Strong storyline, good for an afternoon's gameplay, but had to be the creepiest game ever. I think the producers played up well on people who have a clown phobia.

Game quality, puzzles, and HOS were great, but the storyline--ok. The bad thing was the first half of the game was good, but the second half made no sense. The sequence of events was so whacky there is no way I would have been able to muddle thru w/o the strategy guide. As it was, I could not finish the game because the it drove me nuts trying to second-guess what the main character was supposed to do. Sorry, this is one of a very few I did not like.
I don't recommend this game.

Just finished a prior Pop Cap/Spin Top game that used the exact same hidden objects as this one, hidden in the same type of areas--i.e. matches on vertical areas like corners, etc. I understand that Spin Top is their trademark, and I liked how they described some of the items, but there was no real creativity in the HOS. I was disappointed with this game.

Nice game play, but had to use hints/guide more than I cared to. Got lost a few times, and storyline made little sense, like not a lot of thought went into it. Artwork was good, though.
I recommend this game!

Hos were good, but the "people" artwork not that great. Storyline was kind of cute, but confusing at times. Most of the miingames did not give enough direction as to how to proceed. I only recommend this game for the hos.

I love hidden object scenes with photographed items! The storyline was okay, and it was easy to maneuver around. The fact that you had to make a potion, easy as it was, was too cliche and common, though. Just like locked doors. This game was okay, but had no imagination.

Storyline and artwork was cool, but in some of the HOS some of the items were too small to find, or were hidden underneath the trophy header on the top of the screen. that got a little frustrating, had to use the hint button more than I cared to do.
I recommend this game!

This game meets all the expectations of someone who loves HOS's combined with arcade-type games. It has something for everyone! I didn't want to leave this game, but my house isn't going to vaccuum itself nor are my dishes going to wash themselves (sigh)
I recommend this game!

I liked the photographic quality of this game, but after 20 minutes I had to turn off the music. The accents kept changing from a strong brogue to a weak one. The most exciting (and funny) part was near the beginning, when the kraken appeared while the ferryman (?) was fishing.
For the most part I did not care for this game, and couldn't wait to exit it.

Excellent artwork. Storyline would make a good horror movie, albeit not too scary. Did not need strategy guide, as the hint button was a good guide. Game length was excellent as it took me on and off about three days to play. Last scene gave away the country of origin (good ending, too).
