This has got to be the BEST game that BFG has released yet. The graphics are the best i have ever seen in all my history with Bigfish games. Voiceovers are well done, Storyline is different and I love being different. This game requires you to think "outside the box" which is my line of thinking in everyday life. The gameplay reminds me of the old Parasite Eve 1 and 2 games. ( the running and interacting, not the storyline. ) I love how you can actually do battle in this game, Are you sure this isn't an RPG? It sure plays like one :) The Storyline is unique and set apart from the other games i have played and I own a lot of them. Diving into the subconscious mind to do battle with phobias is a neat idea, I guess it sort of reminds me of the Persona games also. The game is simple and easy to understand, objects are easy to interact with, and the characters i have met so far are intriguing wanting to find out more. But this game should be rated teens and up for suggestive content. parents close the door when kids are around on this one :)
When I first loaded the game and thought "Oh no! high end graphics!" But my PC handled it flawlessly

This is by far, My most favorite HOG series on Bigifish.
The graphics and sounds are excellent, Storyline is really good as with the others in the series, the gameplay has lots of things to do and collect, HO scenes are glitch free. I still love how you can take a fairy tale and make it dark and somber. The way the stories are laid out reminds me of "Watership Down" because at first glance, you expect it to be cute and cheerful, but all that changes when the stark reality of the story sets in making it an epic fight for your life like the situations in "Watership Down".
In my opinion, I would go out on a limb and say that this series could be the "Final Fantasy" of HOG's because nothing else comes close.
There is a mini-map on the side where you can get oriented so you don't get lost, The cutscenes are amazing and the whole game sucks you into the story where you really feel compelled to save the glass maidens.
Keep them coming. I would like to see how you do "Jack and the Beanstalk". But don't rush it like others do, take your time so we can have another excellent flawless glitch free game.
Standing on my toes anxiously waiting for the next one, Hopefully "Jack and the beanstalk" lol :)

From the start, I knew this was an excellent game. Everything is so well done, the story, the artwork, the animated cutscenes. This is on par with some of the console games that are out there. The devs put great detail into everything when creating this game. the gameplay is simple, interact with your surroundings and have fun. I was relieved there were no HO scenes in to which made the gameplay more compelling to be driven by the environment and surroundings of the virtual world.
The artwork and animations are some of the best I've seen to date because so much painstaking detail was put into context to make the player feel part of the virtual world. The storyline is not new by any means but the approach to it is. One could say this is the stuff dreams (and nightmares) are made of. Certainly a true adventure game worth buying.

As a huge fan of Japanese Anime, I have seen literally hundreds of films short and movie alike. So I was tickled pink to see some blending of anime art, j-pop music, and the game engine that I use to create games with, the RPG maker, all blended into one powerful combination called Alpha Kimori.
Coming as three parts, to me this was such a rare gem to find because it reminded me of Xenogears for it's talk of religious context, and the Xenosaga series because it's being done in three parts.
Now onto the meat and bones of the game. The graphics were sharply drawn and done in robust colors. The only con I have is that it uses a lot of CPU when doing scrolling in towns and the Ki power animations, but that just might be my machine.
The music is typical J-pop "anime" type music that to me enhances the mood of the game especially with the addition of vocals in the soundtrack and makes it fun :)
The gameplay is standard RPG maker type with visible monster encounters, story quests, and attainable player characters as the game goes on.
But what sets this game apart from everything else is the addition of anime characters and the "anime" type music which makes this series totally unique.
I liked it so much that I downloaded the second episode which was just recently released.
So if you're a big fan of anime and role playing games like I am, Get this series, you won't want to pass this up :)

After a slew of unfortunate HO games that I passed on, The wait is over,. Along comes the latest in the surface series and it's a really top notch game. What's not to like? seamless gameplay and graphics, Excellent musical scores, Well done audio crisp voiceovers, And cutscenes that will blow your mind!! :) The hidden object scenes are very well done, hint button actually shows seconds instead of you waiting for it to fill up. The Story is the best I've ever come across for an HO/adventure game, I thought I would see this type of story more in RPGs but it fits like a glove for the HO/adventure genre to my surprise. So mix it all together and you have a top notch game with a very excellent storyline and I think it should be up for vote as game of the year. At least that's what I think.
I can't wait for the next installment of surface because I have the previous surface titles, Can't wait to see if they top themselves in the next Surface.

I have seen many bad games in my day but this ranks right up there., and lately it's been one HOG after another with the same plots. when is it going to end?
Look after and feed fun 3D fish and watch them play and interact with each other as you complete exciting match-3 levels to earn money for decorating your aquarium!

I played all the other fishdom installments and this has the best graphics, the music is very relaxing, and has the best player interaction with the fishes. I love the fishes personalities, very cute. The match 3 is easy at first but gets harder as you play, the little powerups you get help with the level and prevents it from being long and drawn out.
There is a lot to do for your tank(s) as well as taking care of your fish and keeping your tank(s) maintained. It really is the best Fishdom in the series. My baby nephew couldn't take his eyes off the fish. Certainly a really fun game for kids and adults alike.

I have had Bejeweled 3 ever since it first came out and it's still my favorite bejeweled game, I have all the other bejeweleds too including blitz, twist and Bejewled 2.
If you're looking for a story you won't find one here or on any of the bejeweled games. It's all about scoring and just plain fun. Some of the games are locked until you fulfill certain conditions to unlock them
Overall, B3 had the best game variety, best graphics, and best music. I sometimes spend hours playing this. It's good to see it released on Big Fish.. I really love the ice storm game, it drives me crazy :)

This is a nice RPG with an excellent storyline centering around a vampire hunter in the beginning of the game. Very well thought out.
I guess I'm too used to flashy battle systems because I found the battles kind of basic for me. The music was ok, felt like there was something missing.
It's no Skyborn (my fave) but it kept me interested none the less and there are lots of side quests and things to look for.
The only peeve I had with this game was having to save every time I left a map. But other than that, it's a good RPG all around.

This is a game simalar to life quest but graphics are much better and not cartoony. I love the whole gothic feel to the game centering around a vampire striving to become human once more.by getting careers, taking courses and moooore!
The horse is slow but you can upgrade your "vehicles" to help you go faster later on, even a touch of hidden objects included. Sound is well done as is the music, A perfect game for Halloween. Give it a try to anyone that enjoyed Life Quest, you won't be disappointed. I loved it so much I couldn't stop playing.
