This game keeps you entertained for hours. I liked the mini-games -- in some you are making things which is always interesting. Hidden objects can be collected to do something else.
If you like solitaire games you will love this one. You can play the three types: up-down; matching, or equals 14, or choose your own. I didn't care for the match 3 part as it seemed very slow. Otherwise a great game.
Great, long SE game with varied hidden objects and very challenging mini-games. There are four levels of play. I especially liked the informational CD's about the Viking history, Greenland and Global warming.
I recommend this game!

Jewel Quest II
Play the ultimate jewel matching adventure; turn precious relics to gold! Match wisely, and you’ll unveil the treasures of Africa!
Great game with lots of boards: There are five stories - Rupert's Heartbreak, Emma's Apology, Bernard's Revenge, Hani's Regret, and Back to Africa. Each board has progressive levels 1-5, 2-6, 3-7, 4-8 and 5-10. The higher you go the more challenging they become.
Interesting story with time travel and difference identities. I liked the hidden objects and puzzles. Some were hard others easy and familiar. All in all a good solid game.
Very old-fashioned game. No map and only a hint key and a journal. The journal does help somewhat, but there is annoying statement "nothing to do here" which, of course, is not helpful. You must find the hidden objects shown at the bottom and then they assemble together. The graphics seem very "big" and not well drawn.
Let me first say that I have played almost all games in this series, but this one was somewhat disappointing. It has a warning that it might be too violent for some -- you witness one murder. However,I really didn't care for the hidden objects as you go back to the same ones several times for other items. The one puzzle I really enjoyed was the labyrinth -- it is filled with smoke/fog, stone walls and hedge -- you must guide the figure around to find objects to leave the maze -- very well done.
There are four chapters with over 20 levels in each. Travel through Japan collecting keepsakes. Not only do you get to match very colorful icons, but you make sushi, find hidden objects, and find differences between two pictures. In later levels, the icons are moving and dropping down at a fast rate but you get to click on power-ups on each board. Be sure to use the power-ups on that board as they do not save. You also get bombs if you match five or more. There is also a book to collect flowers and the usual boards, stones, and fog.
Good solid game with some unique hidden object features, i.e. there is one with a light switch to go from one scene to another; you also have to find morphing objects before you learn what hidden objects to find. There are good puzzles - matching one side of a book to another. There is a Task book that also carries notes you find along the way. The graphics are good.
Good adventure with a lot of mini-puzzles and very few hidden objects (which do repeat a couple of screens with different items to find). Some of the puzzles are hard. You have a dog to assist you but he doesn't stay around very long in the beginning.
