Doorknob from the Haunted Grave Manor. No wonder these doors are always missing doorknobs! Along with the doorknob, I get to hear a Dreadful Tale about Martha and Mark Spencer who bought the fixer-upper Manor sight unseen, and like all abandoned manors, it's not completely vacant, it's haunted!
I'm sure this game will be a smash hit just because it's under a new title, but for me, this truly was a Dreadful Tale. I was really looking forward to this game because I love this genre and there's always the potential for something Eipix to come along. Hopefully, the next game in this new series will be less Dreadful to endure.
I was disappointed once again by Eipix, the graphics are horrible and cartoonish, the storyline moved at a snail's pace, the tasks are mundane and boring most of the time and every room in the house is unappealing and has very few areas of interest. There's no color, and no imagination, there's nothing new here, the HOP's and mini-games are the same styles as several of the last games offered by Eipix, such as going through a box of Horror Books that you published in a Hidden Object Scene.
The worse part for me was the lack of logic or the credibility of some of the features. This house hasn't been occupied by anyone since the previous owners for an entire year, yet after removing a barricade of chairs (proving it was a room we have not yet entered) I finally enter the Basement and the first task is to find a way to stop the washing machine! Are you telling me the washing machine was running non-stop for an entire year? Not only did it not overheat, but the clothes were hardly scathed after a year's worth of soapy agitation! Another thing mentioned was that the house went into escrow after the owner Abitha Grave passed away. I could be wrong, but escrow is an account where money and documents are deposited until both the buyer and seller fulfill their obligations. If a person dies and the property hasn't been willed to an heir, the house would be turned over to Probate Court? (but I could be wrong, or it may vary from state to state or country??)
You play two different Characters the first and third Chapter you play as Martha Spencer, and Chapters 2 and 4 you play as Mark Spencer. In the CE version, each scene has a Hidden Moth, which I'll admit was an excellent choice because the moth blends into the drab scenery quite well. There are also Collectible Cassette Tapes and Morphing Objects in some of the scenes, of the CE version.
The Hidden Object Scenes are mostly variations of Listed Item Finds but there are also multi-layered HOP's that require finding and placing plant labels, finding cheese-related items to place on Silhouetted Shapes and Keywords within a Nursery-Rhyme. There are 20 HOP's in the main game but there are no Morphing Objects or alternate puzzles available.
The Mini-Games are really easy to solve but like most Eipix games the 29 available puzzles become a little harder as you progress. They have good instructions that are easy to understand with the exception of a few multi-layered puzzles. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the game:
1-Click when the footprints are directly under each foot. 2-Use directional arrows to guide the flower thru a cube maze. 3-Click on matching Cacti to remove them. 4-Align symbols on 2 disks according to the clue shown. 5-Set 4 dials to the symbols that the above puzzle reveals. 6-Rotate the cover to select the number that corresponds with each letter (the clue is found elsewhere) 7-Rearrange the plates to create all 3 shaped keyholes at the same time.
The Collector's Edition has 18 Wallpapers, 4 Concept Art pictures (with before/after slider bar) 7 Music Soundtracks, 9 Movie Video Cutscenes, 13 Achievements to Earn (6 of which have 32 categories) a Souvenir Room with 16 Souvenirs to uncover (requires a code from the Moth Collection) 34 Well Hidden Moths (one in each scene) 16 Morphing Objects within the scenes, 10 Collectible Cassette Tapes, 4 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter and a built-in Strategy Guide.
