The graphics are subpar lacking in detail but colorful. Makes it hard to find things especially in HOPs. The music is conventional, not impressive.
Some puzzles are hard, 1 was funky, another didn't work right. There are some tricky Hops, with embedded puzzles. Some items to apply are not so apparent.
You have a map to help you navigate but not where to go next, you have to refer to the hint interface.
There is 1 easter eggs to find, 50 owls. Some are easy to find while others are hard- embedded in puzzles and HOPs. Warning, if you fail to find the owl before you complete the puzzle or HOP, you can't go back and get it.
There are lots of customization and a good strategy guide. This is where the detective meets his partner dog.

The game has OK colorful cartoon graphics. It has a variety of mood music at a chamber music format, light hearted, not heavy. You can play it untimed or timed in easy or hard modes. Although it's face appearance seems developed for kids the complexity, especially in timed mode, is on an adult level. So start the little ones in untimed and then let them progress to timed if they fell so motivated.
I finished all the levels in easy timed mode with many quite challenging.
On every level there is a puzzle easter egg in the form of a clock that translate to a puzzle piece. It has a tutorial and a basic strategy guide to set you off in the right direction.
Plenty of challenging levels to keep you busy for hours.

The game has the usual colorful cartoon graphics. It has a good variety of mood music, some good and some not so good. You can play it untimed, timed in easy or hard modes. It plays much like previous games minus some easter eggs. I finished all the levels in easy timed mode with many quite challenging.
On every level there is a puzzle easter egg, some very well hidden. No guides, just an online tutorial. You need to find all the easter eggs to complete the puzzle to open up the bonus game to that section. You can do this in untimed mode and then change the mode level to a timed mode, if you like, to replay the levels in that mode. You don't have to refind the easter eggs once you find them in any mode change or replay.
To build the clock castle you have to play all the levels in a timed mode and get 3 stars.

On some levels there is an owl easter egg, some very well hidden. Only the guides, as they become available, will tell you if there is an owl on the level. It won't alter the outcome of the game.
