i liked this game, i would have bought it... but, to give penalties for clicking too often is a no go for me... i'm grown up, i can decide myself whether i click too often or not :-(

Almost everything i love about this game, the graphics, the music, the storyline - everything is as it should be! Only one complaint: again an amulet, and again reuse of the face of an actor (i really don't like this at all), the fisherman is from Dark Stories - Dublin if i remember it right. But everything else is very entertaining and i found myself for the fist time in years to finally play a whole hour and not even noticing the time passing by. Thanks, developers.

Although i love this developer, i'm getting bored on the reuse of everything... this amulet that helps you if you bring something and which tells the backgroundstory? In how many games have we had this already? Same with the music, same even - and about this i can get really angry - in the faces of actors, we have seen them alread in other games... please developers, let us see that you also can create games with new handlings and tools...

This had been a good serie, the case with the dancing men had been so nice ... it was inspired and had fresh energy... and then this... this game is so boring! It all happens as if in slow motion and the music is a crime in itself... terrible, boring, uninspired.. i wonder why someone even bothers to create something so meaningless out of notes which could make heaven instead... I do regret that i payed for this game, i'm really sorry to have to say this.
I don't recommend this game.

I would not even call this a "game" as we know the term what to mean... it's just a juxtaposition of single HO-scenes, and boah, is it boring... which is a shame because the scenery is so nice... if they would have made it a real story, it would have been a great game, but as it is, it is not even a game, it's just nothing... i'm sad to have to write this, but that's the way i experience this. BFG lätely has so bad games that i cannot even use my points to buy games but have to replay all the real games i bought in the past.This is deeply, deeply sad.
I don't recommend this game.

I do love the series and have played many of them. This new one has a new feature - only some combinations of items give a rocket... i do like this, makes the game a bit more complicated without being annoyingly difficult... and i love the conversations in between the games when you buy an item... they are just marvellous... what i don't like is the minigame with the tiles, i never get how to move them right. But anyway, i'm having a lot of fun playing this game. Thanks developers!

I wished my rating could be better as i admire the developers attempt to tell about their town... but as i just replayed all of the Dark cities so far, i must say that they were way better in the beginning than now. The mini-games with more than one stage are really boring and it only helped that one could skip them... and the story unfolds in slowmotion - i'm pretty sure, i won't be replaying this Dark city game... unfortunately...

Perhaps this game is only for people, who know the whole story about Rick. But for me it was just huge nonsense, i didn't understand a word of the storyline. And i did not like at all these strange "dark" worlds in this game. To me it seems that someone really weird wrote this story. On the bright side, it had some nice minigames, but i do not even want to play the bonus-round anymore. After i finished the main game i've had my share of horror quite enough. I wished they would make the games independent from the knowledge of former games of the serie.
I don't recommend this game.

I also betatested this game and i'm really sad that they didn't take my advice on the pace of this game. Together with the boring music, it is a real task to not give up on this game. I do love cats and Elephant games had made Puss in Boots, which i so much love... i just cannot understand why they kept the pace so slow that you almost start to sleep in... i guess, i will buy it, but more of sympathy with Elephant games but than acutal playing with fun.

I love this game. I love the graphics and the scenery, the gameplay is smooth, the characters look nice and individual, the voiceover is very good, i really enjoy playing it.
I recommend this game!
