I've had this game a while but never commented on it. This game is delightful. The story is charming and humorous. The characters all delightful. The scenes are beautiful and the music excellent. The puzzles are not to hard or to easy. I liked the various places the fool travels to save his beloved princess from the dragon. No bells and whistles needed here because the game is pretty much straight forward.

This is a good game, though a bit rough around the edges. The story grabbed my attention and creeped me out in a few places. I didn't mind having to read the script. The graphics are good and the music is catching. The puzzles aren't that complicated. I did feel that some parts of the cut scenes were a bit rushed and I was plopped into another scene hastily but other than that I enjoyed the game. And the ending was a surprise.

Though this game is pretty much straight forward, it's a great game. The story is interesting, the graphics are excellent and the music is good. There is some basic voice over but most of npc's parts have to be read. The puzzles are mostly helping others out to get items needed and a variety of HOs scenes that aren't just search and find. All and all this game is great for anyone just wanting a laid back fun game. And at the end it kind of hinted at possibly another but who knows!

This series is a delightful and enjoyable to play. Even in casual mode the puzzles can be a bit challenging. And I like that it takes time for the hint to recharge. It makes me take my time and really search the scene for items. I likes how each story is different from the next. Though the villain Totenkraft is in a couple of the series he never outwits Nellie and Tom, who basically thwart his evil schemes with their goodness. So I highly recommend this series for those looking for a good, bright series of games.

I love this series. The first game was really fun. This one is great! I liked how the developers added some new things, which is progressive. Same great graphics and music. An interesting story. What I like about this series is it is bright, not dreary like a lot of BF games here lately. And it's family friendly because Nellie and Tom are always helping out somebody.

I enjoyed this game. It is different than a regular HO. You find objects and place them in circles provided. I found finding some of the items challenging because they were hidden behind other items. Also, scattered through game are puzzles besides HOs to do to complete the scene. There isn't any voice acting so I had to read the scripts, which I didn't find annoying. The scenes are sharp and beautiful. The story is interesting. So if you are looking for a different twist on HOS and something challenging this is your game. Also, fair warning the hint button does take time to recharge. Recommended for family!

5 stars all the way across. I couldn't quit playing this game until ended. I was deeply touched by the story because it shows how true love can move a human to do what needs to be done in dire circumstances. The puzzles were not easy on Casual mode, which was a plus. I didn't mind not having a map because it made me have to take the time and look around. When I found myself having to give in and use the hint, I found it recharged in a fair amount of time. And the ending blew me away. I can say this game is rare gem lost in the treasure chest of BF games I've had to dig through to find.
I recommend this game!

After reading the reviews I decided to give the game a try. I don't regret it. I found I liked it. The story is good though it could use some polishing. I felt some of the cut scenes were a bit rushed. For example, entering Tim's dream the first time was not very well thought out. It could have been much better. The puzzles were not that hard. The graphics were good like the first game. I was left wandering at the end if the Sandman was defeated or he still around. I can say if the developers make another game in this series they need to take their time and remember the how good the first game was!
I recommend this game!

I've had this game a long while and decided to play through it again. I had forgotten how much fun it is. The story grabbed me from the beginning and propelled me all the way to the end, which left me wanting more. The scenes are not gloomy long because after completing an area they bloom with vibrant color. All cut scenes flow perfectly with the play scenes and the voice acting is done well. I enjoyed finding the spying, creepy critters and the many Benny(s# along the way. The puzzles aren't difficult and most items needed to complete something are found in the area. #NO HOs!) I found the hint button recharged quickly. There wasn't a need for a map and there isn't much backtracking. I do recommend this game as a must have in one's library.
