It has an amusing mixture of humor and creepiness throughout the story line. Several times I laughed out loud.
There are lots of entertaining puzzles and mini games, making this an adventure game lover’s delight. The soundtrack goes well with the story line. There are lots of interesting places to explore and complicated Hidden Object scenes where you compile/complete/connect objects needed to discover other objects. This is a refreshing relief from the usual hum-drum locate things from a list variety. The graphics are also well done, with lots of texture and depth to them (although they could have been a bit more deeply saturated and bright, and then they would have been perfect IMHO)
This is definitely one of the more enjoyable games I’ve played in a while.
I recommend this game!

This is an amazingly entertaining game. The instant my demo ended, I bought without hesitation. Beautiful deeply saturated and bright colors. Extraordinarily drawn graphics, with good depth and clarity. Lush environments. Terrific range of enjoyable and novel puzzles. Lots of interaction and exploration. Even the hidden object scenes have mini games. Good voiceovers, which can be skipped if you prefer. Interesting characters. Sparkles or no sparkles. All sounds adjustable.
All in all, a game well above the curve, with great value to adventure enthusiasts as well as those who enjoy hidden object scenes. And with its built-in hint system, map and strategy guide, all levels of gamers will be able to complete it without frustration.
On your typical “A=Excellent, B=Good, C=Average, D=Poor and F=Fails” grading curve, this one’s an A in my book for graphics, entertainment value, variety and enjoy ability of puzzles, hidden object scenes and game length. That straight A’s in my book.
I recommend this game!

Oh my gosh! What a delight to have an actual adventure game! Thank you BFG, developers, programmers and artists!
I love, love, love that I get to find my way around and figure things out without handholding. It’s been a long while since a game actually asked us to think, and I am here hopping with joy.
The graphics are crisp, colorful, deeply saturated, bright, nicely detailed and lovely. The soundtrack has a beautiful score and very realistic sound effects. The game-play is seamless. The puzzles are original, entertaining and just a little challenging, without being at all frustrating. The scenery, puzzles and mini-games are internally consistent and logical.
This game is lots of fun and a very welcome and refreshing change from most of the games we’ve had these last several months. I feel like a starving person who has been given a piece of cake. Please BFG, give us more adventure game like this one.
I recommend this game!

Entertaining, Yet Not Spectacular, Adventure/Hidden Object Game

I found the graphics in this game to be well drawn, but not spectacular. I would have preferred deeper color saturation, and sharper contrast. Nonetheless, the scenes are interesting to look at and there are fun gadgets and creatures to discover. This game offers “Movie” cut scenes, which may be skipped. Game-play is smooth and without glitches.
Both “Regular” and “Advanced” modes of play are offered, with the usual faster hint and skip recharge available in “Regular” mode. In addition to active areas being identified by sparkles, this game’s “Regular” mode also offers silhouettes of objects in the hidden object scenes. The skip and hint features are still available in the “Advanced” mode. Beware of using the “hint” feature, as it actually circles the item you need and tells you exactly what to do. The “Advanced” level still has sparkles to indicate puzzles and hidden object scenes.
The adventure aspects of the game take a bit of exploration and intuition, which is entertaining. The hidden object screens don’t offer a complete list, and one must discover what they are looking for in stages. I found this annoying. I also found the hidden object scenes to be quite an eyestrain. The puzzles and mini-games were enjoyable and offered just enough of a challenge to be fun, without being at all taxing. The sound effects were quite good and lent quite a bit of atmosphere to the game play.
Overall, this is an entertaining game, on the lower level of difficulty. I wish game-play was not so linear and that one could leave an area and do more exploration, without first solving the puzzle at hand. As I also prefer crisper, dimensional graphics, actually challenging puzzles, more difficult mini-games, and no sparkles in advanced game-play, I’ll give this game a 6 on a 10 point scale.
I recommend this game!
