Yes, the match 3 puzzles were different with the hexagonal formation. Yes, the storyline was mildly interesting and you could earn points to build your world. And that was it. I've really come to expect more from Match 3 games and this really didn't deliver. Plus, choosing relaxed mode still gave limited moves. Maybe if I'm really desperate to use a game credit on a Monday to fill a punch card on the last day of the month...

I am giving this 4 stars simply because it is so addictive.
The good - fun to play extra puzzles with skips bonus levels & puzzles Greek mythology - sort of
The meh can't go back and redo levels for achievements only 2 choices of difficulty (although timed is really quite long enough, so not much of a challenge) Music becomes an earworm and not in a good way Male characters are too pretty and Hermes cries when you exit the game. Female characters are mostly depicted as ugly monsters.

Fun game, but don't see what the advantage a Collector's Edition has. There are things that look like they should be collectibles but aren't. Way too much dialogue. There is also an annoying lag between the end of a level and the next level showing up on the map. Click "play" too soon and you replay the same level because the next one hasn't appeared yet.
I enjoyed this game but will wait for the SE and use a free game code on it.

Was looking for some fun during my winter break. This wasn't it. Annoying characters with annoying noises. Plus you have to purchase extra level-ups in the game? Why would I pay for this?

Very cute game. I really enjoy these games except that the trading posts don't tell you what you are trading for. You have to figure it out, which takes time and resources. I also don't really see anything new here, just the ability to grow Christmas ornaments. If you like these games, get it. I might use a free game code for it.

This was kind of fun, but he relaxed mode doesn't show until you've played a few levels. Even then, I didn't realize it was a different mode from the instructions given. Also, the characters are annoying and WAY too much time is spent on their banal conversations. There is an option to play solitaire for more coins, which is nice. Altogether, not really worth buying for me.

As someone else mentioned, it's pretty much the same as Gnomes Garden; with archaeologists hunting for something. It's not a bad game, it's just nothing spectacular. Each to navigate on a touch screen, different difficulty levels, power ups, the usual. Nothing new or different. Might use a game credit when it comes out in SE.

I used to love this series. The last few games have been less than noteworthy, so the pretty good reviews got me a bit excited. However: The magic item uses the same mini-games throughout HOPs not that interesting Sliders and bubble shooters? Really? HATE those and skipped. Collectibles not worth the CE price Sorry - no buy for me.

Time travel with Leonardo da Vinci and dinosaurs - Fairly enjoyable with some interesting puzzles. Was worth a fee game coupon. Not the best graphics (the Bridzilla is hilarious) but not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

Pretty good, especially since I used a free game credit. PLUS - Loved the first three games. Still saving the natives, building, clearing, finding treasure... MINUS - Can't multi-task on any level, no way to check secrets until after each level. Not quite as interesting as the first three and a little short.
