I found this game was lovely to look at in terms of beautiful bright colours - no skulls and knives in dim dark corners - and was probably what held my interest enough to finish it. The game was quite short, and not particularly challenging. No bonus hidden items or morphing objects. You just collected dossiers and coins, to then buy items.....but that was it. Once bought nothing was done with them. Bonus chapter was more of the same. I will recommend this game, as i did finish it, but maybe suggest waiting for the SE version.

A standard match 3 game in terms of things like chains, rocks, clearing of coloured backgrounds, bonuses for larger matches. It looked pretty and was easy to see. Played smoothly, although the cursor did lag a fraction. But there was no goal to it. The whole thing seemed kind of pointless. You didn't earn stars per level, there is no timer, so don't even know if it is possible to fail a level. No buildings or cities to create. Nothing. I suppose it would be okay if you are after something totally mind numbing that requires no thought or concentration. Alas that isn't for me.

Slight different take on the regular mahjong games. There was two games within the game - the first being matching tiles to a given set, rather than each other, and the second game being regular mahjong. Both games were the same in terms of you just start getting into it, it just about starts to be challenging.........and it is over. The boards were all quite small, nothing complicated. No bonus tiles to use. Still very addictive. Just dont blink.........or you will miss it. I recommend this game as a time filler, but that would be about it.

Thought this game was a little run of the mill to start with, but as it went along and you got into the swing of things it became quite good. A lot of the game was spent jumping between the real and shadow realms, making it a little more interesting. Lovely graphics, voice-overs and cut-scenes. You had runes to collect through the game, but if you missed any there was no way of looking for them at the end. Achievements were very basic, and again no way of getting them at the end. Hidden object games were slightly interactive, but involved using both inventory items and amulet which made things more interesting. Puzzles were pretty easy and nothing really new. Bonus chapter was a follow on but separate story to main. Had a few hiccups with the bonus game, but got there in the end. Recommend this game.

I am unsure as to what age group this game is targeted at. It had a very adult theme 'fears'. But the level of challenge was very poor. Way too easy. I didn't require the hint or SG through the whole game. But i did enjoy playing it still. Which is a vast improvement on the previous ones that i found very ordinary. As well as the easiness of the game, it also had a few other shortfalls. Hence the loss of a star on my rating. There appeared to be achievements to collect, but i couldn't find what or where to even look at them. Wasn't really any collectables to find during the game. On the up side, the HOGs where fairly interactive which i liked. The storyline flowed well.......assuming you didnt look too deep into it, wherein you start to wonder what is even happening. The bonus chapter followed on from the main story. More of the same. But way too short. I would definitely recommend this game, but perhaps suggest waiting for the SE version.

I normally love the Mystery Trackers games, but this one seemed very ordinary. It was also a very short game - disappointingly so. I played it in one sitting. It had all the usual things you expect in a CE. Bonus objects, achievements. Hidden object games had slight interaction and were easy. Puzzles were relatively easy. There didn't seem a lot of either in the game. Storyline flowed, but to me seemed to have chapters missing out of it (which could explain the game shortness as well). Bonus game was not essential to the main story, and was also short. Certainly not up to either Elephant or Mystery Trackers standards. I would recommend this game but suggest wait for the SE version - certainly not worth the CE price.

If you played the last one then you'll know what to expect with this one. More of the same thing. This time Lynn and Edward are about to get married, when surprise surprise, Edward disappears. I found voice-overs, cut-scenes, and graphics were all nicely done. There were a lot of cut-scenes - started to become a bit annoying. Hidden object games had a bit of variety in them, and were easy. Puzzles were also easy and pretty standard. You had bonus morphing objects to collect, and well as puzzle pieces and stuff for imp. But you didnt actually do anything with them once collected. There were very basic achievements to earn. More progressions through game than actual achievements. Game was an okay length. Storyline flowed well, but wasn't that interesting. Fairly basic and predictable. Bonus chapter followed on from main story, but not essential to it. Gave the story that "and they all lived happily ever after". A pleasant game to play, but will probably be forgotten by tomorrow......

Lovely graphics, cut-scenes, and voice-overs. Hidden object games had a bit of variety to them, but not very challenging. Included a number of ones where you need to find an object to be able to get the next object - definitely prefer these to the standard ones. Puzzles were also not very challenging, but still had variety. The overall game was quite easy - i never needed either the hint button or the SG. You had morphing objects to collect along the way - but nowhere could i see if i had got them all or not. There was also no achievements to earn. Something i would expect with a CE game. The storyline flowed well, although was the well used 'uniting lovers after death' scenario. Predictable. The game was an okay length. The bonus chapter followed on from the main story, but was not essential to it. Was also slightly on the short side. Due to the easiness of the game, and lack of extras, I would recommend this game but probably lean towards the SE version.
I recommend this game!

This game started off okay, but went downhill towards the end. Graphics, cut-scenes, voice-overs all pretty standard but still well done. Hidden object games were a little on the junk side. Puzzles...were fine up until a few at the end that were confusing and frustrating. Really put me off the game. Storyline was mediocre...actually didn't even make sense. I didnt play the bonus game - had lost interest by then.

It's not often that i give low marks for CE games - but this is going to be one of them. Lovely graphics, cut-scenes and voice-overs. Storyline was actually unique and could have been very interesting, except it wasn't executed properly. You didn't realise this until the last minute, and by that time it was too late. Played as more of the same old standard plot. Go through mirror to save family member - in this case daughter. But the biggest drawback with this game was that it was basically boring. There was no challenge to it, and little on the adventure side. Find item, place item, find item, place item. I think the maximum amount of items i carried in the game was 4, with most of the time only being 1 or 2. I never needed to use the hint button or SG - which says a lot about the challenge of the game. Game was played in under 4 hours so not particularly long. Bonus game was also along the same style, and quite short. Maybe give it a go as a SE, but as a CE I'm going to suggest looking for something different to play.
