The Royal Envoy series is one of my all time game favorites. I love the graphics, and especially the music. So often the music in games is annoying and repetitious, the music here has a Celtic feel and is light and changes melodies. I love that there are two modes of game play, an experienced mode and a relaxed mode. I can no longer handle some of the more fast paced TM games so a relaxed mode suits me just fine. The game does not call itself Royal Envoy but all of the game components are the same. I am really enjoying this game and I do recommend it.
I love Viking games and this one has the potential to be a lot of fun, but...…. First there are no game mode choices, it is one mode only, lets call it normal. At the "normal" level the timer is so fast that it is hard to impossible to get three stars. I tried several times replaying levels but no matter how quickly I clicked you still have to wait to gather. And it is puzzling as to why you have to click two separate times to gather the gold. It just adds more wait time. If they had the option of mode choices this game would be a buy for me, but as it is I have to pass. I just can't move fast enough. I do recommend trying it before purchasing just to be sure it is a good fit for you.

Another great game in the Rainbow mosaics series. I really like the ability to change tile sets, and especially if you want to replay the puzzle to improve your score you just hit replay. You do not have to exit and re-enter in order to do it. Much more convenient than the penguins. I much prefer this series of mosaic puzzle games over the penguin ones. Only one thing about this particular game that I do not like as well as the others and that is the art work. Just too angular and cartoonish for me to find it appealing. Great game play and puzzles and a definite buy for me.
I was very surprised at exactly how challenging this game has proven to be. I have never played a Cubis game before and I am thoroughly enjoying this one. Yes it is very cartoony and cutesy, yes the story is an often used one but that all fades away, but that's ok. I start playing and my only goal is to complete the levels and I have had to play some of them multiple times in order to do that. As I said I have never played a Cubis game before so I really can't judge if the early ones were better but I think this one is an excellent puzzle game.
I was prepared to love this installment of my favorite time-management games but I don't. It is an OK game but I did not like the story line and it was a tad dull and drab color wise. I think that the first three were much better and quite frankly more fun.
What the heck happened to the bright cheerful, innovative, fun game I was hoping for as a follow up to Silver Tale. This game is DULL. I love Silver Tale and all of it's fun characters and the humorous dialog, but all you have here is one sad leprechaun who repeats himself. The rebuild the kingdom format is a very old game type. Game play basically takes place underground very claustrophobic feeling, and you can not go back and replay a level if you want too, all you collect here is gold. I miss my horse, and the slot game. Please Play Academy with the next game GO BACK TO THE WORLD OF SILVER TALE!
The locale is different and the characters are too, but it is a Gnome game in disguise, I only did a few levels in the demo but was not wowed by this game. Really nothing new or innovative just the same thing in a new skin. I know there are a great many fans of the Gnome games and they will probably love it. I have three Gnome games and really don't need another so I will give this a pass. It may be right up your alley though so give the demo a try and find out for yourself.
Since Easter Island was in the news recently I thought the developers were going to use the new data and build on it for an interesting story. Well the game has about 5 minutes on Easter Island then moves elsewhere. I was very disappointed I was hoping for a more history/archeology in it, Classed as a hidden object game but really should be a puzzle game. Very bright and colorful but frankly the game play was easy and not what I expected. I was hoping for more involvement of Easter Island and more HOS. I did play the demo and liked it enough to buy the game, the fact that there was a good sale going on probably helped me make the decision. If you are looking for a pleasant puzzle game you would probably like this game, if you want HOS don't get it. Your choice!
I recommend this game!

This game was a great deal of fun, I loved that there was no timer and I could build where ever I wanted. A good story line but alas it was much to short. There was tremendous potential to have a nice long engrossing story, The story should have continued with interaction with numerous tribes and creatures. I think there is an opportunity here for the developer to create a second one to continue the story but I sure hope they decide to make in longer. I do recommend this game.
It is a very nice griddler game, I especially appreciate the casual mode for play. I can't do timed games very well any more, just not fast enough now days. I really enjoy a good mosaic/grid type of game. My major complaint would be that the grid pictures once completed are as clear as mud. Pretty much unable to tell what the picture is supposed to be. Whether it is because some of the colors are so close in shade or just poor renditions of objects I don't know, or just may be both. It is still fun to fill in the grid and try to solve the puzzle. My recommendation is that you try the demo first before purchasing, I did not and that was my first mistake, If I had I might not have bought the game.
