I loved this game. It has to be the best Ive played in ever. Its what I have visualized Christmas should look like, sound like, feel like, taste like, be like ect...I wanted to just walk through the screen and into that world. I loved these 3 old ladies that you come upon, as someone how your vehicle and everything else has turned to candy. So you must help the Grannys fix things, find things as any HOG would. I loved the Nutcracker music. I could just drift away in it all. Its a very short game, I wished it could go on and on. The puzzles, the hidden Object scenes, the snow, the scenery, the rooms, so decked out in Christmas spirit how could you not get into the mood? I wish there were more games seasonal like this out. I would buy 'em all! 5 stars on everything.

I give this game a 5 stars on all levels. Voice-overs and accents on characters were superb. Beautiful scenery, lots of puzzles, I loooooooved the Hidden Object scenes, very unique. Each HO Scene was a puzzle within a puzzle. Anyone could see the absolute intricate detail they put into this game. I enjoyed finding all of the owls throughout the game and managed to collect them all. The game lasted a good 6 or 7 hours. I took a few small breaks, but still is a good long game. The bonus game on this CE, was unique in many ways, in puzzle and in the ending. Loved the achievements, but you must earn them all in order to unlock a puzzle at the end, I had all pieces but one, I cringe when that happens. All in all, this game was excellent and will be buying the sequels as well!! I recommend the CE for the hidden owls, the achievements and the many wallpapers and the extended story line with the League of Light. You can not save the music or the concept art the only downfall, but thats ok by me anyway. Buy this game!

If you played the larger game of this, the one you had to install disc after disc on your PC, youll recognize the same Van Helsing from that game in this one. Sorry I think it was just called, Dracula. Of course you can get the long adventure game here on Bigfish as well now.
I loved that they made an HOG of Dracula. He and Helsing work together in this game in order to save Mina, though who will get her in the end? Will she be eternal or will she die at 90 years old, a human, in her warm bed??
I enjoyed the music, it was very dracula-ish. I loved that you could find parts of a puzzle and go ahead and place it even though you hadnt found all pieces yet. You have a nice map, that tells you if you have something you need to do at each location. I loved, loved, loved the voice overs, they were excellent. This was a long game at over 6 hours or more. I think the Collectors Edition would have been better. BTW you can choose if you want to bite someone or not. I suggest either you do or you dont. If you do sometimes and dont sometimes, youll miss achievements. I loved looking for blood in each scene too. Great game, 5 stars from me for the accurate sounding voice overs, for doing a HOG of Dracula featuring he himself, Van Helsing, Igor and Mina.

I am only giving this game 4 stars because of the use of live actors. That is the number one thing that hooks me in a game is when game developers utilize live actors, its a sure buy for me.
Now on to the game....I loved the background sounds like rain, thunder or wherever you venture. The scenes were nice, Ive seen better but this one is a bit older. I noticed mini games were a bit hard sometimes but you do have skip, though I do not like skipping anything. I am use to earning achievements but the standard edition does not incorporate that. I think this would be my least fav Mystery Trackers game. I would almost say the Collectors Edition on this one would be better. I saw all of the owls that you would collect but only on CE.
I also loved seeing ELF. This is a little dog that becomes your right hand man; er dog. You find him for the first time in this game and he comes with you on all the games after this one. I love the arctic and snow, so this was right up my ally. The number one thing though that made me buy it immediately was when I saw the use of real actors. I love when they are incorporated into a game. I totally just can not express how much I love that. Since Myst back in the day, it is hard to find real actors in games. I had been disappointed, but this made me so happy. I loved also that the game had hidden money to collect, so that you could buy a few things for your little penguin. Also you could look for hidden relics and morphing objects. In a standard edition game that is hard to find. I was happy about that. You could also get a few achievements as well. I totally loved the story line, the music, the ship in the beginning, gosh there is so much I appreciated in this game. I can only hope now that I completed this game minus 2 morphing objects I just could not find, that more game developers will include these real actors. It is a treat for me and an instant buy. I loved this game guys. It has re-playability too.
I recommend this game!

I really liked this game a lot. It was very unique, the story line and I loved that each scene was different, not all the going back over your steps over and over. This game didnt do that. The scenery was beautiful, I enjoyed this and played it all the way through. Took about 3 hours in total. Loved it!
I recommend this game!
Everybody is having fun at the Halloween fair until the pirate captain casts his ghostly spell over it. Survive and expel the curse!

I love games like this. They really get you in the Holiday mood. I am 41 years old and my daughter and I play it together, but I find I am just as addicted as she is. You find candy canes and a trick or treat flashing faces icon in every level that boosts your score. I love the scenes and the objects are great. This one and the other one here on bigfish called Halloween: Tick or Treat are just great. I would love to see more like this come out for holidays with just a bit better graphics. A bit better music too. I love the games though.
I recommend this game!

I really liked this game!! There are many ways to beat the levels by buying special cards that can take out one card or the whole lot. You earn money through each level and the money allows you to go to the shop in the game and buy the special power ups. I love that you can buy tombstone cards 2 through 9.
Some of the levels were very tricky and I had to use special cards to get through but it was still very fun.
I loved the story line, where we are running from zombies in our race for survival, which I might add is very popular these days lol. I think we all want the end to come. Bring on the zombies right? Oh dear.
Anyway, the game was awesome, I give a 5 stars on music, graphics, sound effects, story, gameplay. Great for Halloween or anytime!

I love all of the Vacation Adventure games. Love the music, love the crisp, beautiful, superb scenes in each level. I love picking up the trash and then looking for the extras and then on to the regular HO items all in each scene.
My only gripe is that I wish this one was as long as the previous ones. I want more scenes, more trash to find, I love you guys....
I loved visiting Rio, San Fran, Mexico in this game...I felt like you get a bit of history and geography in the areas you visit. I am sure some of these shots were actual pics turned into CG (I LOVED THAT)
Id love it if you guys took us to places like Japan or Ireland ect other continents, bring it on. I love these games, I will buy them without playing the demos!

This game has lots of new elements that have come into the Hidden Object Gaming industry. I was amazed and found myself saying, "WOW" out loud. This game rocks in every aspect of its existence. lol
