I have to agree with what others have said... the children have taken over the story line. Also there are "sub-challenges" that block what you are doing in the game... such as "rub the baby" while you're trying to handle putting orders together... and they are simply annoying.
My biggest problem with this game is that it kept freezing. Windows would eventually help me shut it down and then I'd have to start over and hope that it didn't freeze again.
On the plus side is that they listened to those of us who are not so fast at clicking things and put in a "beginner" mode. I love that. I can actually finish some things that I couldn't before.
Still... this series is one of the best, so I will recommend this game.
I recommend this game!

I've always enjoyed the Incredible Dracula games. That said, I despise having to start a level over because I didn't have enough of something to complete it. I swear that kept happening every fifth level or so in this game. I got near the end and was so tired of it that I deleted the game without finishing it.
I know that some people like that in a game... the having to start over because they didn't get the strategy correct. I'm not one of those. I play these games to relax and I find having to start over frustrating.
Perhaps the "easy" mode should have enough items to finish even if you don't do it exactly correctly?
I enjoyed the "hidden items" search.
I don't recommend this game.
