Another bounce around, illogical game. I purchased and enjoyed the previous 2 Fierce Tales; Dog in 2012 and Marcus in 2013. The logical flow is often absent in this one. Collectibles are 25 cats (I found one) and 25 paper scrolls telling about Snowville. I just don't care. See buiscutsmama for full review. I also think this might work for new gamers but not for me.
I don't recommend this game.
Mr. Turner was surrounded by people who could all benefit from his death, but who actually murdered him? Play the detective in this classic whodunit mystery!

Tired of fantasies, I really wanted this to be good. I played for 30 minutes and bailed. Why are there high ratings on this game? OK, the graphics are crisp but it's wordy and boring. At least the Castle game was interesting. I loved Cadenza and want another murder/mystery. This was NOT it. NOT!!!!!
I don't recommend this game.

First I will cover the positives. I really enjoyed the graphics! The storyline was imaginative. I enjoyed the gnome and his antics. Now, the negatives. The map transported but was otherwise NOT helpful. Auntie was nauseating. There was no rhyme nor reason to what should be done. You just hop around willy-nilly. Developers, please try to make sense should you chose to create another game. Fellow Fishies, I recommend you try this game to see just how bad it is. I actually laughed a few times - just before I threw up.
I don't recommend this game.

Mixed feelings on this Collector's Edition. Graphics sharp; 56 Achievements (for those who need gold stars); Jump-map with tasks available; SG; Ghost dog is Helper; numerous puzzles; HOs vary; Extras = Cut Scenes, Concept Art, Wallpaper, Epilogue which I assume is Bonus Chapter. What it is missing are Collectibles and Morphing Objects which are my personal favorites. Thus, I will wait for the SE. I do recommend that you try it.
I don't recommend this game.

Cartoony graphics are well done more child appropriate. Lots of reading - no voices. Hidden objects were very difficult to find (experienced player). Cheshire cat's "Interesting facts" were informative. No clues or instructions (experienced player). One mode of play. No Bling but then it is an SE. More work than it was worth! See my current favorite for a FUN SE.
I don't recommend this game.

CE had no collectibles or Morphs, just wallpaper stuff(not my thing) so got SE. Have been enjoying game for 3 hours - great Saturday free Punch treat. Storyline farfetched put graphics pretty and play is logical in most cases. Has keep my interest so that I don't always need the Transporter Map. Bit of hand-holding in some cases but I'm retired and play Casual for just FUN. It's worth a try! Ignorable annoying voice on occasion. Definetly recommend you try it.
I recommend this game!

Played Demo CE, Day Early, Casual. Was impressed with this game from Vendel. I wasn't thrilled with the Love Chronicles BUT please don't let that stop you from trying this game. Story about a Cursed Castle and you meet two British police officers with a little girl - only witness to what happened; all previous owners tragically died. I'm not big on story-lines but graphics are scary and well done. There are Morphs which give you extra Hints. (You have to click the morph on the correct image to get it.) There is a Drop-down tab where you find Pieces in order to restore a painting. The puzzles were unique and fun. The HOs were exceptionally interactive and some had mini-puzzles in them. A definite buy for me especially with the Sale.
I recommend this game!

I Beta'd this and it's OK for an SE. Seemed kind of easy but then I'd been there. Visuals are excellent. Jump map works well but doesn't always indicate where to go. Lots of puzzles which I'm not great at. Not many HOs. Has Camera and dog helper. Not my cup of tea but I suggest you try it.
I recommend this game!

I have enjoyed the previous 2 Mayan Prophecies games and will get this one. 4 modes of play, incl. Custom; 25 Hidden birds; 36 morphing objects; excellent transporter map with available actions noted; 33 Achievement awards; good variety of HOs with Mahjong option. I found the puzzles more complicated then other recent games and skipped some because of the time limit. I will enjoy playing them when I purchase this game. Helper (yes, again a Helper) is NOT cutesy. Storyline was not compelling for me so I just played for the HOs and puzzles. Do try before you buy as many of the scenes including HOs are VERY BUSY.
I recommend this game!

THIS IS A WONDERFUL MAGICAL GAME! I never give 5's but this deserves it. The extra Bling is awesome. 41 Flowers to collect. Access to 3 other HOPs as you collect paintings: Chinese Healer, AV Living Mountain and Sea of Lies: Mutiny...
I played day early 74 minutes, entire demo. This is a must buy for me. Didn't see any morphs but I was so woo'ed by the visuals I might have missed any. Really FUN puzzles. Give it a go - it's worth your time.
