I loved this game. It has numerous HOSs. Each HOS has a list of objects to find, golden reindeer to locate, silhouetted "lost" items to find. You earn extra coins for finding the reindeer and "lost" items. There is a store to purchase gifts and achievements to earn. The graphics are really nice throughout the game.
The mini games consist to word find, jigsaw puzzles, pictures to swap or rotate tiles to finish and matching hidden items. There is an engaging story that runs throughout the game.
I highly recommend this game for those people who enjoy HOS games.

I enjoyed this game, even thought I enjoy the newer games better. This is an old-school HOS game. Some objects are hard to find. There are scenes from around the world, which is nice.
I would recommend this game for those wanting an old-school HOS.

I really enjoy the Spellarium series and this one is no exception. This time you are building a "resort" and have to overcome numerous match 3 games and the usual mini-games of solitaire, mahjong or "find the difference." The developers added a new twist to the match 3 games in the form of an iron tile that must be moved around with either cannon shot or bombs. Some of them were quite challenging and they were all fun.

This game is so much fun to play. You are the Fairy Godmother and you need to rescue several characters from The Seller and save the Ice Queen. Game play moves along nicely. There are morphing objects, pictures and money to collect along the way. The HOSs are nicely done and mini games are fun. For each mini games you can choose the easy or hard setting.
The graphics are really beautiful in this game. The music, voice overs and environmental sounds are well done. The map allows you to jump to locations and it shows where collectibles are still available. There is a hint button, but I never used it. There is a strategy guide, but I only used it a couple times when I was having trouble finding a collectible.
The bonus chapter adds to the story. Both the main game and the bonus chapter have satisfying endings. The extra bonus content consists of viewing the morphing objects and pictures you've collected (each with a small story to read), viewing your "suitcase" where you can spend coins collected during the game to purchase objects, videos, wallpapers, music, HOSs you can replay and mini games you can replay.
I was a beta tester for this game and enjoyed the beta so much I've been watching for the game to be released. If you are looking for a game that is fun to play without being too dark and/or scary, I highly recommend this game.

This game was so much fun to play. It is a traditional HOS with mini games/puzzles between HOSs. You are taking a cruise to various ports of call. You get to explore both the ship and the ports. The HOS are fun and include extra recyclables and bonus objects to find. The mini games consist of jigsaw puzzles, word search, slide puzzles, find-the-difference and matching objects.
I'm off to purchase the other games in the series. If you are looking for a traditional HOS game, I highly recommend this one.

You're sailing around the world on the Liberty. You stop at various ports and explore. You also get to explore the ship. This game is HOSs and mini games/puzzles. It is a great traditional HOS game that is so much fun to play. Each HOS also has "recyclables" to find and bonus objects to find. The mini games consists of jigsaw puzzles, word search, slide puzzles and matching objects.
The graphics are nice and the music is not annoying. I usually mute music during games, but did not do so on this game. I'm planning to purchase the other games in the series.
If you're looking for a traditional HOS game, I highly recommend this one.

I love the Spellarium series and this one was no exception. The Wizard is renewed and now needs to obtain a crystal from the bottom of a frozen lake. The match 3 are excellent and consist of tiles, chains, ice blocks and wood barriers to break, fog to overcome and cannons to fire. The mini games were "find the differences" and solitaire which I enjoyed.
This developer knows how to make a fun match 3 game and I always look forward to a new addition to the Spellarium series!

I really wanted to love this game. You are play as a Constable in search of four missing girls in Salem. There are a lot of locations to visit which was fun at first, but became a bit tedious before the end.
The graphics are nice, but the music was annoying and I muted it. There is a map, but it does not show the locations that have items to complete. There is a journal and task list, both of which are marginally helpful. There are a lot of HOS (which I enjoy) and they were fun to play. The mini games came with confusing instructions and some of them were difficult to figure out.
About halfway through the game, the "to-ing and fro-ing" became a bit much. The ending was somewhat abrupt and not very satisfying.
If you love old-school games, you might like this game. Otherwise, I do not recommend it.

I enjoyed this game until the end. This is a great old-school game. You are visiting your Aunt, but she is not home when you arrive. You travel to several locations in town trying to find out what happened to her.
The graphics are very nice and the voice-overs are well done. I found the music annoying, but muted it. The HOS were fun to play and the mini games were okay. The most disappointing part of the game was the ending which was so lame. However, I still recommend the game for those looking for an old-school game.

I really enjoyed this game. You play as a handmaiden to Queen Elizabeth I who has been imprisoned in the Tower of London. You have to figure out how to redeem yourself and be restored to your previous duties. There are several locations you visit in and around the Tower.
The graphics are nice considering this is an older game. The music was not good, but can be muted. There is a map and journal to assist on your journey. The HOS were numerous and fun to play. The mini games were fine. The story had a satisfying ending and you meet several historical characters along the way.
If you are looking for a fun old-school game, I highly recommend this one.
