This is a fairly poor example of a mosaic game. First of all a lot of the colors are almost the same. Second, sometimes it marks off the numbers, sometimes it does not. Thirdly, other than the palette of color choice( as opposed to a nice simple choice) I did not see where it had anything to do with painting. And lastly, it seemed like every time I finished a color it would get all dark and dreary then get bright when the entire mosaic was done. Overall I felt it was poorly done. Glad I got it for only $3.49. That is the maximum it is worth. More like $.99 is the actual value.
I don't recommend this game.

This game is just sad. There is no choice but to play limited moves. On a match three game with random items that is just ridiculous. Definitely a no buy for me.
I don't recommend this game.
Go on an unforgettable puzzle adventure into a magical world populated with magical animals and help restore the balance!

Overall this is not a bad game. So far it has been pretty easy- am hoping it gets a bit harder as I advance. If not, oh well, it is fun and relaxing. The pictures are made of cubes but I find that an interesting change. I try to identify them before I make that last play. Can't always do it but makes for a fun challenge. I could do without those huge X's marking the empty squares. They are a bit irritating.
I recommend this game!
A portal has opened, and dark magic is pouring through! Only you can close the gateway and defeat the evil Ice Golem. But you'll need to hurry!

I read all the reviews and instantly rejected this game. I play to relax not to beat a timer. Match 3 especially should never be timed. Sometimes tiles just don't fall right or maybe you played them in a different order than the developer planned? Whatever-- timed is more stress than I want. Might have been a fun game if a relaxed option was offered.
I don't recommend this game.
Solve exciting solitaire puzzles while relaxing in beautiful flower gardens!

Visually this game was hard on the eyes. Pretty, but too many flowers. Maybe if the cards had been simple without flowers on them too it would have worked. Also you have to clear the entire board to move on. Yes there are power-ups but they are really spendy. Takes forever to earn enough to buy them. And it is simply one up one down over and over. No mini-games. Nothing to build. Boring.
I don't recommend this game.
Who killed the bride at her wedding? Find clues and interrogate suspects to solve the puzzling case of a murdered bride at her own wedding.

I loved the way you could change to anyone of three different game play modes at any time. The story was interesting. I had figured out one piece before the end but was not absolutely sure who did the deed. Kept my interest until the very end.
The only tiny negative would be those luck cards. At best they were annoying and disruptive. With all the wild cards you get and the coins earned during play they were really unnecessary.
Overall a great change to ordinary solitaire.

This is the first Big City Adventure I have played. I mostly stick to card, match three, brain teasers, family. I really do not care for hidden object games where you have to use inventory and try to figure out where to go. I always get stuck. But this is a refreshing change. It is classic hidden object that is very well done with a story line that is interesting.
I recommend this game!
Renovate an empty living room with real world furniture. Find hidden objects, sell off items, and make enough money to fulfill your dreams.

This is one of the best décor games I have played in a long time. There are many different types of gameplay. Lots of décor choices, far more than most games offer.
I recommend this game!
Help uncle Aaron explore the home planet of lady Una and solve new colorful puzzles!

There are things that make Fantasy Mosaics one of the most popular griddler/mosaic style games. First, and most important, they are always logic based. You may choose to use a clue or a hammer or a sun but you never actually have to . If you are patient and switch between colors you can always solve these.
Secondly, the penguins are just cute. A player kid of gets addicted to following the adventures of these penguins. They are fun.
Locked colors is a fairly recent addiction to the series. It's okay- not great.
How could it improve? All games can improve. Mini games added in to find the next addition to the garden...Levels could be a bit more difficult... Much as I love following the penguins any game can get stagnant.

The only redeeming feature this game offers is a choice of backgrounds. Other than that it is just up/down solitaire level after level. Pretty boring.
