Until I discovered Chronicles of Emerland, I really did not like solitaire. This has many levels with mini HOs in between, even a few morphing scenes. Each stage has an objective to accomplish, also a special objective of collecting items to advance your travel through the various lands. You earn gold coins and achievements along the way. Spending your coins in the store buys valuable tools, amulets, wild cards that really come in handy. There are also 4 helpers that are earned at certain points in the game, they each have a special power to get you out of a spot. After using, they have to regenerate. And be ready for a different kind of challenge with the lava monster in the final level, The graphics are excellent and very colorful. The music is beautiful and quite soothing. The levels are replayable without penalty. The evil sorceror appears with his creepy chuckle if the set ends with more than 4 cards left on the board. It is not so easy getting a perfect score, a good challenging game! An extra 500 coins are added to your earnings for 5 perfect levels within a stage. I just really loved this game and felt very satisfied at the end. Plus the great replay value makes this a very worthwhile purchase!

You are restoring an outdated, damaged amusement park for the sweet residents in their undersea town. This game was just overflowing with things to do and the entertainment was perfect in every way. It contained a great assortment of games which all added money to your "stash". There were 5 gems to collect in each hidden object scene which can be used to purchase each mini game, all could be skipped if you wanted. Also, each piece of brown paper collected helped assemble the picture of your next hidden object game location. The hidden objects were excellent. Your found objects went into a marketplace and they were continually being sold as you play the game, adding cash to your account with which to purchase upgrades to the park. Also, click on the food objects, they are put in the inventory to feed the sea ponies so they can grow their golden hair for harvesting. You also earn money from the games and quests you successfully achieve. All your earnings buy upgrades for all the rides, buildings, landscaping, etc. There are several designs from which to choose in each category and all very cute and colorful. Honestly, I had so much fun rebuilding and picking the designs! I think this game is worthy of far more than 5 stars! It was a very long game, I played for many hrs for numerous days and was so sad when it ended. However, because of all the different designs, quests, games...it has endless replay value. Also, I think parents and kids can enjoy together. Needless to say, this was a wonderful purchase that I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed playing this match game. Lots of great power-ups made it even more fun. The graphics are very clear and colorful, there are 100 levels and a choice of relaxed or timed modes, the board tiles were cute. With your earned gold coins, you get to buy spooky decorations to fix up your house and yard for Halloween. Also, there are several wallpapers. The game is replayable and I just know the kids will love it. Lots of fun for the entire family!
I started with San Francisco and played these Big City games so often, until I got caught up in the adventure/hidden object games. The straight HOs just became too hum-drum, I needed more excitement. Now here I am seeking a break from that, too! I played the demo to see if this Adventure offered anything different, as I didn't care too much for a couple of the locations. Istanbul is excellent as far as challenge and the mini-games are quite different from the others and easy. You can choose timed or relaxed mode. Each of the 60 levels has a hidden object scene and a mini game or jigsaw, 1 hidden camel to collect and hidden coins to help your score and your available hints. It is fun and the HOs are pretty darn challenging, you also get to learn some interesting facts about Istanbul along the way. A great addition to the collection.
Looking for something a little different to take me away from all the adventures and HOs I am always engrossed in and found it here. A nice little break! I loved the characters and colorful graphics. The HOs were simple but with a little challenge. I really liked the mahjong, it had bonus tiles and also if you match the gold tiles you win even if you have not yet cleared the board. This is a nice, relaxing, fun little game and one the entire family can enjoy. The only thing I did not like was Alice commenting when I was playing, but you can turn her voice off in the options. My review is based on the demo and it was a most enjoyable hour that passed too quickly.

The storyline was great, kind of atmospheric, somewhat gloomy for the most part. The graphics were very good and I loved the forest scene and the games were okay. What I did not like was so much extra back and forth, sometimes not finding my way forward for extremely long time, which caused frustration almost to the point of giving up. I was so relieved to make it to the end. It was an interesting game but left me feeling unsatisfied, as it was more work than fun. However, I do recommend the game. It just was not for me,

I love sci-fi so was excited to find this game. It was not exactly what I had hoped for, but was still fun. I enjoyed the hidden objects, however the things in the marketplace were repetitious. It was fun developing the film in the darkroom. I felt the storyline was pretty good and I was really anxious to see how it would end, but I felt it ended abruptly and it was not what I expected. I was disappointed, but would still recommend this game because it was fun to play and a different type of story for a change.

Very colorful and I loved the music, and that is why I am giving 5 stars. The scenes were so packed with multitudes of items overlapping each other or hiding under a special place only discovered with the magnifying glass. I always love and am quite good at challenging HOGs, but this a little much for me. I think maybe so much bright green and red plus the items just seemed to become almost invisible because they blended so well. The objects were so small and hidden that I actually brought my laptop so close to my face to try and spot them, that I felt the heat from the screen! More than silly, right?! The scenes were very festive and could put you in the holiday spirit for sure. I'm sorry I could not enjoy it, but I know it will appeal to many players and children as well. It most certainly seems like a good game!
I recommend this game!

My demo hr seemed more like a half hr, I was so engrossed in finding those little teeny objects. Thank goodness for the excellent zoom feature, I was able to progress with little trouble. I earned 3 hidden object puzzles within my hr and assembled 2 rotating puzzles. There are so many items within the puzzles and that makes it a good, challenging game. I think it could possibly have endless play value and that certainly makes it a good buy. Very enjoyable and relaxing for me. If you love hidden objects, this would be a great choice...much different than the other HOGs.

What will they think of next?? Played demo...in shopping for solitaire today, this is one of the better ones. Lots of great power ups to earn or can buy according to levels accomplished. I thought the blood splats for a lost game were humorous. Even had a map, but I don't think it was needed. Really enjoyed my hour and will purchase when good sale comes along. Love solitaire games with extra added attractions, as sometimes card games quickly becoming boring.
