So where is the animated? I enjoy the puzzles, I play on normal. The puzzles are great,; logic based. They do get more difficult pretty quickly but never impossible. But I just don't get why they called it animated. If you enjoy a fun mosaic style game you will like this one.
I recommend this game!

I have been playing for an hour and mostly it is just match 3 levels over and over. Nothing much seems to change. Once in a great while you get to build something. After the first hour I have to say it is rather boring. Mini games, battles, something anything to break up the repetitive levels would be good. At the very beginning there was a hidden object scene and I guess I expected there would be more mini games. Maybe there are but if it is only one every hour or so of game play this is not for me.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a fun game to play but very similar to other games where you earn points to build. My main objection is the same as in many games like this. Either the buildings need to be bigger or the people need to be smaller. Seriously, the people would have to shrink to fit into the buildings. The dog is almost too tall to fit into the doorways.
I recommend this game!

This is basically a good game. Gameplay is simple and most levels seems fairly easy. My only negative and it lost two stars because of this is in a make over game you really need to allow choices like in Farmscapes or Mansion Makeover. Here you are simply presented with one choice of what to buy. So it comes down to just your basic match 3 with the occasional addition of a room enhancement. There are no mini games to break it up just the same game play every level. If what you are looking for is a simple match three game you will like this. If, like me, you expect a bit more then this is not for you.
I don't recommend this game.

Finally, a third installment. I love all their games from Laruaville to Spellarium and several that came in between. They could put out a game a week and likely I would buy it. So much fun to play!
I recommend this game!

I wanted to like this game since it is hard to find simple hidden object games that do not require you to muddle about in the dark looking for a passage. But this is rather poorly done. After the first hour I realized that I kind of enjoyed the mini games but not the hidden object scenes. Too many tiny items that were superimposed on top of other items. The hint was very slow to recharge. Park Ranger and Cruise Director are much better examples of hidden object games.
I don't recommend this game.

I love the challenge. Your goal is to get the gold cards. In every level there are what I call dead cards that you simply do not need but maybe they can help you? You have to be very aware of the goal which is to get to those gold cards in order to win the level. Yes, some call these cookie cutter games but I see where they have changed and evolved and gotten better so to me I still enjoy them a lot. You get money to buy power-ups which can sometimes be a big help. They are very generous with the money.
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed the other summer in...series games but not this one. A lot of the colors are very hard to see. The grey and black squares are almost the same. The one level with two shades of grey and black was almost impossible. The white looks like the background. I understand they tried to create a shine on the squares but they only created eye strain. Too bad, I wanted to keep up with her search for Fancois, was kind of enjoying it but this game is not for me. Hopefully, the next won't be as bad. For sure I will try the next for the entire hour before buying. I didn't on this one and wish I had.
I don't recommend this game.

I loved everything about this game. Great fun to play and the occasional HO or find the difference scenes were a nice break. The battle challenges were a lot of fun. This is a long game; it has 200 levels. But I could have happily played to 300. As a hint for future players, those matches of four are important. Especially in one level, I think it was 137 the only way to beat it is by making four matches in the center chamber. I can definitely see me replaying this game and I sure am hoping for a sequel.
I recommend this game!

This third follow up was disappointing. The only 'power-ups' are helpers you have to purchase a huge cost. Also there are wild cards you can buy but again the cost, as compared to the little amounts of gold you get is very high. I felt the number of cards given on many levels was woefully inadequate considering the number of obstacles. I am not finished with the game but I am half way through so I think that is far enough to tell people you may want to skip this third edition.
I don't recommend this game.
