They don't waste any time getting straight into some challenging problems. It was good not having the start super easy since the first Fantasy Mosaics provided that. Enjoy the pieces of your zen garden you get after completing the different sets of 5 puzzles. Nice soothing music helps you relax and make it easier to focus on the puzzle and not get overwhelmed by it.
Typically, games involving dreams are dark, but this one wasn't too bad. More adventurous than dark. The idea of being able to actually use the dream to progress your journey to meet you mother reminds me a lot of Inception . Wish you could have done more in the dreams than just a couple puzzles and HO scenes. Well done overall.
Excellent game. Starting off with the bond being created between your character (the ambassador) and the princess with the importance of your mission helps influence you to work through the game as fast as possible to ensure you both survive. Really enjoyed the HO scenes where you had to put items back in their place, made you keep your eyes on little details through the worlds that would help you with those scenes. Mini games were sometimes easy, sometimes difficult, had to use the skip button more than what i would like to have. Overall a really good game.
At the end of the first game (Death on the Silver Screen) your murderous half-sister was taken away and you and your brother destroyed the projector. Now she's escaped so you two are in danger. General Porter, your fathers good friend takes you too the military base to protect you, but everything is not as it seems. Just like the first one the projector plays a big role in allowing you to go between the real world and the movie world. Enjoyed being able to play Match 3 instead of HO scenes, allowed me to take a bit of a mental break for a moment and do something lighter while still continuing the story. Storyline is just as good as the first and the graphics are amazing. Anyone who liked the first one will definitely like this sequel.
Romance games are not my type but after playing the trail, I found myself entranced by this mysterious story and wanted to figure out what happened to these love birds and help them find their happy ending. Nice having a mixture of darker locations (night time ones) and light cheerful ones. Travelling to all the different locations really gave you a sense you were trying to solve the mystery and the complexity of the story. HO scenes were relatively straight forward but they tossed in a few different types of scenes to mix it up which was great. Mini games were of a decent difficulty, some were quite easy to solve whereas others required a little more thinking. Great start to the series and I'll be buying the other ones for sure.
TM games aren't usually my go to, but given I'm a sucker for Vikings (love the history) I figured I'd give this game a try. Nice being able to chose whether or not its timed and whether multi-click is active. Having those options allowed me to decide whether i wanted a faster or slower game experience. Chose timed and multi-click and it was the perfect speed for me. Being able to replay the levels to try to get 3 stars is great, it allows you to try different techniques to see which works the best. Really enjoy being able to look at the level map before starting to play it to help formulate a game plan. Short in terms of the number of levels to play, but with the desire to get 3 stars on every level, you can definitely spend hours playing and still be having fun. Little slow on loading levels at times, but waiting those extra few seconds never became an issue. Graphics are clear, crisp, detailed and well done overall. Awesome find and definitely worth every penny
Excellent game. Once again you have Elf to help you out and it's nice having something kind of cute in a more serious game. With the invisible people wandering about, I definitely payed close attention to the screen to make sure none popped out of nowhere and scared you. HO scenes were very good with a good variation of items that were easy to find and others that required more attention to detail. Visuals were crisp and excellent and although you didn't need to hear the voice overs, listening to them gave a good sense of the situation unfolding and the urgency to figure things out quickly. Glad the storyline had a couple curve balls thrown, was a little worried that the game would have ended so easily. Boy did they prove me wrong, just when you think you've saved Emily you're knocked unconscious and she's kidnapped again. Worst part was when I finished the game, although it was a good length.
You're an explorer and you have come across the ruins of the Titanic. Your job is to find hidden objects and jewels in the different rooms and then find priceless artifacts. When I got this, I expected it to be a fairly basic hidden object game. What I didn't realize is that for each level is a time limit (the amount of oxygen left in your tank) and every misclick would cost you valuable time and air. Gave you lots of time for each level, but one doesn't want to cut it too close. Starts off easy and slowly gets progressively more difficult with the objects becoming more camouflaged and challenging to find. Wish there were more rooms to explore as before too long it seems you were constantly in the same rooms. It was an advantage though because most items were in the same location regardless if you were there on level one or level fourteen
This is definitely one of the better free to play games Big Fish has offered. The premise is very simple, drop marbles to create groups and try to get rid of all the groups so you can get the puzzle piece. To make things a little more interesting they have different objectives you can try to get for decorations to go in your house on the main screen. Most are easily obtainable however even after playing all 72 levels multiple times, there are still some I haven't gotten yet. Levels are relatively easy, only challenge is when you get a marble you currently have no use for. Big issue is how much energy it takes to play some of the levels, sometimes only able to play one level and then have to wait an hour for more energy to continue the adventure. Or you could pay a couple bucks for unlimited energy, but I didn't really want to. If there was a way to add more stories and levels to it, it would be much more enjoyable.
Excellent game. It's a bit of a darker game, but not in terms of characters. The music and settings are, however they are not of the scary kind rather the mysterious kind. HO scenes are fairly easy, only had to use the hint a couple times. Minigames are definitely more difficult compared to HO, but most were pretty easy as well once you understood what to do. Neat having the different parts of your journal including your fathers notes from 20 years ago to give you more of a complete picture of what he was like, as a father and as a world famous movie director. Neat having a map, but disliked being unable to jump to places, would have been easier than going from one side of the mansion to the other and then back to the original side. The 50's themed setting was neat and was a bit of a change from the fantasy world setting a lot of games have. Excellent game and definitely a must buy.
