Absolutely love the older classic games. Very creative, detailed and challenging. The hint system is interesting and very helpful. Can actually locate more than one as long as item isn't clicked. There's always that last one hidden object that's either smack dab in front or obscure. Although the timer doesn't interfere with game play, the point is probably to go back and try to improve. With that said, definitely recommend Factory Katz for a relaxed and pleasant game for younger players and players young at heart. Enjoy!
Toys have gone awry! A Spirit of Revenge fan i.e. Cursed Castle and Elizabeth's Secret, Vendel Developers went through a lot of hard and tedious work presenting so many game puzzle and hidden object scenes--of which my previous reviews focus they're usually not enough. Also, devs have presented players with challenge--imagine that--which is probably why the undeserved less than stellar reviews. Have to play through this game's good amount of challenge. Also fell in love with the detailed artwork.
Although not a fan of green smoke and villains knocking over furniture to assist in their escape, this is a purchase for me due to overall excellent game play! Enjoy!
Superb graphics, character and story development. Everything a serious game player looks for is within these developer games. A plus is cursor changing for collectibles and morphing so as not to spend an inordinate amount of time searching. For me, I'd rather play the game.
Added bonus content is always a plus as Developers include additional puzzles and players can achieve some missed achievements without having to start over. Having said that, I replay ALL Five BN Games from Darkness and Flame, New York Mysteries, Lost Island, Lost Lands, Clover Tale, etc.
As other reviewers accurately stated, don't need to play demo before making purchase. You just know when you know. Enjoy!
Insidious Dreams has an interesting and unique story line. With mysteries especially, it's best to skip reviews and avoid spoilers intended for players to experience, not read.
Opening scenes immediately draw players' attention and spark an interest to know more! The Phantasmat team is creative and talented and has outdone themselves on this newest release. Thank you, Eipix and BFG. Enjoy!
Had potential for sure, however, Mad Head fell way short. Please get some new material. No challenge is the biggest issue. Although puzzles were creative, they were childish. Liked the fragmented hidden objects, however, too simplistic. An interactive cartoon is what we're getting now.
Certainly not 5-star material nor a psychological thriller by any stretch of the imagination. That would indicate there's some fabric of frightening reality interwoven with drama and players would be on the edge of their seats. Was anyone actually on the edge of their seat playing this game? Gimme a break. If fright is what you're looking for in a game, try my Current Favorite right here on BFG. Happy September! Enjoy!
Here we go again! Evil spirit kidnaps people but not you (even though you opened the box) and flies off. Characters' cartoon animation is choppy and disjointed. With all the glowing reviews, I was so hopeful and just had to try the demo. The five star reviewers can't be serious. This is a game for children. Developers could have done better.
Please do not give away the story in your reviews! Yikes! Less is more. Demo Review-- I'm impressed with the overall presentation. Thanks, BFG for including this unique gaming release. Unlike 99.99% of the usual games presented, this is more a visual, interactive novel with a riveting story line. You are the Commander ordered to oversee a 4-man astronaut team. Goal--attempt location of a signal source on the moon's surface. Your decisions affect the crew and players can return to a dialogue point with possibly new directives for new outcomes.
I didn't get a chance to look at much else as the overall display was so intriguing, the demo time ended. Without question, this game is a buy for me. Admiration and a big thanks to the game developers who nailed the moon conspiracy/controversy mixing fact with fiction. Or, is it? Enjoy!
Straight forward older style game that is fun and relaxing. Different twist on the newer 2017 games for sure. No Strategy Guide but is plain and casual. Players can readily figure out the next step without hand holding. The hint system, although not very sophisticated, is quite sufficient. Absolutely appreciate when members take the time and list a Current Favorite which is how I found this little gem. Thanks so much! Enjoy!
Can you locate all the leaves? Once we wrap our minds around the game concept, solutions are certainly do-able.
Did anyone else notice that the 1st Leaves The Journey has already 80 REVIEWS and that's just within one month of it's release here on BFG? Hmmm. Hopefully, notice will be given that loyal players who appreciate a good challenge are STILL HERE. Truthfully, took me a couple days, however, completed the 1st Leaves feeling somewhat spent but victorious. Brains still intact tho it was a stretch. Yay! Onward we go to face another Treefruities disaster. Enjoy!
