I am on level 77 now, Ive been playing this game for weeks. It was really cool to have to play during my surgery, it kept me busy and I felt like I was doing something really fun.
There have been 2 levels that I found extremely difficult and had to buy some gold to get through them, but there have been a couple of bugs in the game where my ball was stuck in the air and never moved and the game was beat but I had to go back to the map, that was annoying, overall I havent had any issues.
I love the graphics, the music could use some sprucing up. I love the map and the fact that as you go along after beating some levels you open up bonus paths and can win gold or other items for the game. Some levels are so hard..... but Ive gotten through them. Its all a matter of finding the right place to bounce your ball and how light or hard to bounce it.
I am in the water now, looking forward to the Shark boss. I love that you can replay levels and try and earn more stars so that you can get through certain doors. They require a certain amount of stars. The maximum amount of stars you earn is 3 per level. So I go back and play levels where I only earned 1 or 2 stars and get more for the door I am trying to get through.
COME ON GAME DEVELOPERS and get more levels created, cause once you get to a high enough level it says, "Coming Soon"....well I am almost to the coming soon area so get it done guys!!!
I recommend this game!

Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe's The Fall of the House of Usher Collector's Edition
Can you and Detective Dupin uncover the dark secrets of this mysterious estate?
I buy any Dark Tales games immediately without trying, as I trust that they will be great as the makers have an excellent reputation. I loved everything in this collectors edition, graphics, music, puzzles, HO scenes, wallpapers, achievements, collections, screensavers, the works. HOWEVER:::::: I had one issue that drove me nuts. It was the voice-overs! Madeline sounded like a hick from North Carolina no offense, but I expected a different voice from a Gothic story, this wasn't even the biggest disappointment, her twin brother had an African American voice. I was so mad. I am hardcore about my Bigfish games and I take them seriously so I expect things to be as genuine as possible, including voice-overs. But when the Gothic white guy started talking in what I could tell a black voice I was angry. This is one of my fav stories from Edgar Allen Poe ever and I wished they hadn't been in such a hurry that they couldn't find a white guy to play the white guy part. Sorry but come on developers. Otherwise I expected the artwork and scenery to be more Gothic but it wasn't, that was a minor annoyance. The House of Usher was a dinky looking house when in the story its suppose to be a massive estate.
TO GAME DEVELOPERS: Please follow the story line in every way when you are copying an already famous story and author. Fans will not appreciate the "Off brand". This is still a 5 star game as are all of the Dark Tales games. Hoping for more of a Gothic undertone on any more Edgar Allen Poe games.
Once upon a time in the small, undistinguished town of Silentville people started disappearing. Help uncover the mystery behind these disappearances and save the town from a curse!
I really enjoyed this game, The scenes were gorgeous, LOVED the music, the HO scenes and puzzles were fun and beautiful. This was a short game, I finished it in 2 hours. This is deff a nice way to spend an afternoon or evening. Loved it would just like to have had it be longer. Also at the end, there was suppose to be a sequel, looking forward to that!

Vesuvia
You are not alone. Join other captives in their quest for freedom as you reveal the evil secrets possessing this puzzling paradise!
I played Quest mode, beat the game and loved it! I loved the story line, loved the graphics, music and game play! Sound effects were awesome too. This game has a lot of re-play value too. I hated for the game to end, and I can tell there will possibly be a part 2 in the future. Great job developers! This was a fun game!

Another Case Solved
This city is clamping down on candy cravings by outlawing sweet snacks! Solve a series of quirky cases by gathering clues, tracking down witnesses, and questioning suspects to reveal the truth behind this city’s sugarcoated secret. This is a case too sweet to turn down!
I played this for almost an hour, and I despise this game. I think with this, you either LOVE it or HATE it. I choose the latter. Too much hand holding in the beginning, not enough customization to make this fun like your character or your office. There is NO fun factor. All your doing is drawing lines from one foot to another, one donut to another, I mean how boring. This is one of the worst games Ive played, I could never see anyone putting money into this. If it had HOG scenes or something other than over and over drawing lines, maybe...I love you Bigfish, you've had my money for years but not on this game. Sorry. It will never compete with FOUND or DARK MANOR.
I don't recommend this game.

I am still reeling over this game. Its a long game too. There is so much to do, I never once got bored, every scene is different, there are NO repeat HOG scenes. Every puzzle and scene are totally unique. You would think they worked on this game for years and years. I cant believe all of the extras too. I spent a whole day just on that. Music and scenery will take you to New Orleans, to Mardi gras, There were scenes so beautiful in this game I just sat and stared at them. You just want to walk through the computer screen. This is a 10 star game, but since 5 is all we can do.....I had a lot of fun on the extras too after playing the main game. You need to pay attention to the story line cause you'll need that info in the bonus area, ohhh what fun. There are lots of things to collect and I missed some of the morphing objects they are only located in the hidden object scenes so watch out for that, you have the strategy guide with the CE so you can look and see where they are. Also you collect music notes watch you dont miss those at all cause you need those for something really special in the bonus area. This is one of those collector edition games that you really MUST buy the CE. You would miss a ton if you didn't. This game should be a winner in the 2014 Best Game Awards. Buy it now!
This is the most fun Ive had since Murder She Wrote part 2 here on Bigfish. The graphics on both these games are similar and beautiful. I love when they take a popular show from TV or a story from a book and make them into games. I loved the graphics, the dialogue, even though there were no voice-overs, I loved the music and sound effects. HOG scenes were nice and clean, not too junky. I was anticipating each scene as they were soooo well done. Like the hospital scene, the boathouse, the greenhouse area, they were places you could just sit and stare at the screen, cause they were so awesome, yes I sat and stared at the hospital scene. Story line was superb. I love detective story lines or HOG's with and about detectives or cops. I wish there were more James Patterson games too, like "Once in a Blue Moon" ect..I could use more games like this. I deff recommend this game and I think everyone should give this a shot! It is awesome and had a good length too!
I recommend this game!

New York Mysteries: Secrets of the Mafia Collector's Edition
Discover a story of mysterious kidnappings of both children and mafiosi.
Gorgeous game! I love that you get to find things like morphing objects, and collection items. The music is beautiful but it got a bit old in the beginning. It plays this EPIC music that makes the game feel epic but then as you move along it keeps playing the epic music, and I was like, ok you can stop now. Aside from that, this is every HOG lovers dream. Being in New York was fantastic. I am soooo glad we are getting away from fantasy land and actually going to New York this time in a game. I get a bit tired of princess and kings and alice in wonderland dreamy stuff. I like some realism with a game twist. I am sooo excited that they have taken us to NYC. I love the story line. Children disappearing after drawing a strange butterfly...the mafia members disappearing leaving behind a butterfly. Strange but they make it work. The wallpapers are beautiful, even the concept art rocks. Lots of beautiful music. You can download them all. The voice overs were great, the characters are superb and beutifully done. I am deff buying this Collectors Edition. HOG's are getting better and better. Sometimes it feels at some point they may turn out Xbox-ish, which would be awesome as long as we dont lose the original HOG twist. 5 STARS FOR THIS ONE!
