In this latest installment of Imperial Island, accompany Emperor Omadan on an exciting journey through uncharted lands in search of his son - Prince Caleb.
Imperial Island 1 was great. This one is just okay. But I just played Imperial Island 3 at a different site and it is great! As soon as Big Fish gets Imperial Island 3- buy it. It's like 1 but even better. So many buildings and they are lovely.
There is never any change. It's just up and down solitaire hands over and over. No mini games, no quest, no story line-nothing. And you have to buy wild cards and hearts or play the same hand over and over until you get enough stars to move on.
It was almost a good game but the stupidity of the crimes ruined it. Would have been far more fun if there were real clues and you actually had to figure out 'who done it'. Played the first hour and was bored so did not buy.
To me the best solitaire games have a combination of cards, hidden object, and a touch of puzzle. Those games are rare. This one comes close but what I thought was going to be hidden object turned out to be just play solitaire to drop the pieces needed to build......So overall it was fun but lacking in the bit of extra pizzaz to make it great.
I loved the game right up until the end when I discovered you can only do the build a castle if you solve all the classic level and all the puzzle levels. There were two of the puzzle levels I had to give up on. As far as the main game play, restoring Athens, it was great. Loved it. Unless you are really good at puzzle play( limited moves to lower the icons) quit at the end of the rebuilding.
I recommend this game!

Solitaire Mystery: Stolen Power
The oldest deck of cards in the world has been stolen from the Museum of Ancient History. Find the magical cards and save the world!
I played the entire game in about two hours. When you pay for a game you should get a lot more game play than that. I really think Big Fish owes a free game to everyone who bought this one.
I don't recommend this game.

Solitaire Mystery: Four Seasons
Time has come to a stand-still for the citizens of the City of Magic Cards. Solve dozens of unique and exciting solitaire puzzles and lift the curse that’s stopped the seasons from changing!
I loved it- this was a new type of solitaire game with great mini games that included two types of HO and puzzles. Also to types of solitaire so never boring. The story line is simple but the graphics are very good. I hope there is a follow up game.
I very much enjoyed the game but I was done with it in less than three hours. That is way too short for a game you purchase. Good- if you only play now and then and stretch the game play time out.
I love the entire Laruaville series. This one had a newer type of game play. Sometimes the hardest part was just figuring out what you needed to do. But that was also fun. The graphics are as cute as ever. The only thing is I wish they would have less mahjong for mini games and go back to the original format with hidden object and find the difference mini games. I await Laruaville 5- maybe a spring/summer theme?
It's hard at first to figure out all the ups and downs and power-ups. My one negative is I can see no do over like if you miss a play you cannot go back even one card.
