A great game to play while watching your favorite scary movies!
This is a simple form of solitaire where you choose the high or low card. The gold cards on the bottom are the main objective because you'll need them to move to the next level. It's also important to obtain coin cards so that you can buy helpers (I recommend saving for Joker cards). There's also a variety of cool Halloween card designs to choose from.
Unfortunately, I couldn't rate it 5 stars. After the first seven levels, there was some sort of glitch that made it grab 2 cards instead of 1 and it was really affecting my game. It was fun up until then, though!
Your sister convinces you to play a game that summons a demon and she becomes trapped in his world!
This is a fun game for adults and children because the colors are more bright and cheerful than spooky and dark. The hidden object puzzles were interesting and the one's you didn't fancy could be played as a match-3. The mini-games were fun, too. This one felt like it took me a while and it reminded me of the mirror worlds in a few of the older games.
Four stars because the story didn't really pull me in. We've seen cackling witches and impish demons enough times that it feels old hat. For new or younger players, this would be an absolute treat, though. I still enjoyed it.
In this match-3 game you are rewarded with plants and spooky Halloween decorations for your garden!
This is an addictive game and lots of fun to play while watching scary movies. Unfortunately, I maxed out my decorating level and was unable to buy the remaining 2 or 3 Halloween decorations. I played a little over a hundred levels before I finally quit and will probably play again next Halloween.
You and your friends survive a bus crash...but the reaper is coming to collect what belongs to him!
This is a good game to play if you're limited on time because it's over in a flash! I wasn't super impressed with the graphics but I did find the story interesting and the puzzles challenging.
Your uncle invites you for Halloween but little did you know that your family was kidnapped by real life monsters!
This would be a great game for beginners or children but I honestly had a hard time getting into it. The graphics were bright and cheerful, which isn't my idea of a Halloween atmosphere. Still, the puzzles were lots of fun and the hidden objects scenes were interactive, which I love.
You were watching a scary movie trilogy with your buddies when suddenly they get sucked in and disappear! Two years later, you'll have to go inside the movies to rescue them!
I was surprised at how poorly this was reviewed because I really enjoyed it. It's clearly set in the 80's what with the VHS tape, mullets and fingerless gloves. You get to go into 3 different horror movies to rescue 3 different friends, which was an interesting concept. I also enjoyed all the different puzzles.
After 20 years of peace, Ragnar is once again using weak humans to try and enter our world!
I enjoyed playing this game, but it didn't quite have the magic as the first. I did enjoy all the achievements and hidden items you could receive. My biggest issue was a glitch that stopped me from moving on to the second chapter. I had to reload and restart the game about 3 times before I was able to move on and finish the game.
Like many others, I was disappointed to find this wasn't anything like the first 3 Adelantado games. That being said, it was a fun little TM game. There were 4 chapters plus a bonus chapter and on relaxed mode you could just have fun and take your time with it. I enjoyed trying to find the hidden caches but had to use an online walkthrough to find them all.
Very similar to the first two games, but the developers apparently listened to the players and made improvements. The best feature being that you could build towers to deal with those pesky cavemen (and now dinosaurs)!
I was previously frustrated with having to use walkthroughs and forums to make it to the end of the game, but I didn't find it necessary in this one. The secrets are harder to find but if you play in relaxed mode (highly recommended) there's no need to find every secret in order to play the conclusion. Looking forward to the next one!
The first game was loads of fun but had a couple of major issues. You could not demolish buildings nor save the game in the middle of the chapter. In this game you can do both!
The biggest appeal of this trilogy to me is that it's YOUR choice where to put the buildings. I recommend relaxed mode so that you can take your time and find all the secrets. Unfortunately, I could only give it 4 stars because I spent a lot of time looking at walkthroughs and forums just to complete each chapter.
